and mixing the water-based emulsion, the anti-settling agent, the titanium dioxide, the talcum powder, the heavy calcium carbonate, the thickener, the other auxiliary agents, the alcohol ether solvent and the water to obtain the water-based white primer.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step of mixing comprises:

dividing the water into three parts: a first water component, a second water component, and a third water component;

mixing the anti-settling agent, the titanium dioxide, the talcum powder, the heavy calcium, the other additives and the first water component, and carrying out first stirring treatment to obtain a first mixed material;

mixing the first mixed material with the aqueous emulsion to perform second stirring treatment to obtain a second mixed material;

mixing the alcohol ether solvent and the second water component, and then adding the mixture into the second mixed material to carry out third stirring treatment to obtain a third mixed material;

and adding the thickening agent into the third mixed material, adding the third water component, and uniformly mixing.

Background

In the high PVC (pigment filler volume concentration, namely the volume percentage of the pigment filler in a dry film of the coating), a large amount of pigment fillers such as titanium dioxide, heavy calcium carbonate, talcum powder and the like are generally used in the water-based white primer, and if the viscosity is too thin, the pigment fillers are easy to sink at the bottom to form hard precipitates and are difficult to stir uniformly. At present, the characteristics of the construction of the wood moulding factory are as follows: mixing a water-based white primer and water in a volume ratio of about 1:1 Kailu, the viscosity is tested by No. 2 cup of rock field for about 12 seconds/25 ℃ (while the normal Kailu viscosity is 60-70 seconds), the common water-based white primer under the viscosity is easy to have the phenomenon of hard bottom deposition in the placing process, and the white primer is not well stirred when placed for the next day at night, thereby wasting time and labor.
