a. selecting an oil press with a corresponding tool and a corresponding die according to the shape of the required blank, wherein the tool is provided with a mandrel;

b. fixedly mounting a hollow blank on a tool, wherein the mandrel penetrates through the blank;

3. the mechanical strength and hardness of the part can be improved by the work hardening generated by cold extrusion;

4. some special structures and shapes that cannot be achieved by machining can be achieved by cold extrusion.

In conclusion, the processing method and the preparation technology of the automobile steering column have the advantages of high strength of processed products, low processing cost, high processing efficiency, long service life of the processed products and good use effect.

e. after the steps are completed, the oil press 2 drives the die 5 to extrude the shaft head 6 of the blank 1 extruded for the second time again to obtain a blank 1 extruded for the third time, the height of the blank 1 extruded for the third time is prolonged, the pipe wall of the blank 1 becomes thin, and the outer diameter of the peripheral wall is reduced;

In more detail, the temperature of degreasing treatment is between 80 ℃ and 90 ℃, 85 ℃ is the optimal temperature, the temperature of phosphating treatment is between 70 ℃ and 80 ℃, 75 ℃ is the optimal temperature, the temperature of saponification treatment is between 75 ℃ and 85 ℃, 80 ℃ is the optimal temperature, the saponification treatment of phosphorus consisting of phosphating and saponification has the lubricating effect, the washing with clear water and the pickling are both carried out at normal temperature, and the acid solution is concentrated sulfuric acid.
