Compared with the prior art, this plug and socket with overload protection function's advantage lies in:

1. the socket plug is connected under the action of the magnetic attraction of the first permanent magnetic column and the second permanent magnetic column, and the gap between the base body and the shell is small, so that the situation that a user is in contact with the exposed conducting rod through the conducting piece is not easy to occur, and electric shock accidents are avoided.

2. The electromagnetic coil is connected in parallel with a circuit where an electric appliance is located, the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil is used for offsetting the magnetic field of the second permanent magnetic column, and magnetic repulsion force is generated on the first permanent magnetic column, so that the plug is separated from the socket, the connection is interrupted, the alarm circuit is connected for alarming, and the use safety is improved.
