Background

Clothes drying equipment, such as an electric clothes drying machine, is a tool for drying clothes, and is one of appliances frequently used in daily life. Along with the popularization of the concepts of the internet of things and smart home, more and more consumers and manufacturers realize that the intellectualization of the equipment can bring more convenience for life, so that the current clothes airing equipment is not only a tool for airing clothes, but also has more other functions such as functions of illumination, sterilization, drying, air drying, emergency stop when meeting a blockage and the like besides the airing function.

At present, the clothes drying equipment generally adopts an ultraviolet germicidal lamp to irradiate the aired clothes to achieve the aim of sterilization. The clothes drying equipment generally comprises a main board arranged on a ceiling and a clothes drying rod hung below the main board, wherein an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is arranged on the main board of the clothes drying equipment, and the clothes on the clothes drying rod below can be sterilized by turning on the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp.

Because ultraviolet radiation may cause certain damage to human bodies or animals, how to avoid damage to users as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the sterilization effect is an urgent problem to be solved for clothes drying equipment with the ultraviolet sterilization function.

Disclosure of Invention

Clothes drying equipment, such as an electric clothes drying machine, is a tool for drying clothes, and is one of appliances frequently used in daily life. At present, clothes drying equipment generally adopts an ultraviolet germicidal lamp to irradiate the aired clothes to achieve the aim of sterilization, and ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet germicidal lamp can cover all clothes hanging positions of a clothes drying rod. When the user needs to use the sterilization function, the ultraviolet sterilization lamp can be controlled to be turned on through remote control, voice or an application program of the intelligent terminal, and therefore ultraviolet irradiation sterilization is carried out on clothes on the clothes airing rod. The existing clothes drying equipment is generally provided with an ultraviolet germicidal lamp with an irradiation range covering all clothes hanging positions of a clothes drying rod, or two ultraviolet germicidal lamps are symmetrically arranged, and the irradiation ranges of the two ultraviolet germicidal lamps cover all the clothes hanging positions of the clothes drying rod together. However, in the case where two ultraviolet germicidal lamps are provided, the two ultraviolet germicidal lamps are simultaneously turned on when the germicidal function is turned on, so that all the laundry on the clothes horse can be covered. As shown in fig. 1, the main board 11 is fixed on the ceiling, and two ultraviolet germicidal lamps are symmetrically arranged on the main board 11: the first ultraviolet germicidal lamp 131 and the second ultraviolet germicidal lamp 132 can cover half of the clothes hanging positions of the clothes drying rod 12 in the irradiation range of each ultraviolet germicidal lamp, so that the irradiation ranges of the two ultraviolet germicidal lamps can cover all the clothes hanging positions of the clothes drying rod together.

In this way, if the clothes aired on the clothes-horse is small, for example, if the user only dries one piece of clothes at the position of the edge of the clothes-horse, most of the area within the irradiation range of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is not actually sterilized, and the user may move about at the position where the clothes are not dried. Thus, the irradiation range of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is far larger than the range required by actual clothes sterilization, thereby increasing the risk of ultraviolet radiation injury to users.

In order to avoid injury to users when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is used for sterilizing clothes as far as possible, if the clothes drying equipment using the ultraviolet germicidal lamp for sterilizing is on the basis of ensuring the sterilizing effect, the irradiation range of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is made as small as possible, and the probability of injury to the users is greatly reduced. Based on the above, the invention provides a clothes drying equipment control method, which comprises the steps of acquiring the current hanging position of clothes on clothes drying equipment under the condition that the clothes drying equipment is provided with at least two ultraviolet germicidal lamps, and determining a target ultraviolet germicidal lamp corresponding to the current hanging position of the clothes according to the preset irradiation ranges of the at least two ultraviolet germicidal lamps; the target ultraviolet germicidal lamp is controlled to be started to sterilize the clothes, only the ultraviolet germicidal lamp corresponding to the position where the clothes are hung is started through the process, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp corresponding to the position where the clothes are not hung is not started, so that unnecessary ultraviolet irradiation is reduced, damage to users is avoided, and power consumption waste is reduced.

The clothes drying apparatus control process will be explained and explained in detail with reference to specific embodiments.

In one possible design, the detection module 401, when acquiring the current hanging position of the clothes on the clothes drying equipment, is configured to:

when the clothes airing rod for hanging the clothes is determined to be lifted to a preset height, acquiring the current hanging position of the clothes on the clothes airing equipment; or after a sterilization function starting instruction of a user is received, the current hanging position of the clothes on the clothes drying equipment is obtained.

In one possible design, the detection module 401 is specifically configured to:

detecting the current hanging position of the clothes on the clothes drying equipment by adopting an image recognition device; or a weight sensor is adopted to detect the current hanging position of the clothes on the clothes drying equipment.

In a possible design, the detection module 401 is further configured to detect whether a person enters a predetermined range around the clothes drying equipment by using a thermal infrared human body sensing device after the target ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned on;

the control module 403 is further configured to control the target ultraviolet germicidal lamp to pause working and/or control an alarm device to give an alarm if the detection module 401 detects that someone enters a predetermined range around the clothes drying apparatus.

The clothes drying device control device provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be specifically configured to execute the method embodiments provided in fig. 2 to 3, and specific functions are not described herein again.

According to the control device of the clothes drying equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current hanging position of clothes on the clothes drying equipment is obtained; determining a target ultraviolet germicidal lamp corresponding to the current hanging position of the clothes according to the preset irradiation ranges of the at least two ultraviolet germicidal lamps; and controlling the starting of the target ultraviolet germicidal lamp to sterilize the clothes. In the embodiment, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp corresponding to the clothes hanging position is only started, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp corresponding to the clothes hanging position is not started, so that unnecessary ultraviolet irradiation is reduced under the condition of ensuring effective sterilization of clothes, damage to users is avoided, and power consumption waste is reduced.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the clothes drying equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention. The clothes drying equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the processing flow provided by the clothes drying equipment control method embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the clothes drying equipment 50 comprises at least two ultraviolet germicidal lamps 51, a memory 52, a processor 53 and a computer program; wherein the computer program is stored in the memory 52 and is configured to be executed by the processor 53 in the clothes drying apparatus control method described in the above embodiment. In addition, the laundry drying apparatus 50 may further have a communication interface 54 for receiving control instructions. Of course, the clothes drying device 50 may further include various sensors mentioned in the clothes drying device control method described in the above embodiment, and details are not repeated here.

The clothes drying device of the embodiment shown in fig. 5 can be used for implementing the technical scheme of the method embodiment, and the implementation principle and technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.

In addition, the present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the computer program being executed by a processor to implement the clothes drying apparatus control method described in the above embodiments.

In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor (processor) to execute some steps of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
