Background

Throughout the development history of the generator set, the generator set is originally generated in the second industrial revolution period, and is manufactured by German Engineers Siemens in 1866, and is driven by a water turbine, a steam turbine, a diesel engine or other power machines to convert energy generated by water flow, air flow, fuel combustion or nuclear fission into functions and transmit the functions to a generator, and then the functions are converted into electric energy by the generator, wherein the electric energy is one of the most main energy sources of modern society. The internal combustion engine which converts heat energy generated by burning oil (gasoline or diesel oil) into mechanical energy is used as power to drive a generator which can convert the mechanical energy into electric energy to generate electric power, and the equipment is generally called an oil engine generator set. The generator set burning diesel oil is a diesel generator set, and is compared with a generator of a large-scale power plant; the diesel generator set has small volume and is integrated, can be conveniently moved when being mounted on a vehicle, is easy to operate, can be started at any time, generates electric energy with the same property as commercial power, and can directly drive electric equipment. Due to the characteristics, the diesel generating set has wide application in many departments of national economy and many aspects of social life; in areas where the mains power grid has not yet arrived or the power supply guarantee is not reliable, diesel generator sets are basically used for generating electricity to meet the requirements of electric equipment or life. Key hardware in the core fields of information-based society, such as networks, communication, media and the like, can not be separated from an uninterruptible power supply. The combined system of the UPS and the diesel generating set is the best choice for a power supply in the modern information field. Therefore, the diesel generator set also expands a new application range from the application range which is formed earlier. Compared with other types of generator sets, the diesel generator set has many advantages, and is a small and medium-sized power generation device. It has the advantages of flexibility, less investment, convenient start and the like, and is widely applied to various departments of communication, mining, road building, forest areas, farmland irrigation, field construction, national defense engineering and the like. Meanwhile, due to the structure of the diesel generator set, the defects which are difficult to overcome exist, such as large noise, large vibration, large volume and the like, and the purpose of the invention is to solve the problems existing in the diesel generator set.

The internal combustion engine or other power machinery driving systems, the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic oil tank and the hydraulic control system are integrated into a power unit. The method for generating power by using the hydraulic power system fundamentally creates a power generation mode of the internal combustion engine generator set, and increases a driving mode of a brand new hydraulic motor generator set of the hydraulic power system on the basis of the driving modes of power machines such as a traditional water turbine, a steam turbine, an internal combustion engine and the like.

The object of the invention is achieved in that: the invention relates to a hydraulic motor generator set and a power generation method thereof, which are characterized in that a hydraulic motor and a generator are integrated into a power generation unit, an internal combustion engine or other power machinery driving system, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic oil tank and a hydraulic control system are integrated into a power unit, the two units are connected through a hydraulic oil pipe, and the hydraulic power system is used for generating power.

The invention relates to a hydraulic motor generator set and a power generation method thereof, which are characterized in that the hydraulic motor generator set comprises a power generation unit, namely a generator and a hydraulic motor, a power unit, namely a hydraulic control system, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic oil tank, an internal combustion engine or other power mechanical driving systems, and a hydraulic oil pipe. The power generation unit is connected with the power unit through a hydraulic oil pipe.

The hydraulic motor generator set and the power generation method thereof are characterized in that the hydraulic motor is directly integrated and fixed on a generator shell through a connecting device, one end of the connecting device is fixed on a generator, the other end of the connecting device is connected on the hydraulic motor, and a driving shaft of the hydraulic motor and a rotor of the generator are coaxially connected through a coupler to form a generator set module, namely a power generation unit.

The hydraulic pump driving shaft is coaxially connected with the output shaft of the internal combustion engine or other power mechanical driving systems. The method of installing an internal combustion engine or other power machine driving system in parallel with the hydraulic pump may also be adopted, and the output shaft of the internal combustion engine or other power machine driving system is connected with the driving shaft of the hydraulic pump through a belt.

The hydraulic motor generator set and the power generation method thereof are characterized in that the hydraulic oil tank is connected with the input end of the hydraulic pump oil path through a hydraulic oil pipe, the output end of the hydraulic pump oil path is connected with the input end of the hydraulic control system through a hydraulic oil pipe, the output end of the hydraulic control system is connected with the input end of the hydraulic motor oil path through a hydraulic oil pipe, and the output end of the hydraulic motor oil path is connected with the hydraulic oil tank through a hydraulic oil pipe. The whole hydraulic power system forms a hydraulic oil circuit closed loop.

The invention relates to a hydraulic motor generator set and a power generation method thereof, which are characterized in that the mounting position of a hydraulic motor and the screw hole diameter for mounting the hydraulic motor are reserved on a generator shell, or a connecting device is mounted between the generator shell and the hydraulic motor, one end of the connecting device is connected with a generator, the other end of the connecting device is connected with the hydraulic motor, and the generator is connected with the hydraulic motor into a whole through the connecting device.

Detailed Description

The working process and the working principle of the present invention are explained in the following drawings, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a hydraulic motor generator set of the present invention, a hydraulic motor 12 is installed and fixed on a shell of a generator 11, and the hydraulic motor 12 is installed and fixed on the shell of the generator 11 through a screw hole on the shell of the generator and a screw on the hydraulic motor to form a whole with the generator 11. The output shaft 10 of the hydraulic motor 12 is coaxially connected with the rotor 13 of the generator 11 through a coupler to form a hydraulic motor generator set which integrates driving and power generation. The hydraulic pump 15 is installed on the internal combustion engine 16, an output shaft 17 of the internal combustion engine 16 is connected with a driving shaft 20 of the hydraulic pump 15 through a coupler, an oil path input end of the hydraulic pump 15 is connected with a hydraulic oil tank 18 through a hydraulic oil pipe, an oil path output end of the hydraulic pump 15 is connected with an input end of a hydraulic control system 14 through a hydraulic oil pipe, an output end of the hydraulic control system 14 is connected to an oil path input end of the hydraulic motor 12 through a hydraulic oil pipe, and an oil path output end of the hydraulic motor 12 is connected with. The internal combustion engine 16 works to drive the hydraulic pump 15 to work, the hydraulic pump 15 works to pump hydraulic oil to the hydraulic control system 14, a hydraulic valve of the hydraulic control system 14 controls the hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic motor 12 to work, and the hydraulic oil after the hydraulic motor 12 works flows back to the hydraulic oil tank 18 through a hydraulic oil pipe.

Another method is to connect the output shaft 17 of other power mechanical driving system, such as the electric motor 16, with the driving shaft 20 of the hydraulic pump 15 through a coupling, the oil path input end of the hydraulic pump 15 is connected with the hydraulic oil tank 18 through a hydraulic oil pipe, the oil path output end of the hydraulic pump 15 is connected with the input end of the hydraulic control system 14 through a hydraulic oil pipe, and the output end of the hydraulic control system 14 is connected to the oil path input end of the hydraulic motor 12 through a hydraulic oil pipe. An electric motor or other power mechanical driving system 16 works to drive a hydraulic pump 15 to work, the hydraulic pump 15 works to pump hydraulic oil to a hydraulic control system 14, the hydraulic control system 14 controls the hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic motor 12 to work, and the hydraulic oil after the hydraulic motor 12 works flows back to a hydraulic oil tank 18 through a hydraulic oil pipe.

Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a power generation unit of a hydraulic motor generator set, the power generation unit comprises a generator 11 and a hydraulic motor 12, and the hydraulic motor 12 is mounted on the generator 11 and is integrated with the generator 11. The shell of the generator 11 is reserved with a position for installing the hydraulic motor 12 and a fixing screw hole for installing the hydraulic motor 12, the hydraulic motor 12 is fixedly installed on the reserved screw hole of the generator 11 through a fixing screw 02, and the power generation unit is fixed at a specific power generation position (such as a vehicle, a room and the like) through a generator chassis 01.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a power unit of a hydraulic motor generator set, a hydraulic oil tank 18, an internal combustion engine or other power machine driving system 16, a hydraulic pump 15, a hydraulic control system 14 and a hydraulic oil pipe 19 are mounted on a power unit chassis 04, the hydraulic pump 15 is mounted and fixed on the internal combustion engine or other power machine driving system 16 through mounting screws 02, a driving shaft 20 of the hydraulic pump 15 is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the internal combustion engine or other power machine driving system 16, an oil path input end of the hydraulic pump 15 is communicated with the hydraulic oil tank 18 through the hydraulic oil pipe 19, an oil path output end of the hydraulic pump 15 is communicated with an input end of the hydraulic control system 14 through the hydraulic oil pipe 19, and an internal combustion engine or other power machine driving. An internal combustion engine or other power machinery driving system 16 works to drive a hydraulic pump 15 to work, the hydraulic pump 15 pumps hydraulic oil of a hydraulic oil tank 18 to a hydraulic control system 14, a control valve of the hydraulic control system 14 outputs the hydraulic oil to a hydraulic motor 12 to drive the hydraulic motor 12 to work, the hydraulic motor 12 works to drive a generator 11 to work, and the generator 11 generates electricity. The return oil of the hydraulic motor 12 is returned to the hydraulic oil tank 18 through the hydraulic oil pipe.

Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a connection structure of a hydraulic motor and a generator, the hydraulic motor 12 is combined with the generator 11 through a connector 22, one end of the connector 22 is fixedly connected with one end of the hydraulic motor 12 through a screw, the other end of the connector 22 is fixedly connected with one end of the generator 11 through a screw, a driving shaft 20 of the hydraulic motor is coaxially connected with a rotor 13 of the generator through a coupler 21, and the generator 11 and the hydraulic motor 12 are connected into a whole through the connector 22, namely, a power generation unit.

The hydraulic motor generator set and the method thereof have the technical scheme that not only is the generator set structure innovative, but also is the power generation method innovation for generating power by using a hydraulic power system.
