1. the conveyed raw water is easy to block when running at a small opening;

2. the moving parts are in the valve body, the structure is complex and the operation and maintenance are difficult;

3. poor stability and easy blockage.

Chinese patent CN 1405473A discloses a multi-orifice sleeve axial-flow control valve, wherein the inner cavity of the outer valve body is provided with a circular sleeve body with a plurality of orifices, one end of the circular sleeve body is fixedly arranged between one end face of the outer valve body and the flange plate, the other end of the circular sleeve body is fixedly provided with an end cover, the outer surface of the circular sleeve body is sleeved with a circular sleeve, the circular sleeve is provided with a driving arm, the driving arm is connected with a driving mechanism, the adjusting device controls the driving arm to move back and forth to drive the circular sleeve to move on the circular sleeve body, the structure has the defects that the circular sleeve body with the spray orifices is a fixed part, the spray orifices are easy to cause the blockage of the circular sleeve of the moving part once being blocked, in addition, the saddle-shaped driving arm drives the circular sleeve to move back and forth through swinging, the requirement on the machining precision of the driving arm and the adjusting device is high, and the circular sleeve is easy to rotate and clamp in the moving process due to large error.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art by providing a sleeve-type control valve.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

a sleeve-type control valve comprising:

a main valve body: the device is of a two-stage embedded cylindrical structure with different diameters and comprises a small-diameter inner cylinder and a large-diameter outer cylinder which are integrally formed;

fixing a cone: the main valve body is fixedly arranged at the axis inside the main valve body to form a main valve body annular flow passage;

side valve body: the main valve body is of a stepped structure with a large front part and a small rear part, and comprises a front opening part and a rear straight cylinder part which are integrally formed, wherein the front opening part is fixedly connected with the rear end of the outer cylinder through a flange, and a straight flow passage of the rear straight cylinder part is communicated with the annular flow passage of the main valve body;

outer sleeve: the front end runner part is sleeved outside the rear part of the fixed cone, and the rear end sealing part is sleeved inside the rear straight cylinder part and reciprocates back and forth along the axis to realize the opening and closing of the runner;

a driving device: and the outer sleeve is arranged above the side valve body and used for driving the outer sleeve to reciprocate back and forth.

When the valve is in a closed state, the outer sleeve is located at a closed position, and the rear end closed part of the outer sleeve is located at an annular circulation position formed by the front opening part of the side valve body and the rear part of the fixed cone to block the flow passage.

When the valve is in a back flushing state, the outer sleeve is positioned at a back flushing position, the flow passage part at the front end of the outer sleeve is positioned at an annular opening formed between the fixed cone and the inner wall of the main valve body, and the sealing part at the rear end is attached and sealed with the rear part of the fixed cone.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

firstly, the transmission torque is light: the Y-shaped double-umbrella-shaped gear box drives the screw assemblies positioned on two sides of the side valve body to directly drive the axial movement of the outer sleeve to control the flow rate of the jet hole body, and the screw assemblies are only influenced by the gravity of the light outer sleeve and are not influenced by the pressure of water flow, so that the transmission torque is extremely light, and in addition, the driving part is positioned outside the side valve body, and the maintenance is very simple.

Secondly, the flow resistance loss is small, and cavitation is prevented: the outer sleeve of the invention adopts the design of the conical hole, the flow resistance loss is small compared with the straight hole injection, the flow resistance can be increased by 30 percent, in addition, the orifice of the conical hole is similar to a venturi tube, the water flow is continuously accelerated until the jet orifice is jetted, the pressure is recovered to be generated outside the jet orifice, the bubble is broken and generated in the water, and the cavitation of the jet orifice is completely avoided.

Thirdly, the cleaning is convenient and fast, and the efficiency is high: when the jet holes need to be cleaned, the limiting pins on the left side and the right side of the side valve body are taken off, the motor rotates reversely, the screw pushes the outer sleeve to move backwards, when the jet holes cover the annular inlet area of water flow, backwashing can be realized under the action of high-pressure water flow, in addition, due to the design of the tapered holes, the water flow flows out from the small inlet and the large outlet during backwashing, so that the cleaning is very easy, the water consumption for backwashing is small, the efficiency is higher, and the maintenance port is further arranged on the main valve body, so that garbage which is not easy to wash on the outer sleeve can be cleaned under the condition that the valve is not disassembled in the overhaul period.
