In ocean scientific drilling aiming at drilling through a 'Mohuo surface', the cost per day exceeds hundreds of thousands of RMB due to the difficult problems of high construction risk, long time consumption and the like of offshore construction operation, and the wire-line coring drilling mode is often adopted for operation in order to improve the drilling coring efficiency in the ocean drilling. In addition, the construction conditions of drilling at the bottom of the ocean are complex, and borehole wall instability easily causes borehole wall collapse and other in-hole accidents, so that casing pipes need to be put to maintain borehole wall stability. In order to save the operation time and improve the core drilling and casing efficiency, a retractable drill bit and accessory drilling equipment which can be matched with an upper rope core drilling tool and can realize the simultaneous drilling with a casing are needed to be designed for the ocean drilling.

When the drill bit 1 and the rock core tube 16 need to be taken back, the rock core tube 16 and the drill bit 1 are pulled upwards, and the shrinkage block 6 is extruded by the end part of the drill rod 17 and then retracts into the drill bit matrix 2, so that the rock core tube 16 and the drill bit 1 can be directly taken out along the drill rod 17, the step that the whole set of drilling tool needs to be lifted to an offshore drilling platform due to abrasion of the drill bit 1 is avoided, the construction and maintenance time is saved, the construction cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.

In the present embodiment, a rotation shaft 8 is provided at a first end of the mounting cavity 5, and a shaft hole 9 rotatably connected to the rotation shaft 8 is provided at a first end of the contraction block 6.

When the contraction block 6 is mounted in the mounting chamber 5, the rotation shaft 8 is inserted through the shaft hole 9 so that the contraction block 6 can rotate about the rotation shaft 8, as will be described later.
