Step three: in the printing process, the coil stock is pulled out, and coil stock reel 3 drives first pulley 4 and rotates to utilize first belt 7 to drive the axle of encoder 6 and rotate, encoder 6 counts, and with data transmission to computer, the angular velocity who calculates current coil stock through encoder 6 feedback is:

wherein S is the linear speed of the first belt wheel 4, is a given value of the system, and is close to 0 when the residual radius of the coil stock is 0, namely, when the coil stock is used up, the system warns, and when the diameter of the coil stock changes, the speed of the servo motor 13 controlled by the computer changes according to the diameter of the coil stock, the tension of the whole system is kept constant, by means of the encoder 6, the remaining radius of the web on the web roll 3 is measured and calculated, with which the rotational speed of the servomotor 13 can be controlled, furthermore, the tension force of the coil stock can be kept constant in the whole process of pulling out the coil stock for printing, the problem of tearing the coil stock can be avoided, and the two rubber rollers are matched with a second belt 12 through a first driven belt wheel 10 and a second driven belt wheel 11, can realize synchronous rotation, can avoid pulling torque to become the problem of index change, save the trouble of later stage regulation, can also in time report to the police and indicate to change the coil stock.
