The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1-6, the full-automatic rotary weight calibrating device of the invention comprises a lifting module 1, a rotary module 2 and a rotary disk 3, wherein the lifting module 1 is provided with a lifting power device 4, a stepping motor adopted by the lifting power device 4 is matched with a ball screw to convert rotary motion into linear motion, the rotary module 2 is arranged at one side of the output end of the lifting power device, the rotary module 2 is provided with a rotary power device, the output end of the rotary power device is connected with the rotary disk 3, four stations 5 are uniformly distributed on the rotary disk 3 in the circumferential direction, a quality detector 6 is arranged below one station 5, a plurality of vertical supporting plates 7 are arranged on a detection platform of the quality detector 6, the supporting plates 7 are arranged in parallel, a plurality of through holes 8 capable of accommodating the supporting plates 7 to be inserted are formed in each station 5, the through holes 8 are in a strip shape, and the through holes 8 correspond to the supporting plates 7 one to one.

The output end of the lifting power device 4 is connected with an inverted L-shaped support 9, and the rotating module 2 is installed at the output end of the power device through the inverted L-shaped support 9.

The rotary power device 10 is a servo motor for more smooth rotation of the rotary disk 3.

The lifting power device 4 is a stepping motor and a ball screw, or directly adopts a hydraulic cylinder.

The working principle is as follows: one of the stations 5 is used for placing a standard weight, when the station carrying the standard weight is rotated to the position above the quality detector 6 by the rotating module 2, the rotating disk 3 moves downwards by the lifting module 1, a plurality of supporting plates 7 on a detection platform of the quality detector 6 penetrate through holes 8, the standard weight falls on the supporting plates 7, the quality detector 6 measures and reads the standard weight and feeds back the measured standard weight to the controller through wired or wireless communication, the lifting module 1 moves on the rotating disk 3 and moves up to the top of the supporting plates 7, the rotating disk 3 starts to rotate, when the stations 5 rotate above the quality detector 6 in sequence, the lifting module 1 drives the rotating disk 3 to sink, the weights to be detected fall on the supporting plates 7 after the supporting plates 7 on the detection platform of the quality detector 6 penetrate through the through holes 8, the weights to be detected fall on the supporting plates 7, and the measured standard weight and read by the quality detector 6 are fed back to the controller, then the lifting module 1 moves up the rotating disc 3 and moves up to the top of the supporting plate 7, and the rotating disc 3 starts to rotate, and the process is repeated.
