The stirring member 31 has a rod-like or sheet-like shape. The plurality of stirring members 31 are arranged in order in the axial direction of the mounting shaft 30. The plurality of stirring members 31 are uniformly arranged around the circumferential direction of the mounting shaft 30 along the axial projection of the mounting shaft 30.
