Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of silencers, in particular to a frequency-adjustable silencer and a vehicle.

Background

The existing common medium-high frequency noise elimination scheme is to add a Helmholtz silencer, a 1/4 wavelength pipe silencer or a perforated pipe silencer to the system. The noise elimination frequency of the Helmholtz silencer is lower, the frequency range is small, the noise elimination frequency range of the 1/4 wavelength pipe silencer scheme is slightly higher, but the problem of narrow noise elimination range exists. Therefore, the development of a muffler which has a large muffling frequency range and can be adjusted is a problem to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a frequency-adjustable silencer, and aims to solve the problems that the existing silencer is narrow in silencing range and nonadjustable in silencing frequency.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the muffler of the present invention forms a plurality of muffler unit cavities 100 at intervals in the radial direction of the inner pipe body 2 and the outer pipe body 1, wherein a plurality of through holes 21 are disposed on the circumferential wall of the inner pipe body 2, so that the inner cavity of the inner pipe body 2 is communicated with each muffler unit cavity 100. The silencer of the invention belongs to a reactive silencer, sound waves in the inner cavity of an inner pipe body 2 enter each silencing unit cavity 100 through the through holes 21 and then are reflected back and forth in the silencing unit cavities 100 to realize silencing, the silencing frequency is related to the total area of the inner cavity of the inner pipe body 2 and the through holes 21 of the silencing unit cavities 100 and the volume of the silencing unit cavities 100, and specifically, the larger the total area of the through holes 21 is, the larger the silencing frequency is, the larger the volume of the silencing unit cavities 100 is, and the lower the silencing frequency is. The total areas of the through holes 21 corresponding to the inner cavities of the silencing unit cavities 100 and the inner tube body 2 are arranged differently, so that the silencing frequencies of the silencing unit cavities 100 are different, and the silencer can obtain a wider silencing frequency range.

Further, the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 of the present invention are not necessarily coaxially disposed, and when the inner tube 2 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the outer tube 1, the volume of each muffling unit cavity 100 is different, and the muffling frequency is also different, so that the muffler can obtain a wider range of muffling frequency.

When the number of the silencing unit cavities 100 is large, the total areas of the through holes 21 corresponding to the inner cavities of the silencing unit cavities 100 and the inner tube 2 are not required to be different, and the total areas can be partially the same, and are specifically selected according to the silencing frequency range which is required to be optimized.

In a specific embodiment, if the inner pipe body 2 and the outer pipe body 1 are provided to be relatively rotatable, the muffling frequency of the muffler of the present invention can be realized to be adjustable within a certain range.

Furthermore, the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 are relatively rotatably disposed, and the inner pipe 2 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the outer pipe 1, so as to adjust the volume of each noise elimination unit through the relative rotation of the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2. In this embodiment, the outer pipe 1 eccentrically rotates with respect to the inner pipe 2, so that the volumes of the silencing unit cavities 100 are changed, and the silencing frequencies of the silencing unit cavities 100 are different. By controlling the outer tube 1 to rotate relative to the inner tube 2, the elimination of sound waves in different frequency ranges can be realized.

In this embodiment, it is also feasible if the total area of the through holes 21 corresponding to the inner cavities of the sound attenuation unit cavities 100 and the inner tube 2 are set to be the same, because the volume of each sound attenuation unit cavity 100 changes during the relative rotation of the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2, so that the sound attenuation frequency of the sound attenuator can be obtained in different ranges. Through finite element calculation, the noise elimination frequency range of the silencer is 1000-7000 Hz.

Further, the inner diameters of the through holes 21 corresponding to each unit cavity are gradually increased or decreased along the circumferential direction of the inner pipe body 2, or the number of the through holes 21 corresponding to each unit cavity is gradually increased or decreased along the circumferential direction of the inner pipe body 2, so that the total area of the through holes 21 corresponding to the inner cavities of the silencing unit cavities 100 and the inner pipe body 2 is uniformly changed, and finally the change of the silencing frequency range of the silencer is smoother and controllable. When the outer pipe body 1 and the inner pipe body 2 rotate relatively, a specific noise elimination frequency range can be eliminated better.

Further, the inner pipe body 2 has an extending end extending out of the two side plates 11, the muffler further includes a locking structure disposed at the extending end, the locking structure is used for limiting the relative rotation of the outer pipe body 1 and the inner pipe body 2, and controlling the relative rotation of the outer pipe body 1 and the inner pipe body 2 is to control the volume of each muffling unit cavity 100 and the total area of the through holes 21 corresponding to the inner cavities.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of partition plates 31 may be disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner tube 2, and the adjacent partition plates 31 are disposed at equal intervals. Therefore, the total area of the through holes 21 corresponding to the inner cavities of the silencing unit cavities 100 and the inner pipe body 2 is uniformly changed, and finally the change of the silencing frequency range of the silencer is smoother and controllable. When the outer pipe body 1 and the inner pipe body 2 rotate relatively, a specific noise elimination frequency range can be eliminated better.

The muffler with the adjustable frequency further comprises a partition plate seat 32 and an elastic piece, wherein the partition plate seat 32 is convexly arranged on the peripheral wall of the inner pipe body 2, the partition plate seat 32 is provided with a plate groove matched with the partition plate 31 in a sliding manner, and the elastic piece is arranged between the bottom of the plate groove and the partition plate 31 so as to drive the partition plate 31 to stretch along the radial elasticity of the inner pipe body 2 through elastic deformation and abut against the inner wall of the outer pipe body 1.
