A modified asphalt waterproof coiled material with excellent flame retardant property has a five-layer structure, wherein the middle part of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is a base course layer, the upper side and the lower side of the base course layer are respectively an upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and a lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer, and surface isolation layers are arranged on the outer sides of the upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and the lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer; the flame-retardant asphalt composite material is characterized in that the upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and/or the lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of 100# asphalt, 10-15 parts of SBS modifier, 10-15 parts of softening oil, 5-10 parts of silane coupling agent and 3-8 parts of montmorillonite-based organic phosphorus flame retardant.

2. The modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with excellent flame retardant property as claimed in claim 1, wherein the montmorillonite-based organic phosphorus flame retardant is prepared by the following method:

(1) dispersing montmorillonite powder in a p-xylene solvent, adding concentrated phosphoric acid with the concentration of 85% into the mixture, and carrying out acid treatment on the montmorillonite, wherein the ratio of the montmorillonite to the phosphoric acid is 100 g: (300- & lt800- & gt ml) and a large phosphoric acid surplus exists;

(2) adding pentaerythritol into the montmorillonite powder dispersion liquid after the acid treatment, stirring at a constant speed, heating to 140 ℃, carrying out esterification reaction for 6-8h, and forming pentaerythritol phosphate on the surface of the montmorillonite powder after the acid treatment, wherein the molar ratio of the pentaerythritol to the phosphoric acid is 1: (1.5-2.5);

(3) keeping the temperature unchanged, further adding urea into the solution after the esterification reaction, stirring, keeping the temperature for 2-4h, forming pentaerythritol phosphate urea salt on the surface of the montmorillonite powder,

(4) and then, carrying out suction filtration and drying on the solution to obtain the montmorillonite-based organophosphorus flame retardant.

3. The modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with excellent flame retardant property as claimed in claim 1, wherein said softening oil is selected from one of aromatic oil, naphthenic oil, and naphtha.

The modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with excellent flame retardancy as claimed in claim 1, wherein said silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of γ -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, γ -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane, tri-t-butoxyvinylsilane, γ -ureidopropyltriethoxysilane, N-methyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, γ -ethylenediamine-triethoxysilane.

5. The modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with excellent flame retardant property as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and/or the lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer is as follows:

adding 100# asphalt into a reaction kettle according to the weight parts, heating to 150 ℃, adding a silane coupling agent and softening oil, stirring at a high speed for 15min, heating to 180 ℃, adding an SBS modifier, continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a molten mixture, adding a montmorillonite-based organic phosphorus flame retardant, and shearing on a high-speed shearing machine for 90min to obtain uniformly dispersed flame-retardant modified asphalt; and then uniformly coating the obtained flame-retardant modified asphalt on the upper surface and the lower surface of the tire base layer to obtain an upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and a lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer.

6. The modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with excellent flame retardant property as claimed in claim 5, wherein the surface isolation layer is coated on the prepared upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and the prepared lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer respectively to obtain the modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with excellent flame retardant property.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of waterproof coiled materials, and relates to a modified asphalt waterproof coiled material with excellent flame retardant property and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The waterproof roll is generally used for the top and side of various buildings, and can effectively prevent the permeation and leakage of outside water into the interior of the building. At present, waterproof coiled materials on the market are various in types and different in performance. There are three main categories, classified from the base material of the waterproof roll: high molecular plastic waterproof rolls, such as PVC waterproof rolls, TPO waterproof rolls, and the like; rubber waterproof rolls such as butyl rubber waterproof rolls, ethylene propylene diene monomer waterproof rolls and the like; modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials, such as SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials, APP plastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials and the like.

The modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, particularly the SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has the advantages of low price of chromium, excellent waterproof performance, convenience in construction and the like, and is the most commonly used waterproof material at present.

However, the common modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has a fatal defect of flammability. The main material of the modified asphalt is still asphalt, the asphalt is a combustible material, and on one hand, the asphalt has high-temperature flowing property, so that the fire is easy to spread particularly in the combustion process; on the other hand, asphalt can decompose various flammable gases at high temperature, and the flammable gases can further increase the fire. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a flame retardant modified asphalt waterproof roll.

The most direct method for improving the flame retardant property of the modified asphalt is to add a flame retardant into the modified asphalt. However, the effect of directly adding the conventional flame retardant into the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is not ideal, and the high-temperature flowability of the asphalt can negatively affect the flame retardant effect of the flame retardant.

Therefore, the invention aims to solve the problem that the existing modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is poor in flame retardant property, and the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material with excellent flame retardant property is expected to be prepared.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problem of poor flame retardance of the conventional modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, the invention provides the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material with excellent flame retardance.

The upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and/or the lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of 100# asphalt, 10-15 parts of SBS modifier, 10-15 parts of softening oil, 5-10 parts of silane coupling agent and 3-8 parts of montmorillonite-based organic phosphorus flame retardant.

Further, in order to ensure the flame retardant property of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, the montmorillonite-based organic phosphorus flame retardant used in the invention is prepared by the following method.

(1) Dispersing montmorillonite powder in a p-xylene solvent, adding concentrated phosphoric acid with the concentration of 85% into the mixture, and carrying out acid treatment on the montmorillonite, wherein the ratio of the montmorillonite to the phosphoric acid is 100 g: (300- & lt800- & gt ml) and a large phosphoric acid surplus exists;

(2) adding pentaerythritol into the montmorillonite powder dispersion liquid after the acid treatment, stirring at a constant speed, heating to 140 ℃, carrying out esterification reaction for 6-8h, and forming pentaerythritol phosphate on the surface of the montmorillonite powder after the acid treatment, wherein the molar ratio of the pentaerythritol to the phosphoric acid is 1: (1.5-2.5);

(3) keeping the temperature unchanged, further adding urea into the solution after the esterification reaction, stirring, keeping the temperature for 2-4h, forming pentaerythritol phosphate urea salt on the surface of the montmorillonite powder,

(4) and then, carrying out suction filtration and drying on the solution to obtain the montmorillonite-based organophosphorus flame retardant.

Further, the preparation method of the upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and/or the lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer comprises the following steps:

adding 100# asphalt into a reaction kettle according to the weight parts, heating to 150 ℃, adding a silane coupling agent and softening oil, stirring at a high speed for 15min, heating to 180 ℃, adding an SBS modifier, continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a molten mixture, adding a montmorillonite-based organic phosphorus flame retardant, and shearing on a high-speed shearing machine for 90min to obtain uniformly dispersed flame-retardant modified asphalt; and then uniformly coating the obtained flame-retardant modified asphalt on the upper surface and the lower surface of the tire base layer to obtain an upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and a lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer.

Further, the surface isolation layers are respectively coated on the prepared upper flame-retardant modified asphalt layer and the prepared lower flame-retardant modified asphalt layer, so that the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material with excellent flame-retardant property can be obtained.

Further, the softening oil is selected from one of aromatic oil, naphthenic oil and naphtha.

Further, the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane, tri-tert-butoxyvinylsilane, gamma-ureidopropyltriethoxysilane, N-methyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and gamma-ethylenediamine-triethoxysilane.

In the invention, the traditional method of directly adding the flame retardant into the modified asphalt is replaced, the flame retardant is adhered to the surface of the montmorillonite powder in advance, and then the montmorillonite-based organic phosphorus flame retardant is added into the modified asphalt, so that the dispersion uniformity of the flame retardant in the modified asphalt can be improved.

During the preparation of the montmorillonite-based organic phosphorus flame retardant, acid treatment is carried out on montmorillonite in advance, and during the acid treatment, hydrogen ions and sodium ions in the montmorillonite are replaced, so that the montmorillonite containing proton phosphoric acid can be obtained, and part of phosphate groups are ensured to be uniformly and stably attached to the surface of montmorillonite powder. In the subsequent esterification reaction and the reaction with urea, the pentaerythritol phosphate and the pentaerythritol phosphate urea salt can be uniformly and firmly attached to the surface of the montmorillonite powder.

The organic phosphorus flame retardant is used in the invention, and can form a cross-linked solid layer with a stable structure after being heated, so that the cross-linked solid layer covers the flammable physical surface, and flammable substances are isolated from external gas, thereby preventing the further occurrence of the combustion process. Although asphalt has high-temperature fluidity and is particularly easy to cause fire spread in the combustion process, the fluidity of molten asphalt is hindered by the montmorillonite serving as the filler powder in the asphalt, and the filler powder in the asphalt is usually taken away together in the flowing and dripping process of the molten asphalt, so that the montmorillonite powder and the organic phosphorus flame retardant attached to the surface of the montmorillonite are uniformly distributed in the whole flowing modified asphalt. The situation that the flame retardant content in the asphalt at the flowing and dripping part is insufficient and the effective flame retardance can not be realized due to the flowing and dripping of the asphalt can not be caused.

Therefore, in any area of the modified asphalt, the organic phosphorus flame retardant is subjected to a thermal reaction, a cross-linked solid layer with a stable structure is formed, the modified asphalt is limited within a certain range, the further flowing, dripping and burning of the modified asphalt are prevented, and the flame retardance of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material can be effectively improved.
