The fence culture facility is supported by using reinforced concrete piles or steel pipe piles as fixing piles, a purse net body consists of a copper alloy netting and a synthetic fiber netting, the copper alloy netting is generally adopted at the part below the low tide level of seawater in the design of the net body, the water flow is kept smooth by utilizing the characteristic of preventing marine fouling organisms from attaching, and the part of the net body above the water surface of the low tide level cannot be subjected to the condition of no damage to the attachment of the organisms, so that the expensive copper alloy netting is not required to be adopted, the synthetic fiber netting is adopted to construct the upper half part of the fence culture facility net body, and the function of the fence culture facility is to prevent fishes inside the fence culture facility from escaping during the flood tide or under the wave condition. In the construction technology of the net body, the synthetic fiber net has the characteristic of easy aging, and a new net needs to be replaced every 2 to 3 years so as to ensure the integral strength of the net body. The invention aims to design a connecting device of a synthetic fiber net and a column pile, which can conveniently and quickly connect the synthetic fiber net to the column pile, simultaneously ensure the uniform connection stress of a synthetic fiber net and improve the safety of a net body structure of a fence cultivation facility.
