A novel intelligent toy mouse as claimed in claim 7, wherein the teeth throwing structure comprises an output shaft connected to the output end of the motor (8), a transmission wheel fixed on the output shaft, a lever rotatably arranged on the output shaft, and a throwing tooth rotatably arranged on the lever and connected with the transmission wheel.

9. The novel intelligent toy mouse as recited in claim 8, wherein the transmission wheel is mounted at a rotational connection between the lever and the output shaft, and the connection between the lever and the output shaft has frictional damping.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of toys, in particular to a novel intelligent toy mouse.

Background

The intelligent toy has more functions besides developing intelligence. For example, the intelligence toy stimulates the development of functions, has bright designed color and attractive lines, and can stimulate the vision of children; the children can be stimulated to hear by the 'ring' which can be sounded when the children hold the 'ring' and the 'piano' which can give out various animal sounds when the keys are pressed; the rolling colored ball can cultivate the touch sense of the child. Thus, the different educational toys are effective tools to assist children in understanding the world, helping them coordinate their various sensory responses in order to reach and recognize the novelty everything else.

Most of the existing toys do not have the functions of human-computer interaction and simulation, and particularly for children who are not good at distinguishing true from false, the existing toys cannot provide a high-simulation toy to improve interactivity.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the defects in the prior art mentioned in the background art, the invention provides a novel intelligent toy mouse.

and a driving piece connected with the support arm is rotatably arranged in the mouse-shaped shell, and the support arm is connected with the motor through the driving piece.

As a further scheme of the invention: and a sound box which is connected with the power device through signals is arranged in the mouse-shaped shell, and the sound box is connected with the power device through a controller.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the motor is electrically connected with the power supply and the sound control switch, the tail piece is installed at the rear part of the mouse-shaped shell, and a battery barrel used for installing the power supply is arranged in the tail piece.

Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

In addition, an element of the present invention may be said to be "fixed" or "disposed" to another element, either directly on the other element or with intervening elements present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the only embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, a novel intelligent toy mouse includes a mouse-shaped housing 1, leg members 2 detachably mounted on two sides of the lower portion of the mouse-shaped housing 1, and two support arms 4 movably mounted on the mouse-shaped housing 1; a toy nut jar 5 is fixed between the two support arms 4, and a walking mechanism for driving the mouse-shaped shell 1 to move is arranged on the leg piece 2; a power device for driving the traveling mechanism to move or the support arm 4 to swing is arranged in the mouse-shaped shell 1; the walking mechanism is connected with the power device through a transmission assembly;

specifically, the power device drives the traveling mechanism and the support arm 4 to move, and it should be noted herein that when the power device drives the traveling mechanism to move, the support arm 4 does not move, and correspondingly, when the power device drives the support arm 4 to move, the traveling mechanism does not move.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a sound box 11 connected with the power device through signals is installed in the mouse-shaped housing 1, and the sound box 11 is connected with the power device through a controller;

the sound box 11 has two functions of simulating scream and laugh;

the motor 8 is a speed-regulating motor, after the power switch is started for 1.5 seconds, the motor 8 drives the transmission assembly to drive the travelling mechanism to run, so that the whole toy is driven to travel, meanwhile, the sound box 11 works to give out laughing sounds, and the speed is changed in the travelling process (in the process, the motor 8 is not matched with the support arm 4, namely, the support arm 4 is in a static state);

when the outside sends out a palm beating threatening sound, the voice control switch sends out a signal to the motor 8, the motor 8 is matched with the support arm 4 and is separated from the transmission assembly, namely, the motor 8 drives the support arm 4 to swing, the action that a mouse gnaws and bites the toy nut jar 5 is simulated, the transmission assembly does not operate, and the walking mechanism is stopped; the motor 8 is then again engaged with the drive assembly and disengaged from the arm 4, simulating the mouse's running away action.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the tail 3 is provided with a touch switch, the touch switch is connected to the sound box 11 by signals, a driving member 10 connected to the supporting arm 4 is rotatably installed in the mouse-shaped housing 1, the supporting arm 4 is connected to the motor 8 through the driving member 10, and when the tail 3 is uncluttered, the sound box 11 can generate different sound effects.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, the transmission assembly comprises a transmission case 9 installed in the mouse-shaped housing 1, a gear set 13 is rotatably disposed in the transmission case 9, and the gear set 13 is connected with a transmission shaft 14 rotatably disposed on the leg member 2;

the transmission case 9 connects the transmission shaft 14 with the motor 8, thereby realizing variable-speed walking and achieving the effect of fast and slow walking.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the gear set 13 comprises a gear throwing structure and two fixed gears, the two fixed gears are respectively mounted on the transmission shaft 14 and the driving member 10 for connecting the two arms 4, the driving member 10 is rotatably disposed in the mouse-shaped housing 1, and the gear throwing structure is connected with the motor 8;

when the motor 8 drives the throwing-out structure to rotate forwards, the gear throwing structure drives the gear arranged on the driving piece 10 to rotate, so that the support arm 4 is driven to act, and the biting action is executed;

when the motor 8 drives the throwing-out structure to rotate reversely, the tooth throwing structure drives the gear mounted on the transmission shaft 14 to rotate, so that the transmission shaft 14 is driven to rotate, and the whole toy is driven to walk.

In another embodiment of the invention, the gear throwing structure comprises an output shaft connected with the output end of the motor 8, a transmission wheel fixed on the output shaft, a lever rotatably arranged on the output shaft, and a gear throwing rotatably arranged on the lever and connected with the transmission wheel;

the transmission wheel is arranged at the rotary joint of the lever and the output shaft, and the joint of the lever and the output shaft is provided with friction damping;

when the motor 8 rotates forwards, the lever deflects due to the damping between the lever and the output shaft, the lever rotates synchronously along with the transmission wheel and the output shaft until the throwing tooth is lapped with the gear on the driving piece 10 and stops deflecting, at the moment, the lever overcomes the frictional damping and keeps static, the output shaft drives the transmission wheel to rotate, the transmission wheel drives the throwing tooth to rotate, and the throwing tooth is lapped with the gear on the driving piece 10 and can drive the gear on the driving piece 10 and the driving piece 10 to rotate, so that the biting action is finished;

correspondingly, when the motor 8 rotates reversely, the lever can deflect reversely due to the damping between the lever and the output shaft, the lever rotates reversely synchronously along with the transmission wheel and the output shaft until the swinging teeth are lapped with the gear on the transmission shaft 14 and then stop deflecting, the lever overcomes the frictional damping to keep static at the moment, the output shaft drives the transmission wheel to rotate, the transmission wheel drives the swinging teeth to rotate, and the swinging teeth are lapped with the gear on the transmission shaft 14 and can drive the gear on the transmission shaft 14 and the transmission shaft 14 to rotate, so that the walking action is completed.

In another embodiment of the invention, two ends of the transmission shaft 14 are respectively provided with a walking wheel 6, a supporting wheel 7 matched with the walking wheels 6 is rotatably arranged below the tail piece 3, and the two walking wheels 6 are matched with the supporting wheel 7 to realize the rolling connection of the mouse-shaped shell 1 and the ground, so that the moving resistance is reduced.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the leg member 2 is made of silver.

As specific functional examples of the present invention:

after the start-up is delayed for 1.5 seconds, the robot starts to walk forwards slowly and simultaneously gives out laughter; stopping the machine for 2 seconds to start eating the pine nuts, and maintaining the state for 2 seconds;

3, first giving out screaming or laughing, and simultaneously walking for 3 seconds slowly, then walking for 3 seconds at full speed, then walking for 3 seconds slowly, stopping to eat pine nuts for 2 seconds, and giving out laughing;

4, sending out screaming or laughing, changing the walking speed from slow to full speed within 3 seconds, maintaining for 1 second, and then changing the walking speed from full speed to slow within 3 seconds; stopping taking the pine nuts, starting eating the pine nuts for 2 seconds, and making laughing sounds;

5, firstly sending out screaming or laughing, and simultaneously after walking for 1 second at full speed, changing from full speed to slow speed within 3 seconds, after walking for 3 seconds, and then walking for 3 seconds, stopping to eat the pine nuts for 2 seconds, and sending out laughing;

6, first giving out screaming or laughing, and stopping to eat the pine nuts for 2 seconds after walking for 4 seconds at full speed, and giving out laughing; then the speed is increased for 2 seconds;

7, making scream or laughter, and making laughter after walking for 2 seconds at full speed, slowly walking for 5 seconds, then walking for 3 seconds at full speed, stopping to eat pine nuts for 2 seconds;
