8. The wine fermentation device of claim 1, further comprising two sliding rods and two sliding cylinders;

the two sliding rods are cylindrical and are respectively connected to two ends of the rack; the sliding cylinders are cylindrical and are fixedly connected with the fermentation container; the two sliding rods are respectively in sliding fit with the two sliding cylinders.

Background

The general process of wine fermentation is as follows: after the grape is peeled and peduncled, putting grape juice and peel into a fermentation container, and soaking the peel while fermenting; the soaked skin can be used for obtaining more pigments, tannins and phenolic substances from the wine. However, the grape skin generally floats on the upper part of the grape juice, so that the grape skin is difficult to mix with the grape juice, and the juice soaking effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a wine fermentation device which can stir grape skin and grape juice so as to fully soak the skin of the wine.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a wine fermentation process which enables the wine to be fully skinned.

the driving mechanism comprises a gear, a rack and a shifting assembly, the gear is connected with the upper end of the stirring shaft, and the rack is meshed with the gear; the rack is in sliding fit with the cover plate and can move in a square shape along the length of the rack; the poking assembly is in transmission connection with the rack and is used for driving the rack to move in a reciprocating mode.
