In the example of fig. 1, the number of the spot inspection groove sets is four, the four spot inspection groove sets are arranged along the extending direction of the elongated groove 11b, each spot inspection groove set includes five spot inspection grooves 11, the number of the spot inspection grooves 11 on the spot inspection substrate 1 is 20, and the spot inspection grooves 11 are arranged in multiple rows and multiple columns, so that the change of taking and placing the fingerprint module 101 in the spot inspection process is reduced for an operator. Of course, the arrangement of the plurality of spot inspection grooves 11 on the spot inspection substrate 1 is not limited thereto.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, an avoidance groove 12 is formed on each of the two long side walls 1121 of the elongated groove 11b, the avoidance groove 12 is located at the middle of the long side wall 1121 in the length direction, and the length of the avoidance groove 12 is half of the length of the long side wall 1121. Therefore, the position of the avoiding groove 12 is reasonably arranged and the size of the avoiding groove is reasonably arranged, the contact area between the fingerprint module 101 and the side wall of the point detection groove 100 is effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the point detection precision, and the fingerprint module 101 is prevented from being easily polluted.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the point inspection substrate 1 is an anti-static material, so that the point inspection substrate 1 can prevent the fingerprint module 101 from being damaged due to static electricity generated in the point inspection process, and the reliability of the fingerprint module 101 is ensured.

Optionally, the point inspection substrate 1 may be an antistatic bakelite component, which has good mechanical strength, wear resistance and electrical insulation, and after surface processing or abrasion, the antistatic value of the antistatic bakelite component has no change, so that the antistatic property is stable, and the antistatic effect of the point inspection substrate 1 is effectively ensured.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of fixing holes 14 are formed in the spot inspection substrate 1, the plurality of fixing holes 14 may be arranged at intervals, a fixing member is penetrated through each fixing hole 14, and the fixing member is used for fixing the spot inspection substrate 1 on the operating platform, so as to fix the position of the spot inspection substrate 1, and avoid that the spot inspection efficiency is low due to the movement of the spot inspection substrate 1 in the spot inspection process.

For example, in the example of fig. 1, two fixing holes 14 are formed in the point inspection substrate 1, the two fixing holes 14 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of one edge of the point inspection substrate 1, and both the two fixing holes 14 are substantially located in the middle of the point inspection substrate 1, which is beneficial to improving the fixing firmness of the point inspection substrate 1, and avoiding that the point inspection substrate 1 is easily deformed greatly to affect the screening effect when the point inspection substrate 1 is partially suspended on the operating platform. Wherein, the fixing member can be selected as a threaded fastener, but is not limited thereto.

Of course, the number of the fixing holes 14 may be three or more.

Wherein, the fixing hole 14 can run through the operation surface 10 to be convenient for the installation of the fixing piece, and the fixing hole 14 can be arranged with the interval of the point inspection groove 11 to avoid the fixing piece to influence the point inspection of the fingerprint module 101.

In the example of fig. 1, when there are two fixing holes 14, one of the fixing holes 14 is formed as a circular hole, and the other fixing hole 14 is formed as an oblong hole, which is advantageous to reduce the positioning accuracy of the fixing hole 14 and facilitate the machining of the fixing hole 14.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the point inspection substrate 1 is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped structure 1a, the length of the rectangular parallelepiped structure 1a is L, the width is W, and the thickness is T, L, W, T satisfy the requirements that L is 266mm, W is 207mm, and T is 12mm, so that the point inspection substrate 1 is simple in structure and convenient to implement, and the point inspection substrate 1 has a suitable operation surface 10, which is convenient for an operator to operate, and improves the point inspection efficiency, and meanwhile, a suitable number of point inspection grooves 11 are convenient to be arranged on the point inspection substrate 1, and a suitable distance between two adjacent point inspection grooves 11 is ensured, which is beneficial to shortening the distance for the operator to sequentially pick and place the fingerprint module 101.

According to the point inspection method of the fingerprint module 101 of the embodiment of the second aspect of the present application, the fingerprint module 101 includes the sensor assembly 1011 and the reinforced steel sheet 1012, the sensor assembly 1011 is disposed on one side of the reinforced steel sheet 1012, and the sensor assembly 1011 is connected to the reinforced steel sheet 1012, the fingerprint module 101 performs point inspection by using the point inspection tool 100, and the point inspection tool 100 is the point inspection tool 100 of the fingerprint module 101 of the embodiment of the first aspect of the present application.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the spot inspection method includes the following steps: matching the fingerprint module 101 with the spot inspection groove 11; inspection fingerprint module 101 and the size adaptability of point inspection recess 11 to screening and the fingerprint module 101 that the size of point inspection recess 11 suited.

For example, the point inspection process can be performed on a production line, the fingerprint module 101 receives materials, and an operator takes the fingerprint module 101 for point inspection; in the spot inspection process, an operator can match the fingerprint module 101 with the spot inspection groove 11, and make the sensor assembly 1011 matched with the first spot inspection groove 111 and the reinforcing steel sheet 1012 matched with the second spot inspection groove 112; then check fingerprint module 101 and the size adaptability of point inspection recess 11, then the operator can detect the fingerprint module 101 and the point size difference between the recess 11, for example judge the fingerprint module 101 and the point size difference between the recess 11 and/or measure the fingerprint module 101 and the point size difference between the recess 11 etc. through the detection instrument through the naked eye, with the screening with the fingerprint module 101 that the size of point inspection recess 11 suits, screening meeting the required fingerprint module 101 promptly; these qualified fingerprint modules 101 may then flow to the next station on the production line.

Wherein, measuring tool can include feeler gauge, height gage, slide caliper rule etc. for example the feeler gauge can measure the interval between fingerprint module 101 and the lateral wall of some inspection recess 11, and the difference of fingerprint module 101 thickness and some inspection recess 11 degree of depth can be measured to the height gage.

According to the point inspection method of the fingerprint module 101, the point inspection efficiency is effectively improved and the point inspection precision is improved by utilizing the point inspection tool 100 of the first aspect.

Wherein, in-process is examined at the point, owing to need the operator to operate, the surface of fingerprint module 101 all sets up the radius angle, and the surface of fingerprint module 101 does not scrape edges such as hand, burr, avoids the operator injured, guarantees operation safety.

In some embodiments, the outer wrapping of fingerprint module 101 has the release paper, and then the release paper can wrap at least part of the outer surface of fingerprint module 101 to effectively protect fingerprint module 101, avoid fingerprint module 101 dirty and influence fingerprint module 101 on the production line the point inspection result of fingerprint module 101, influence the assembly precision of fingerprint module 101; as shown in fig. 5, the spot inspection method further includes the following steps: cooperate fingerprint module 101 before examining recess 11 in the point, tear from type paper fingerprint module 101, avoid influencing the point of fingerprint module 101 from type paper and examine the result.
