技术领域

本发明专利涉及一种应用在焦炉荒煤气处理及余热回收领域，能够处理及综合利用焦炉出焦时上升管排出的污染气体，达到焦炉出焦降低排放的效果。

背景技术

目前传统焦炉的操作工艺是在出焦时上升管端盖需要打开，打开后直接排空，没有烟气的吸收和处理装置。见附图1这样会冒出青烟，蓝烟里含有粉尘及污染性气体。而现有的处理方式是在焦炉上升管装有余热回收装置，这种余热回收装置安装后焦炉出焦打开上升管顶盖时，会冒出白烟及黄烟，即未完全处理的废气，同样会造成环境污染。为彻底解决上升管排放污染气体的问题，本发明提出了一种全新的上升管烟气处理方法，能够彻底解决目前上升管冒青烟的问题，特别是上升管安装余热回收装置后冒白烟或黄烟的问题，有效解决出焦时上升管废气对环境的污染。

发明内容

本发明提出了一种焦炉上升管烟气的收集系统和处理系统，烟气先收集后进行净化处理。系统由烟气收集设备，烟气处理设备组成。烟气收集系统和烟气处理系统相连。见附图2。

烟气收集设备的作用是收集焦炉上升管打开时排放的烟气。

烟气处理设备是把烟气收集设备收集的烟气做综合利用。

应用实例1

在普通上升管或有余热回收装置的上升管上部安装一个吸风罩，吸风罩通过管道和排风机相连，风机吸走上升管端盖打开时冒出的白烟，直接通过管道排到焦炉进风管。为节省能量，可以在每个吸风罩后设计一个阀门，当上升管冒出烟气时吸风罩吸风，其他时候关闭。见附图2。
