The gas generator comprises a left gas generator and a right gas generator, and the support airbag is in a semicircular shape after being inflated and expanded. The gas generated by the left gas generator enters the left supporting air bag connected with the left gas generator, the gas generated by the right gas generator enters the side supporting air bag connected with the right gas generator, and the two supporting air bags are inflated and expanded to be circularly filled in the tire, so that the filling speed is high, and the safety is improved.

The support airbag is stacked in a fragile airbag shell when not inflated, and the airbag shell is fixedly connected with the outer shell. The air bag shell can protect the supporting air bag from being damaged while the air bag and the gas generator are relatively and fixedly connected.

The tire pressure monitoring device comprises a pressure sensor circuit, a wireless transmitter circuit and a battery circuit, wherein an electronic controller is connected with the output end of the pressure sensor, and a control execution end of the electronic controller is connected with an igniter. Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the airbag device for a wheel is configured such that a tire pressure monitoring device is mounted on a hub 16 (a rim or an inflating valve) of the wheel, a gas generator is disposed on the rim of the hub 16 located in the tire, the gas generator is connected to a support airbag which is inflated and then can be filled in the tire, and the tire pressure monitoring device is connected to an electronic controller which is connected to a starting device of the gas generator. As can be seen from fig. 3, the structure of the gas generator is: the gas generator is provided with a barrel-shaped outer shell 8 with an open front end, the outer shell 8 is a pressure-resistant steel cylinder, propellant 11 is contained in the outer shell 8, the propellant 11 is a gas generating agent, sodium azide NaN3 and other substances which can generate decomposition reaction and release a large amount of gas in a short time (30 milliseconds) are selected. The igniter 10 of propellant is arranged in the rear part of the outer shell 8, the supporting air bag 13 is arranged at the front end of the outer shell, the opening of the front end of the outer shell is provided with a fragile baffle 12 (such as a cardboard or a plastic thin plate) for sealing the front end, and the propellant 12 which does not generate decomposition reaction can be blocked from entering the supporting air bag. The air bag shell can be a paper bag or a thin and brittle plastic shell, and the air bag shell can be broken when being impacted and inflated in the supporting air bag, so that the inflation and the expansion of the supporting air bag are not influenced. The invention further improves that the gas generator comprises a left gas generator and a right gas generator, and the support airbag is in a semicircular shape after being inflated and expanded. The gas generated by the left gas generator enters the left supporting air bag connected with the left gas generator, the gas generated by the right gas generator enters the side supporting air bag connected with the right gas generator, and the two supporting air bags are inflated and expanded to be filled in the tire in a circular (annular) shape, so that the filling speed is high, and the safety is improved. As shown in fig. 4, the tire pressure monitoring device of the present invention includes a pressure sensor circuit 2, a wireless transmitter circuit 3 and a battery circuit 1, wherein the battery circuit is connected to the pressure sensor circuit and the wireless transmitter circuit 3 via a wire 6 to supply power to the pressure sensor circuit and the wireless transmitter circuit, and as can be seen from the figure, the wireless transmitter circuit is connected to an antenna 4 for enhancing the stability of wireless signals. The structure of the tire pressure monitoring device is the prior art, and the tire pressure monitoring device is characterized in that the electronic controller 5 is additionally arranged on the conventional tire pressure monitoring device, the electronic controller 5 is connected with the output end of a pressure sensor circuit of the tire pressure monitoring device, and the electronic controller 5 is used for detecting a tire pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor and judging whether tire burst occurs or not according to the change of the tire pressure. The control execution end of the electronic controller is connected with the igniter through a wiring terminal 7. The control execution end of the electronic controller is a relay additionally arranged at the control signal output end of the electronic controller, and the electronic controller can control the on and off of the relay. The electronic controller receives the pressure in the tire detected by the pressure sensor, and when the pressure in the tire suddenly drops to exceed 150kpa (the pressure drops greatly) within 50 milliseconds, a signal is sent to control the relay to close and conduct the igniter circuit. As shown in fig. 1, the left gas generator in combination with its supporting airbag forms a left airbag 151, the right gas generator in combination with its supporting airbag forms a right airbag 152, and the tire pressure monitoring device, the electronic controller, and its control execution terminal in combination form the monitoring controller 14.
