The high strength recyclable cigarette flat honeycomb case of claim 2 wherein the in-turned indentations on the folded inside of the inner/outer case comprise a first in-turned indentation and a second in-turned indentation; the first inward turning indentation is close to the inner side plate/outer side plate and is used for realizing inward turning of the inner rocking cover or the outer rocking cover under the action of the outward turning indentation, the second inward turning indentation is close to the inner rocking cover/the outer rocking cover and is used for realizing outward turning of the inner rocking cover or the outer rocking cover under the action of the outward turning indentation, and the depth of the first inward turning indentation is greater than that of the second inward turning indentation; the outward turning indentations on the outer turning side faces of the inner box/the outer box are located between the first inward turning indentations and the second inward turning indentations.

4. The high strength recyclable cigarette honeycomb case of claim 4 wherein the cross-sections of the in-turned and out-turned indentations, or the cross-sections of the in-turned indentations, are U-shaped or V-shaped, the first in-turned indentation having a greater depth than the second in-turned indentation.

The high strength recyclable cigarette carton honeycomb box of claim 1 or 2 wherein the depth of the in-turned indentations is 1/3-2/3 of the thickness of the honeycomb cigarette carton paperboard and the spacing between two adjacent in-turned indentations is 1.1-3 times the thickness of the honeycomb cigarette carton paperboard.

6. A high strength recyclable cigarette sheet honeycomb carton as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein the out-turned indentations are further provided with pre-pressing crease lines on one side near the flap or on both sides of the out-turned indentations.

The high strength recyclable tobacco lamina honeycomb box of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the outwardly curved indentations on the outside of the inner/outer box bends comprise a first outwardly curved indentation and a second outwardly curved indentation; the first outer bending indentation and the second outer bending indentation are respectively positioned on two sides of the inner bending indentation on the side wall of the inner box/outer box, and the depth of the first outer bending indentation is greater than that of the second outer bending indentation.

8. The high strength recyclable cigarette strip honeycomb carton of claim 1 wherein the in-turned, out-turned, in-turned and out-turned impressions of the inner and outer cartons are formed by embossing honeycomb paperboard with a two or three wire calender or by scoring.

9. The high strength recyclable honeycomb box of claim 1 wherein the inner and outer boxes are each a box of square configuration with an opening on one side, the inner box is nested within the outer box, and the openings of the inner and outer boxes are oppositely disposed.

10. The high strength recyclable cigarette chip honeycomb carton of claim 1 wherein the inner and outer cartons have a honeycomb paperboard thickness of 4mm to 12mm and a honeycomb core thickness of 3.5mm to 10 mm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to tobacco storage equipment, in particular to a high-strength recyclable tobacco sheet honeycomb box.

Background

The whole box of the tobacco lamina is a packaging box for containing the tobacco lamina, the existing carton of 200kg redried tobacco lamina is generally formed by sheathing an inner box and an outer box, has the advantages of environmental protection, easy folding, convenient transportation and the like, basically replaces a plywood packaging box, and mainly comprises a corrugated carton and a honeycomb carton.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: overcome prior art's not enough, provide a simple structure, cost of manufacture low, and can recycle, the high strength circulated piece cigarette honeycomb case that compressive strength is high.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a high-strength recyclable tobacco lamina honeycomb box comprises an inner box and an outer box, wherein the inner box and the outer box are both composed of side walls and a rocking cover, the side walls are formed by mutually splicing two side plates which are bent by 90 degrees, a turnover structure between each side plate and the rocking cover is composed of at least 2 inwards-turned indentations on the turnover inner side surface of the inner box/outer box and at least 1 outwards-turned indentation on the turnover outer side surface of the inner box/outer box, and the inwards-turned indentations and the outwards-turned indentations are distributed in a staggered mode; the bending part of the side wall is provided with at least 1 inner bending indentation positioned on the bending inner side surface of the inner box/outer box and at least 2 outer bending indentations positioned on the bending outer side surface of the inner box/outer box, and the inner bending indentations and the outer bending indentations are distributed in a staggered manner.

In an exemplary embodiment, the inner box and the outer box are both square boxes with openings on one side, the inner box is sleeved inside the outer box, and the openings of the inner box and the outer box are oppositely arranged.

In one exemplary embodiment, the number of the inward-turning indentations and the outward-bending indentations is 2-4, and the number of the outward-turning indentations and the inward-bending indentations is 1-3; the number of the inward turning impresses and the number of the outward bending impresses are respectively larger than that of the outward turning impresses and the inward bending impresses.

In an exemplary embodiment, the inner fold indentations located on the folded inner side of the inner/outer box comprise a first inner fold indentation and a second inner fold indentation; the first inward turning indentation is close to the inner side plate/outer side plate and is used for realizing inward turning of the inner rocking cover or the outer rocking cover under the action of the outward turning indentation, the second inward turning indentation is close to the inner rocking cover/the outer rocking cover and is used for realizing outward turning of the inner rocking cover or the outer rocking cover under the action of the outward turning indentation, and the depth of the first inward turning indentation is greater than that of the second inward turning indentation; the outer pressing mark positioned on the turned outer side surface of the inner box/outer box is positioned between the first inward-turning pressing mark and the second inward-turning pressing mark.

In an exemplary embodiment, the number of the inversion indentations is 3, including a first inversion indentation, a second inversion indentation and a third inversion indentation, and the number of the eversion indentations is 2, including a first eversion indentation and a second eversion indentation; the first eversion indentation and the second eversion indentation are respectively positioned between the first eversion indentation and the second eversion indentation, and between the second eversion indentation and the third eversion indentation.

The cross section of the inward-turning indentation is U-shaped or V-shaped, wherein the V-shaped inward-turning indentation consists of a 90-degree circular arc and inclined edges which are positioned on two sides of the circular arc and inclined at 45 degrees, the circular arc is tangent to the inclined edges on the two sides of the circular arc, the depth of the first inward-turning indentation is larger than that of the second inward-turning indentation, and the depth difference between the first inward-turning indentation and the second inward-turning indentation is preferably 0.8 mm-1.2 mm.

The outer bending indentation positioned on the bent outer side surface of the inner box/outer box comprises a first outer bending indentation and a second outer bending indentation; the first outer bending indentation and the second outer bending indentation are respectively positioned at two sides of the inner bending indentation on the side wall of the inner box/outer box, and the depth of the first outer bending indentation is greater than that of the second outer bending indentation; the first outer bending indentation and the inner bending indentation realize that the side plate is continuously bent to a folding state along the bending direction of the use state in the recycling and flattening process, and the second outer bending indentation and the inner bending indentation realize that the side plate is bent to form a bending part when being recycled again or continuously bent to the opposite direction of the bending direction of the use state until the paper plate is horizontally laid and vertically placed.

When the inner rocking cover/outer rocking cover is used for the inner rolling, the bending angle and the deformation of the inner rocking cover/outer rocking cover of the tobacco flake box are relatively small, when the inner rolling is carried out, the inner rolling is relatively carried out, the bending angle is relatively large, even the inner rocking cover/outer rocking cover of the tobacco flake box can be attached to the inner side plate/the outer side plate, namely, the rolling angle is larger than 90 degrees, correspondingly, the deformation of the paper plate at the joint between the rocking cover and the side plate is relatively large, in order to reduce the damage of the honeycomb tobacco flake box in the process of using the rolling cover, the structure of the inner indentation and the depth of the two inner indentations are adjusted by an inventor, further, the deformation of the honeycomb tobacco flake box in the using process is reduced, and the compressive.

In an exemplary embodiment, the depth of the inward-turning indentations is 1/3-2/3 of the thickness of the honeycomb piece tobacco box paperboard, and the distance between every two adjacent inward-turning indentations is 1.1-3 times of the thickness of the honeycomb piece tobacco box paperboard.

The quality of the crease folding quality has a great relationship with the crease depth, namely the crease angle, if the crease is too shallow, namely the depth is too small, the section of the honeycomb paperboard can crack due to overlarge strain of the crease part on the surface paper of the honeycomb paperboard in the folding process, and if the crease is too deep, namely the depth is too large, the paperboard can crack in the creasing operation or the local strength along the crease line is excessively reduced, so that the folding cannot be carried out; therefore, the depth of the inner indentation is 1/3-2/3 of the thickness of the honeycomb piece cigarette box paperboard, so that the situation that the surface paper is cracked due to excessive strain can be avoided, and the strength required by folding and the whole box compression strength required by the piece cigarette box in the using process can be ensured.

In an exemplary embodiment, the inward, outward, inward and outward bending indentations of the inner and outer boxes are formed by pressing honeycomb paperboard with a two-wire pressing wheel or two-wire pressing wheel, by pressing honeycomb paperboard with a wire wheel, or by touching wire.

In one exemplary embodiment, a pre-pressing crease line is further arranged on one side of the outward-turning crease close to the swing cover or on two sides of the outward-turning crease, and the depth of the pre-pressing crease line is less than or equal to 1 mm.

In an exemplary embodiment, the thickness of the honeycomb paperboard of the inner box and the outer box is 4mm to 12mm, and the thickness of the honeycomb core of the honeycomb paperboard is 3.5mm to 10 mm.

The high-strength recyclable tobacco flake honeycomb box has the beneficial effects that:

The honeycomb piece cigarette box is improved by improving the bending structure of the side wall, adopts at least 2 inward bending indentations and at least 1 outward bending indentation to form bending parts, changes the structure of the creasing wheel for creasing the honeycomb paper board, adjusts the number, depth and interval of the indentations, reduces the deformation size of the honeycomb paper board for the honeycomb paper box at the bending part, particularly controls the depth of the inward indentation of the side wall according to the size of the deformation possibly generated, leads the inward indentation to realize the deformation requirements of different operations of inward bending to form the bending part, outward bending, flat laying, straight laying, excessive inward bending to form a folding structure and the like of the bending part, further reduces the deformation damage of the honeycomb paper board in the bending process, improves the compressive strength of the honeycomb paper box, avoids the phenomenon that the honeycomb paper box is damaged in the repeated use process, and is compared with the conventional corrugated paper or honeycomb paper board processed piece cigarette box, can realize that single piece cigarette case recycles more than 10 times, showing the life who has prolonged the piece cigarette case, reduced the cost of piece cigarette case for the piece cigarette storage.
