The inside fretwork of rotating base 109 has circular hole groove, and the inside hole inslot of rotating base 109 is provided with the insection, first common gear 107 is cylindrical structure, and first common gear 107 constitutes the rotary type structure with rotating base 109, the linking arm 110 passes through screw fixed connection on rotating base 109's right side surface, it rotates to drive first connecting gear 108 meshing rotating base 109 inner wall insection through first common gear 107, it is rotatory to make rotating base 109 drive linking arm 110 on unable adjustment base 101, thereby control elevating system 4's relatively fixed knot constructs 2's angle.

A second motor 202 is fixedly connected to the inside of the top end of the fixed frame 201, a second power shaft 203 is fixedly connected to the right top end of the second motor 202, a second power gear 204 is fixedly connected to the right top end of the second power shaft 203, a second control gear 205 is engaged with the right surface of the second power gear 204, a first rotating shaft 206 is inserted into the second control gear 205, a first rotating wheel 207 is fixedly connected to the top end of the surface of the first rotating shaft 206, a first connecting belt 208 is sleeved on the surface of the first rotating wheel 207, a second rotating wheel 209 is wrapped on the right inner wall of the first connecting belt 208, an expansion link 210 is inserted into the second rotating wheel 209, a clamping arm 211 is fixedly connected to one end of the expansion link 210, a protective pad 212 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the clamping arm 211, a third rotating wheel 213 is sleeved on the surface of the first rotating shaft 206, and a second connecting belt 214 is sleeved on the surface of the third rotating wheel 213, a second rotating shaft 215 is connected to the inner wall of the bottom end of the second connecting belt 214.

The second power gear 204 is a conical structure, the second power gear 204 and the second control gear 205 form a rotating structure, the first rotating wheels 207 are arranged in four groups, the radius of the four groups of the first rotating wheels 207 is the same, the inner wall of the second rotating wheel 209 is provided with threads, the second rotating wheel 209 and the telescopic rod 210 form a rotating structure, the surface of the telescopic rod 210 is provided with threads, the telescopic rod 210 and the second rotating wheel 209 form a sliding structure, the clamping arms 211 are arranged in four groups, isosceles triangle holes are formed in the clamping arms 211, the protection pads 212 are arranged in four groups, the protection pads 212 are arranged in isosceles triangle shapes, the protection pads 212 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the isosceles triangle of the clamping arms 211 through screws, the surface of the protection pads 212 is provided with textures, the second power gear 204 is meshed with the second control gear 205 to drive the first rotating shaft 206 to be connected with the third rotating wheel 213 to rotate, the third rotating wheel 213 drives the second connecting belt 214 to connect the second rotating shaft 215 and the first rotating shaft 206 to rotate synchronously, and when the first rotating shaft 206 drives the second rotating wheel 209 to rotate, the inner wall of the second rotating wheel 209 is engaged with the surface thread of the telescopic rod 210 to rotate, so that the telescopic rod 210 drives the clamping arms 211 to slide in the second rotating wheel 209, the four groups of clamping arms 211 clamp and fix the plastic product through the relative sliding of the four groups of clamping arms 211, the four groups of first rotating wheels 207 with the same radius can ensure the sliding speed system of the four groups of clamping arms 211, and the surface texture of the protective pad 212 can clamp and fix the plastic product through the clamping arms 211.

The first telescopic cylinder 402 of inside fixedly connected with of elevating platform 401, and the top fixedly connected with of first telescopic cylinder 402 connects platform 403, restores structure 5 and heating mechanism 6 through connecting platform 403 fixed connection and drives and restore structure 5 and heating mechanism 6 and slide from top to bottom to fixed knot constructs 2 relatively to carry out to adjusting to restoreing moulding height.

A second telescopic cylinder 502 is fixedly connected to the right side of the repairing arm 501, a length adjusting arm 503 is fixedly connected to the left side top end of the second telescopic cylinder 502, a third motor 504 is fixedly connected to the front side inner portion of the length adjusting arm 503, a third power shaft 505 is fixedly connected to the back side top end of the third motor 504, a third power gear 506 is fixedly connected to the back side top end of the third power shaft 505, a second connecting gear 507 is engaged with the surface of the third power gear 506, an angle adjusting arm 508 is engaged with the surface of the second connecting gear 507, a fourth motor 509 is fixedly connected to the left side inner portion of the angle adjusting arm 508, a fourth power shaft 510 is fixedly connected to the left side top end of the fourth motor 509, a fourth power gear 511 is fixedly connected to the left side top end of the fourth power shaft 510, a third control gear 512 is engaged with the left side surface of the fourth power gear 511, and a third connecting belt 513 is sleeved on the surface of the third control gear 512, the left inner wall of the third connecting belt 513 is connected with a third rotating shaft 514, and the surface of the third rotating shaft 514 is sleeved with a repairing wheel 515.

The top end of the back surface of the length adjusting arm 503 is of a rectangular structure, the length adjusting arm 503 and the repairing arm 501 form a sliding structure, the inner wall of the length adjusting arm 503 is provided with threads, the third power gear 506 and the length adjusting arm 503 form a rotating structure, the length adjusting arm 503 is driven by the second telescopic cylinder 502 to slide left and right relative to the connecting table 403, the distance between the repairing wheel 515 and the plastic product fixed by the fixing structure 2 is adjusted, so that the repairing shaping is facilitated, the third power gear 506 is driven by the third power shaft 505 to rotate and be meshed with the second connecting gear 507 to rotate, the second connecting gear 507 is meshed with the angle adjusting arm 508 to drive the fourth motor 509 to rotate, the fourth motor 509 drives the repairing wheel 515 to rotate, so that the angle of the repairing wheel 515 relative to the plastic product fixed by the fixing structure 2 is adjusted, and the repairing shaping is more accurate.

The inside fixedly connected with fan 602 in right side of heating arm 601, the inside fixedly connected with steel sheet 603 of heating arm 601, and the left side top fixedly connected with heating pipe 604 of steel sheet 603, the inside fixedly connected with fifth motor 605 in left side of heating arm 601, and the top fixedly connected with fifth power shaft 606 of fifth motor 605, the top fixedly connected with heating port 607 of fifth power shaft 606, and the bottom fixedly connected with air intake 608 of heating port 607, the inside fixedly connected with third telescopic cylinder 609 in top of heating port 607, and the left side top fixedly connected with air outlet regulating block 610 of third telescopic cylinder 609.

The steel plates 603 are arranged into three groups, the steel plates 603 are distributed equidistantly, the heating pipes 604 are arranged into two groups, the surface of the air inlet 608 is provided with a large number of holes, the top end of the left side of the heating port 607 is in a conical structure, the air outlet adjusting block 610 is in a conical structure, the radius of the top end of the left side of the air outlet adjusting block 610 is larger than the radius of the opening part of the left side top end of the heating port 607, the air blown out by the fan 602 is heated in the heating arm 601 through the heating pipes 604, so that the surface of the plastic product fixed by the fixing structure 2 can be heated and plasticity can be increased, the heating pipes 604 are clamped by the three groups of steel plates 603, so that the heating temperature of the heating pipes 604 can be effectively isolated, so that the heating efficiency is improved, after hot air enters the heating port 607 through the air inlet 608, the air outlet adjusting, the amount of hot air blown out is increased to control the temperature for heating the surface of the plastic product, and the heating port 607 can rotate in the heating arm 601 to improve the working efficiency.

The working principle is as follows: in use, as shown in fig. 1-8, the control panel 3 is opened to control the second motor 202 to operate, so that the second motor 202 drives the second power shaft 203 to connect with the second power gear 204 to rotate, the second power gear 204 rotates and then engages with the second control gear 205 to drive the first rotating shaft 206 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 206 rotates and then drives the third rotating wheel 213 to connect with the second connecting belt 214 to drive the second rotating shaft 215 to rotate, the four sets of first rotating wheels 207 simultaneously drive the first connecting belt 208 to rotate through the synchronous rotation of the second control gear 205 and the second rotating shaft 215, the first connecting belt 208 rotates and then drives the second rotating wheel 209 to rotate so that the inner wall thread of the second rotating wheel 209 engages with the surface thread of the telescopic rod 210 to rotate, the telescopic rod 210 drives the engaging arms 211 to slide inside the second rotating wheel 209, and the plastic product is clamped and fixed through the relative sliding of the two sets of engaging arms 211, the friction force between the plastic product and the protection pad 212 can be improved through the texture of the surface of the protection pad 212, the stability of fixation is improved, the surface of the plastic product is protected, and the fixation stability can be improved through the fixation of the four groups of clamping arms 211 at the upper end and the lower end.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the control panel 3 controls the first motor 102 to drive the first power shaft 103 to rotate in connection with the first power gear 104, so that the first power gear 104 engages with the first control gear 105 to drive the first connecting shaft 106 to rotate in connection with the first common gear 107, the first common gear 107 engages with the first connecting gear 108 to rotate while the first connecting gear 108 engages with the rotating base 109 to drive the connecting arm 110 to rotate, the rotating base 109 drives the connecting arm 110 to rotate in connection with the lifting mechanism 4, and the first telescopic cylinder 402 drives the connecting platform 403 to connect the repairing structure 5 and the heating mechanism 6 to lift relative to the fixing structure 2, so that the repairing wheel 515 can repair and shape any place of the plastic product fixed in the fixing structure 2.

According to the illustration in fig. 1-8, the heating pipe 604 is turned on to heat the heating arm 601 to make the air blown out from the blower 602 have a high temperature, and the hot air in the heating arm 601 enters the heating opening 607 from the air inlet 608, the angle of the air outlet can be adjusted by rotating the heating opening 607 on the heating arm 601, and at the same time, the third telescopic cylinder 609 drives the air outlet adjusting block 610 to slide in the heating opening 607 to adjust the wind power blown out from the hot air, so as to heat and increase plasticity of the surface of the plastic product fixed by the fixing structure 2, and the fourth motor 509 is turned on to drive the fourth power shaft 510 to connect the fourth power gear 511 to engage the third control gear 512 to rotate, so that the third control gear 512 drives the third connecting belt 513 to connect the third rotating shaft 514 to drive the repairing wheel 515 to rotate, so as to slightly extrude and repair the surface of the plastic product fixed in the fixing structure 2, and the second telescopic cylinder 502 is started to drive the length adjusting arm 503 to slide relative to the fixed structure 2, so that the distance between the repair wheel 515 and the plastic product fixed in the fixed structure 2 can be adjusted, the third motor 504 drives the third power shaft 505 to be connected with the third power gear 506 to be meshed with the second connecting gear 507 to rotate, the second connecting gear 507 is meshed with the angle adjusting arm 508 to drive the repair wheel 515 to adjust the angle relative to the plastic product, and the size of the repaired working surface of the repair wheel 515 can be increased.
