Background

The beautiful pattern paper is widely applied to various industries as a special paper, and is gradually widely applied to disinfection supply centers due to good elasticity and tensile strength. However, the conventional paper processing technology has the defects of non-uniform color, rough paper, low tensile strength, low softness and the like, so that the textured paper adhesive tape has the problems of paper tearing, edge warping after sterilization and the like in the use of a disinfection supply center, and therefore, the development of the textured paper processing agent for improving the tensile strength, the softness and the smoothness of the paper is a future development trend.

At present, most of the existing treating agents are prepared by mixing titanium dioxide, inorganic organic pigments and styrene-butadiene latex, and the treated paper has the problems of low tensile strength, brittle paper, uneven color and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a soft high-temperature-resistant high-humidity-resistant textured paper treating agent which has the advantages of low VOC (volatile organic compounds) emission, improvement on tensile strength, softness, smoothness, color uniformity and the like of paper and can be used for treating the paper of products such as packaging adhesive tapes, indicating adhesive tapes and the like; the invention also provides a simple and feasible application method of the treating agent.

The soft high-temperature-resistant high-humidity-resistant textured paper treating agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:

preferably, the titanium dioxide is anatase type titanium dioxide, and the particle size is less than or equal to 1 mu m.

Preferably, the zinc oxide particle size is less than or equal to 1 μm.

grinding titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, an anti-aging agent, a softening agent and a dye to be less than or equal to 6 microns by using a three-roll grinder by taking absolute ethyl alcohol as a solvent, dispersing the ground materials in water, adding a dispersing agent and color paste, and stirring to obtain the textured paper treating agent; dispersing the textured paper treating agent in styrene-butadiene latex, butyronitrile latex and acrylic emulsion, dipping raw paper of textured paper, and drying in an oven to obtain the treated textured paper.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) according to the invention, high temperature resistant titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are adopted to increase the temperature resistance and tensile strength of paper, so that the risk of tearing the adhesive tape by medical personnel is reduced;

(2) the softening agent is introduced to improve the softness of the textured paper, and the edge warping phenomenon of the adhesive tape in a high-temperature sterilization environment is reduced;

(3) according to the invention, the color paste and the dye are matched to improve the color uniformity of the paper;

(4) according to the invention, by adjusting the proportion of each component, when the prepared treating agent is applied to the textured paper, the tensile strength, the softness and the color uniformity of the textured paper can be improved, the performance index of the high-temperature sterilization adhesive tape is further improved, and the situations of tearing of the adhesive tape in a disinfection supply center and edge warping of the sterilization package are reduced;

(5) the application method of the soft high-temperature and high-humidity resistant textured paper treating agent is simple, feasible, scientific and reasonable.

The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which, however, are not to be construed as limiting the invention thereto.

Example 1

A soft high-temperature-resistant high-humidity-resistant textured paper treating agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:

titanium dioxide: 50 percent of

Zinc oxide: 20 percent of

Anti-aging agent (4010 NA): 5 percent of

Softener (polyoxyethylene stearate): 8 percent of

Dispersant (sodium hexametaphosphate): 5 percent of

Color paste (iron yellow): 6 percent of

Dye (c.i. acid red 37): 6 percent.

Grinding titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, an anti-aging agent, a softening agent and dye by using absolute ethyl alcohol as a solvent through a three-roll grinder until the particle size is less than or equal to 6 microns, dispersing the mixture in water, adding a dispersing agent and color paste, stirring for 40 minutes to prepare the textured paper treating agent, finally dispersing the textured paper treating agent in 100Kg of styrene-butadiene latex, butyronitrile latex and acrylic emulsion (with the solid content of 50 percent), dipping the textured paper raw paper, and drying the paper in an oven to obtain the treated textured paper.

Example 2

A soft high-temperature-resistant high-humidity-resistant textured paper treating agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:

titanium dioxide: 60 percent of

Zinc oxide: 23 percent of

Anti-aging agent (4010 NA): 2 percent of

Softener (polyoxyethylene stearate): 5 percent of

Dispersant (sodium tripolyphosphate): 2 percent of

Color paste (yellow PD-2 GC): 5 percent of

Dye (c.i. acid red 89): 3 percent.

Grinding titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, an anti-aging agent, a softening agent and dye by using absolute ethyl alcohol as a solvent through a three-roll grinder until the particle size is less than or equal to 6 microns, dispersing the mixture in water, adding a dispersing agent and color paste, stirring for 40 minutes to prepare the textured paper treating agent, finally dispersing the textured paper treating agent in 100Kg of styrene-butadiene latex, butyronitrile latex and acrylic emulsion (with the solid content of 40%), dipping the textured paper raw paper, and drying the paper in an oven to obtain the treated textured paper.

titanium dioxide: 55 percent of

Zinc oxide: 25 percent of

Anti-aging agent (264): 3 percent of

Color paste (iron yellow): 5 percent of

Dye (c.i. acid red 37): 3 percent.

Color paste (iron yellow): 25 percent of

Dye (c.i. acid red 37): 15 percent.

Grinding an anti-aging agent, a softening agent and a dye to be less than or equal to 6 microns by using a three-roll grinder by taking absolute ethyl alcohol as a solvent, dispersing the ground materials in water, adding a dispersing agent and color paste, stirring for 40 minutes to obtain a textured paper treating agent, finally dispersing the textured paper treating agent in 100Kg of styrene-butadiene latex, butyronitrile latex and acrylic emulsion (with the solid content of 50 percent), dipping raw paper of textured paper, and drying the raw paper in an oven to obtain the treated textured paper.

The results of the performance tests on the crepe papers obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in table 1.
