A layout method for a hydraulic generator set suitable for a subway operation engineering vehicle comprises a frame, an internal combustion engine, a transfer case or a power takeoff, a gear pump, the hydraulic generator set and a sound box of the locomotive, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:

the internal combustion engine of the locomotive adopts a diesel engine, and a hydraulic generator set internally comprises a generator and a motor;

the internal combustion engine of the locomotive is arranged on a frame, and power is converted into a hydraulic oil source from a gear pump through a transfer case or a power takeoff, so that a motor is ensured to drive a generator to work;

the hydraulic generator set device is arranged at any position of the vehicle and is powered by a hydraulic pump;

under the working condition, the diesel engine of the engine is free in working speed, is not limited to 1500rpm, and fully utilizes the power of the engine.

A hydraulic generator set suitable for a subway operation engineering vehicle as claimed in claim 7, wherein said internal combustion engine is linked with a gear pump through a transfer case or a power take-off port, said gear pump is transferred to a generator through a hydraulic pipeline and a driving motor, one part of said internal combustion engine is transferred to a walking and operation system, and the other part of said internal combustion engine is output to the generator by the driving motor.

The hydraulic generator set suitable for the metro operation engineering vehicle as claimed in claim 8, wherein the internal combustion engine transfers the 280bar working pressure of the hydraulic source to the motor to drive the generator to work through the transfer case and the gear pump, the whole system realizes the stable work of the generator by controlling the pressure at the motor end, the pump end realizes the pressure regulation at the pump end through the feedback regulation device, and the motor end controls the overflow to realize the pressure stabilization.

The hydraulic generator set suitable for subway operation engineering vehicles as claimed in claim 9, wherein said hydraulic generator set monitors and adjusts the whole hydraulic generator set system through motor end speed sensor, motor end pressure sensor, pump end pressure sensor, the control system sets up the running indicator light and the fault buzzer to realize the monitoring of the system, and the electric system sets up start and stop to realize the whole operation and emergency stop of the hydraulic generator set.
