5. A process for producing an art pigment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises the steps of:

(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio, firstly putting the guar gum into distilled water for heating at the temperature of 80-85 ℃ for 30-60 min, stirring while heating for dissolving, and controlling the stirring speed to be 350-400 r/min to prepare adhesive glue solution;

(2) adding methyl methacrylate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and polyethylene glycol into the adhesive glue solution prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to prepare a colloid;

(3) adding acrylic latex into the colloid prepared in the step (2), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to obtain a mixed colloid;

(4) placing the natural pigment into the mixed colloid prepared in the step (3), stirring for 30-40 min at the stirring temperature of 80-95 ℃ and the stirring speed of 200-300 r/min, sequentially adding titanium dioxide, talcum powder, anti-settling agent and surfactant, and continuously stirring for 40-60 min at the same stirring temperature and stirring speed to obtain a crude color slurry;

(5) and (4) adding the coarse color slurry prepared in the step (4) into a hopper of a three-roller grinding machine, grinding for 3-5 times by the three-roller grinding machine, cooling a roller by circulating water, and allowing the ground feed liquid to flow into a storage barrel to obtain a finished product.

6. A process for producing an art pigment according to claim 5, wherein: in the step (5), the temperature of the circulating water is 18-20 ℃.

Background

The pigment is a substance capable of coloring an object, is a commonly used material in art painting, and has a plurality of types. Currently, common art pigments are divided into organic pigments and inorganic pigments. Inorganic pigments are low in cost, relatively good in heat resistance and relatively stable in color, but are limited in color and hue and not vivid. Compared with common inorganic pigments, organic pigments generally have higher tinting strength, are easy to grind and disperse, are not easy to precipitate, have brighter colors, but have poorer sun-proof, heat-resistant and weather-resistant properties.

Preferably, the anti-settling agent is selected from one of nonionic polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and polyethylene glycol octadecanol ether.

Preferably, the surfactant is sodium polyacrylate.

Preferably, the natural pigment is selected from one of grape skin pigment, licorice pigment, chrysanthemum yellow pigment, safflower red pigment, purple cabbage pigment, black sesame pigment, lycopene, natural carotene, mixed carotenoid, corn yellow, annatto pigment, gardenia yellow pigment, gardenia green pigment, capsicum red pigment and pimento red pigment.

A preparation method of art pigment comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio, firstly putting the guar gum into distilled water for heating at the temperature of 80-85 ℃ for 30-60 min, stirring while heating for dissolving, and controlling the stirring speed to be 350-400 r/min to prepare adhesive glue solution;

(2) adding methyl methacrylate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and polyethylene glycol into the adhesive glue solution prepared in the step (1), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to prepare a colloid;

(3) adding acrylic latex into the colloid prepared in the step (2), and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 350-400 r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-70 ℃ to obtain a mixed colloid;

(4) placing the natural pigment into the mixed colloid prepared in the step (3), stirring for 30-40 min at the stirring temperature of 80-95 ℃ and the stirring speed of 200-300 r/min, sequentially adding titanium dioxide, talcum powder, anti-settling agent and surfactant, and continuously stirring for 40-60 min at the same stirring temperature and stirring speed to obtain a crude color slurry;

(5) and (4) adding the coarse color slurry prepared in the step (4) into a hopper of a three-roller grinding machine, grinding for 3-5 times by the three-roller grinding machine, cooling a roller by circulating water, and allowing the ground feed liquid to flow into a storage barrel to obtain a finished product.

Preferably, in the step (5), the temperature of the circulating water is 18-20 ℃.
