When the existing drying equipment is used for drying the intermediate material, because the contact area between the intermediate and the drying equipment is small, and because the existing equipment is inconvenient for fully dispersing the material, all surfaces of the intermediate material are heated unevenly, and the drying uniformity of the intermediate is influenced; meanwhile, when the intermediate material is dried, the contact time of the intermediate material and hot air is short, and the drying efficiency is reduced.

Feeder hopper 3 is still installed at jar body 1 top, and feeder hopper 3 is connected fixedly through a installing support and jar body 1, and 3 bottoms of feeder hopper are connected with filling tube 31, and the inside of first collecting hopper 2 is stretched into to filling tube 31 bottom, sets up control flap 311 control feeder hopper 3 row of material volume on the filling tube 31 to prevent reinforced too fast and arouse spilling over of material in the first collecting hopper 2.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, adding a medical intermediate material to be dried through a feed hopper 3, simultaneously introducing hot air into the tank body 1 through a fan 5 and an air inlet pipe 12, allowing the intermediate material to enter a first collecting hopper 2 through a feed pipe 31, then dispersedly discharging the intermediate through a plurality of first guide pipes 23, allowing the intermediate material to fall between a first heating pipe 71 and a plurality of second heating pipes 72, drying the hot air in the tank body 1 through heating of the heating pipes, then allowing the intermediate material to fall into a second collecting hopper 6, dispersedly discharging the intermediate through a shunt pipe 81 and each branch pipe 82, dispersedly discharging the intermediate through a plurality of second guide pipes 83 which are obliquely arranged and a plurality of third discharge holes 831 at the bottom of the second guide pipes 83, delaying and dispersing the intermediate when the discharged intermediate particles fall, and contacting with a first umbrella-shaped guide plate 91 and a second umbrella-shaped guide plate 92, prolonging the contact time of the intermediate material and the hot air, and the intermediates are fully dispersed, the contact between each intermediate and hot air is increased, the drying uniformity is effectively improved, and finally, dried intermediate materials are discharged and collected through the material guide block 9 and the material discharge pipe 13.
