3. Sizing sleeve according to claim 2, characterised in that the fixing part (102) is provided with a belt groove (104) for connection with the pulley (401), the width of the belt groove (104) being greater than the width of the belt (403).

4. The sizing sleeve according to claim 1 wherein the deformation (101) is a slot (105) having at least two curved lines in the axial direction of the sizing sleeve body (1).

5. A sizing sleeve according to claim 1, characterised in that the pressure plate (3) is provided with a second bevel (302) abutting the first bevel (103).

6. A sizing sleeve according to claim 1, characterised in that the end of the pressure plate (3) remote from the fixing plate (2) is provided with a plurality of circumferentially distributed diameter sensing means (5).

7. A sizing sleeve according to claim 6 characterised in that the diameter detection means (5) is an infra-red distance measuring sensor.

8. A sizing sleeve according to claim 6, characterised in that the diameter detection means (5) is electrically connected to a controller (6), the motor (402) being electrically connected to the controller (6).

9. A sizing sleeve according to any one of claims 1-8, characterised in that said connecting rods (301) are provided in at least three numbers and are evenly distributed along the circumference of said pressure plate (3).

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides the sizing sleeve with the variable diameter, which is more durable and can improve the production quality of the pipe, in order to solve the problems that the pipe produced by the sizing sleeve with the variable diameter in the prior art is poor in quality and the sizing sleeve is easy to damage.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a sizing sleeve with a variable diameter comprises a sizing sleeve body provided with a deformation part and a fixing part, a fixing plate used for fixing the sizing sleeve body to a cooling water tank and a pressing plate arranged at one end of the deformation part, wherein the fixing part is sleeved on the fixing plate; the pressing plate is connected with the fixing plate through a connecting rod; one end of the deformation part is provided with a first inclined plane which is abutted with the pressing plate; the sizing sleeve body is connected with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives the fixing part to move back and forth along the fixing plate.

In the moving process of the fixing part, the pressing plate is always abutted to the first inclined surface, and different positions of the first inclined surface of the deformation part are in contact with the pressing plate, so that the diameter size of the deformation part close to one end of the pressing plate is changed, and the diameter size of the outlet end of the sizing sleeve body is changed.

Preferably, the driving mechanism can be an air cylinder for pushing the sizing sleeve body to move, and the fixing part is connected with the fixing plate in a sliding mode. More preferably, however, the drive mechanism comprises a motor provided with a belt pulley, and the fixed part is in transmission connection with the belt pulley through a belt; the outer surface of the fixing part is in threaded connection with the inner ring of the fixing plate. The motor drives the fixing part to drive together through belt transmission, and when the fixing part rotates, the fixing part and the fixing plate are in threaded connection, so that the fixing part can move forwards or backwards relative to the fixing plate. Because sizing cover body moves in the water tank, and the fixed plate is installed in the tank wall of water tank, threaded connection can have better leakproofness. Meanwhile, the sizing sleeve body can rotate to advance or retreat, so that better power can be achieved in water, and resistance in water can be reduced.

Preferably, the fixing portion is provided with a belt groove for connecting with the belt pulley, and the width of the belt groove is greater than the width of the belt. The fixed part can take place certain displacement with the belt at the in-process of motion, therefore the belt can move on the belt groove, does not so hinder the motion of fixed part, also can not take off the belt groove.

Preferably, the deformation part is a fine groove with at least two curves along the axial direction of the sizing sleeve body. The curve type can be S type or broken line type, and the shaping sleeve is cut into a plurality of ring types by cutting the shaping sleeve in sections by a plurality of curve type thin grooves arranged in the axial direction, so that the tail part of the shaping sleeve is endowed with deformable elasticity.

Preferably, the pressing plate is provided with a second inclined surface attached to the first inclined surface. Preferably, one end of the pressure plate, which is far away from the fixed plate, is provided with a plurality of diameter detection devices distributed along the circumference. The diameter detection device can be a travel switch or an infrared distance measurement sensor, and preferably is an infrared distance measurement sensor. The infrared ranging sensor detects the distance change between deformation portion and the infrared ranging sensor to convert out the specific diameter size of deformation portion, make the diameter size of deformation portion more accurate, provide the precision of the pipeline of production.

Preferably, the diameter detection device, namely the infrared distance measuring sensor, is electrically connected with a controller, and the motor is electrically connected with the controller. The diameter detection device feeds back the actual size information of the deformation part to the controller in real time, the actual size information can be displayed on a screen connected with the controller, a user can send an instruction to the motor again automatically/manually according to a set size range, the size of the deformation part is adjusted, and finally the effect of regulating and controlling the size of the sizing sleeve is achieved. As for the specific procedures, they belong to the prior art and do not belong to the technical scope of the present invention, and therefore, they are not described in detail.

Preferably, the connecting rods are at least three and are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the pressing plate. The pressure plate needs to be kept stable when the sizing sleeve body moves. At least three connecting rods keep a triangular relation, and the stable connection between the pressing plate and the fixing plate can be ensured.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the motor controls the movement of the sizing sleeve body, so that the diameter of the sizing sleeve can be changed, and the operation is simpler and faster; the whole movement of sizing cover body for the change of sizing cover size is stable, can not lead to sizing cover size to be difficult to control and the atress is inhomogeneous because of the clamp plate displacement is inconsistent, provides pipeline production's quality, has prolonged the life-span of sizing cover simultaneously.
