Background

Most of the existing machine equipment is provided with a brake so as to ensure that the machine equipment stops working completely in the shortest time when an accident happens. The brake mainly comprises an electromagnetic brake and a hydraulic brake, and the electromagnetic brake has small braking torque, poor braking effect and low braking speed. The hydraulic brake has good braking effect but larger volume. With the random increase of the types of machine equipment, the requirements on the brake are higher and higher, the braking effect is ensured, the braking speed is also ensured, in addition, the volume requirement on the brake is more strict, and the traditional brake is gradually difficult to meet the machine requirements.

The invention provides a self-locking brake, aiming at solving the problem of poor comprehensive performance of the existing brake.

under the condition of power failure of the self-locking brake provided by the invention, the electromagnetic release mechanism rapidly springs the self-locking claw to the shaft sleeve of the rotating shaft, the electromagnetic release mechanism provides initial pressure for the self-locking claw, the rotating shaft generates friction force under the influence of the pressure, the friction force enables the self-locking claw to rotate around the self-locking claw connecting part and is influenced by the shape of the self-locking claw, the contact part of the self-locking claw and the shaft sleeve is an inclined surface, the friction force drives the self-locking claw to rotate, meanwhile, pressure is generated at the position, and a part of the pressure is converted into the friction force. Therefore, the friction force and the pressure are gradually increased to form a self-locking effect, and the rotating shaft can be stopped in a very short time.
