Technical Field

The invention relates to a device which is applied to the field of raw gas treatment and waste heat recovery of a coke oven, can treat and comprehensively utilize polluted gas discharged from a riser during coke discharging of the coke oven, and achieves the effect of reducing discharge during coke discharging of the coke oven.

Background

The traditional coke oven has the operation process that the end cover of the ascending pipe needs to be opened during coke discharging and is directly emptied after being opened, and no flue gas absorption and treatment device is arranged. In the figure 1, green smoke is emitted, and blue smoke contains dust and polluting gases. The existing treatment mode is that a waste heat recovery device is arranged on a coke oven ascending pipe, and after the waste heat recovery device is installed, when the coke oven is burnt and the top cover of the ascending pipe is opened, white smoke and yellow smoke are emitted, namely, incompletely treated waste gas also causes environmental pollution. In order to thoroughly solve the problem of pollution gas emission of the ascending pipe, the invention provides a brand-new ascending pipe flue gas treatment method, which can thoroughly solve the problem that the existing ascending pipe emits green smoke, particularly the problem that the ascending pipe emits white smoke or yellow smoke after a waste heat recovery device is installed, and effectively solve the problem of pollution of the waste gas of the ascending pipe to the environment during coke discharging.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a collecting system and a processing system for flue gas of a coke oven ascending pipe. The system consists of a flue gas collecting device and a flue gas processing device. The flue gas collecting system is connected with the flue gas processing system. See figure 2.

The flue gas collecting device is used for collecting the flue gas discharged when the ascending pipe of the coke oven is opened.

The flue gas treatment equipment comprehensively utilizes the flue gas collected by the flue gas collection equipment.

The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.

Application example 1

An air suction hood is arranged on the upper part of a common ascending pipe or an ascending pipe with a waste heat recovery device, the air suction hood is connected with an exhaust fan through a pipeline, and the fan sucks white smoke emitted when an end cover of the ascending pipe is opened and directly discharges the white smoke to an air inlet pipe of a coke oven through the pipeline. In order to save energy, a valve can be designed behind each air suction cover, when the ascending pipe emits smoke, the air suction cover sucks air, and the air suction cover is closed at other times. See figure 2.

Application example 2

A direct pipeline is arranged on the upper part of a common ascending pipe or an ascending pipe with a waste heat recovery device, the pipeline is connected with an exhaust fan through a valve, and the exhaust gas discharged by opening an end cover of the ascending pipe is sucked away by the fan and is directly discharged to an air inlet pipe of the coke oven through the pipeline. See figure 3.

Application example 3

An air suction cover is arranged on the upper part of a common ascending pipe or an ascending pipe with a waste heat recovery device, the air suction cover is connected with an exhaust fan through a pipeline, the exhaust fan sucks waste flue gas discharged when an end cover of the ascending pipe is opened, and the waste flue gas is directly discharged to a dust removal device through the pipeline, and the dust removal device can be dry method or wet method dust removal equipment or desulfurization and denitration equipment, but is not limited to the above. See figure 4.

Application example 4

The upper part of a common ascending pipe or an ascending pipe with a waste heat recovery device is provided with a direct pipeline, the pipeline is connected with an exhaust fan through a valve, a fan sucks waste flue gas discharged when an end cover of the ascending pipe is opened, and the waste flue gas is directly discharged to a dust removal device through the pipeline, and the dust removal device can be dry method or wet method dust removal equipment or desulfurization and denitration equipment, but the method is not limited to the above. See figure 5.
