Background

In the last decade, the blade diameter of domestic mainstream wind turbines is increased from 68 meters to 116 meters by 70%, and the rated power of a single fan is also improved by 50% -100%. And if the prefabricated tower barrel is damaged in the links of storage, transportation, hoisting and the like, repair is difficult, so that the construction period is delayed and economic loss is caused. Therefore, the tower barrels are vertically fixed on the flat plate of the component transport vehicle, and the problem that the number of the tower barrels placed on the flat plate of the component transport vehicle is too small is solved. It should be further noted that, in order to make the binding effect better, in the present embodiment, the first hole 101, the second hole 102, and the third hole 301 are located on the same vertical plane.

As can be seen from fig. 1, due to the positional relationship between the first hole 101, the second hole 102 and the third hole 301, a problem of looseness may occur in long-distance transportation after binding due to the second hole 102 being far from the third hole 301 during the binding process, and a problem of firmness of the U-shaped channel frame 1 assembled with the horizontal channel 3 may occur.

In order to solve the above problem, in this embodiment, a reinforcing plate 4 is provided between the outer side edge of the U-shaped channel frame 1 and the horizontal channel 3.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the reinforcing plate 4 is of a triangular structure, and four reinforcing plates are provided, and are correspondingly arranged between the outer side edge of the U-shaped channel steel frame 1 and the horizontal channel steel 3 in pairs.

A connecting plate 401 is arranged between the two reinforcing plates 4, and a fifth hole 402 is formed in the connecting plate 401.

It should be noted that the fifth hole 402 should be on the same vertical plane as the second hole 102 and the third hole 301.

The adjusting nut comprises an inner nut 204 and an outer nut 203 which are respectively positioned on two surfaces of a single side plate of the U-shaped channel steel frame 1.

In this embodiment, since the nut structure is adopted, it is indispensable that the rod 202 is provided with a threaded portion adapted to the adjusting nut.

The binding structure 5 may be a member having a threading or binding function, such as a nut ring or a round bar.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, a round bar is used.

It should be noted that the number of the first holes 101, the second holes 102, and the third holes 30 is not limited in the present invention, and for example, two or more sets may be provided in parallel; or one first hole 101 and two second holes 102 are arranged, and binding operation is performed by winding one coil; similarly, two or more groups of heavy universal foot cups 2 may be provided, which also serve to adapt to the reinforcement and stable transportation of towers or tower ring pieces with different specifications, and fall within the protection scope of the present invention, and are not described herein.

Because the horizontal channel steel 3 is wholly arranged horizontally, and the horizontal structure may have the problem of binding and falling off.

Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the groove 302 is formed by bending both sides of the horizontal channel 3. The binding tool takes a steel wire rope as an example, and a part of the steel wire rope, which is positioned in the horizontal channel steel 3, is arranged in the groove body 302.

It is further noted that, with reference to fig. 2, in order to make the wire rope binding in the slot 302 more stable. And fourth holes 104 are formed in the end parts of two sides of the U-shaped channel steel frame 1 and penetrate through the horizontal channel steel 3 to extend into the groove body 302.

Thus, the portion of the cable within the channel 302 passes through the fourth aperture 104.

In this embodiment, the two side portions of the U-shaped channel frame 1 contacting the horizontal channel 3 may be fixed to the horizontal channel 3 by welding.

It should be noted that the sides of the U-channel steel frame 1 are formed by a continuous double-layer steel plate, in one embodiment (see fig. 4).

Therefore, the structure of the channel 103 should include a hole a for the clamping portion 201 to pass through, which is formed on the inner plate of the side edge of the U-shaped channel steel frame 1, and a hole B for the rod 202 to pass through, which is formed on the outer plate of the side edge of the U-shaped channel steel frame 1, the inner nut 204 is located on the inner side surface of the outer plate, and the outer nut 203 is located on the outer side surface of the outer plate and should correspond to the hole B. Therefore, the inner nut 204 and the outer nut 203 are utilized to adjust the position of the rod 202, and structural support is provided for the clamping part 201 to clamp tower drum ring pieces with different specifications.

For a better understanding of the present invention, in one particular embodiment, reference is made to FIG. 5.

By way of example only, and not by way of limitation. The four fixing tools are adopted, the tower drum ring pieces are vertically placed on the flat plate 6, the fixing tools are correspondingly arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the tower drum ring pieces in pairs respectively, the tower drum ring pieces are placed in the openings of the U-shaped channel steel frame 1, the heavy universal foot cups 2 are adjusted to reinforce the tower drum ring pieces, steel wire ropes are adopted, round bars are used for binding, and the tower drum ring pieces penetrate through the second holes and the first holes to be fixed on the flat plate 6.

The horizontal channel steel 3 of the fixing tool provided by the invention is positioned on the flat plate 6, and the third hole 301 on the horizontal channel steel can be matched with a threaded hole to fix the fixing tool on the flat plate 6, so that the transportation stability of the fixing tool is improved. For example, a screw hole is opened in the plate 6 at a position corresponding to the third hole 301, and the horizontal channel 3 is fixed to the plate by a bolt.
