The whole material of the device is light and firm, the fixing plate can be prepared from a12 die aluminum through a quenching process, so that the bending tool ensures the working performance, is light and durable, has the weight which is less than half of that of the traditional steel material, and is more convenient to construct due to the application of a split hydraulic structure.

Under narrow construction environment, can avoid personnel to bore and bend the cable in the cabinet to reduce personnel's touching tape spool spaced possibility, a constructor just can carry out the camber adjustment to whole cable end joint during the use, has saved a large amount of cable angular adjustment time, improves operating efficiency, can not hinder the cable whole simultaneously, guarantees cable terminal's reliable operation.
