背景技术

近年来随着国家环保标准逐步提高及从企业长远发展考虑，本着绿色发展和为社会负责的精神，对焦化领域的烟尘治理都是亟待解决的问题，炼焦焦炉的炉门、集气管、装煤孔等处会泄漏含尘烟气，这些有害物将严重污染环境，影响人体健康。

发明内容

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以收集焦炉烟尘的收集装置。

为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种焦炉烟尘收集装置，包括焦炉，还包括烟尘收集罩和防风网，所述烟尘收集罩设置在焦炉顶部的上方收集焦炉溢出的烟尘，焦炉的两侧边设置防风网，所述烟尘收集罩包括纵向烟尘收集和横向烟尘收集，烟尘收集罩外部设置防尘网，纵向烟尘收集包括吸尘带和端台抵抗墙，吸尘带设有两个，吸尘带纵向设置在烟尘收集罩的顶部两侧边，所述端台抵抗墙设置在焦炉顶部两侧边，两个端台抵抗墙之间的距离小于两个吸尘带之间的距离；所述横向烟尘收集包括设置在焦炉炉门两侧的斜拉索网面。

采用本发明的技术方案，能得到以下的有益效果：

本发明的焦炉烟尘收集装置安装后，可大幅减排焦炉烟尘中苯并芘的排放量，大大减少对环境的污染，该焦炉烟尘收集罩安装后，能满足国家环保法规要求，使焦炉无组织排放得以控制。

如图1所示，本焦炉烟尘收集装置包括焦炉，还包括烟尘收集罩2和防风网6，烟尘收集罩2设置在焦炉顶部1的上方收集焦炉溢出的烟尘，焦炉的两侧边设置防风网6，烟尘收集罩2包括纵向烟尘收集和横向烟尘收集，烟尘收集罩2外部设置防尘网，纵向烟尘收集包括吸尘带3和端台抵抗墙，吸尘带3设有两个，吸尘带3纵向设置在烟尘收集罩的顶部两侧边，端台抵抗墙4设置在焦炉顶部1两侧边，两个端台抵抗墙4之间的距离小于两个吸尘带3之间的距离；横向烟尘收集包括设置在焦炉炉门两侧的斜拉索网面5。

焦炉两侧的端台抵抗墙4将焦炉两侧的烟尘抵挡住使烟尘能够充分的被顶部的吸尘带3吸收，偶有落入烟尘收集罩2外部的烟尘被斜拉索网面5拦截。

防风网6为防止焦炉逸散烟气在上升期间受到侧风影响，在焦炉周边设有防风网6，以减少侧风对烟尘收集的影响。

逸散烟气在热压作用下上升至烟尘收集设施顶部，由顶部烟尘收集罩2吸入排烟管道，并输送至除尘地面站。净化后气体经烟囱排至大气，排出气体含尘浓度值< 15mg/Nm3。

本焦炉烟尘收集装置安装后，可大幅减排焦炉烟尘中苯并芘的排放量，大大减少对环境的污染，该焦炉烟尘收集罩安装后，能满足国家环保法规要求，使焦炉无组织排放得以控制。
