Description of the element reference numerals

The child carrier 100, the body 10, the armrest 20, the armrest body 21, the support portion 211, the connecting portion 213, the armrest cover 30, the first material 31, the folded portion 311, the second material 33, and the filler 35.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals represent like elements throughout.

Referring to fig. 1, a child carrier 100 of the present invention includes a body 10 having a frame structure and an armrest 20 coupled to the body 10. In the present embodiment, the infant carrier 100 is a stroller, but not limited thereto, and may be a dining chair, a child seat, and the like. Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 3, the handrail 20 includes a handrail body 21, a first material 31 is disposed on an inner side of the handrail body 21, a second material 33 is disposed on an outer side of the handrail body 21, and two ends of the first material 31 are correspondingly connected to two ends of the second material 33 to cover the handrail body 21. That is, the first material layer 23 is provided on the inner side of the handrail body 21, and the second material layer 25 is provided on the outer side of the handrail body 21. It is understood that the inside of the armrest body 21 refers to a side of the armrest body 21 facing the vehicle body 10, and conversely, the outside of the armrest body 21. Wherein, the first material 31 and the second material 33 can be connected by sewing, so that the first material 31 and the second material 33 form a handrail sleeve 30, and then the handrail sleeve 30 is covered on the handrail body 21, and the first material 31 is located at the inner side of the handrail body 21, and the second material 33 is located at the outer side of the handrail body 21. Alternatively, after the handrail sleeve 30 is formed by sewing the first material 31 and the second material 33, the inside of the handrail sleeve 30 is turned outwards and then the handrail sleeve is covered on the handrail body 21, so that the folding line can be hidden. Wherein the first material is one or any combination of leather material, polyurethane material, polyvinyl chloride material, polyester fiber material, elastic fiber material, polyurethane fiber material, cotton cloth, linen, silk cloth, knitted cloth and rayon. The second material is one or any combination of leather material, polyurethane material, polyvinyl chloride material, polyester fiber material, elastic fiber material, polyurethane fiber material, cotton cloth, hemp cloth, silk cloth, knitted cloth and rayon, but the first material and the second material are two different materials. In this embodiment, the first material 31 is a knitted fabric, and the knitted fabric has the characteristics of soft texture, moisture absorption, air permeability, sweat releasing, heat preservation and the like, so that the knitted fabric has a stronger comfortable feeling, but not limited thereto, and can also be a woven fabric; the second material 32 is leather, which provides the handrail with a better appearance texture, so that the combination of the knitted fabric and the leather can provide the handrail 20 with an excellent texture and comfort.

Referring to fig. 4, a filler 35 is further disposed between the handrail body 21 and the first material 31, that is, a filler layer 27 is further disposed between the handrail body 21 and the first material 31. In the production of the glove member 30, before the first material 31 and the second material 33 are sewn, the filler 35 is sewn to the inside of the first material 31, and after sewing, the filler 35 is attached to the first material 31. That is, when the handrail sleeve 30 is covered on the handrail body 21, the filler 35 is located between the handrail body 21 and the first material 31. The first material 31 alone may not be sufficiently supported on the surface of the handrail body 21, and thus, the filler 35 may be added to increase the support. Specifically, the filler 35 is foam or silica gel. In this embodiment, foam is used as the filler 35. Other embodiments may use silicone as the filler 35 to improve the softness and comfort of the handrail 20.

With reference to fig. 2-3, the armrest body 21 includes a supporting portion 211 and two connecting portions 213 formed by bending and extending along two ends of the supporting portion 211. The connection portion 213 is used for connection to the vehicle body 10. Since the first material 31 and the second material 33 are sewn into the glove compartment 30 covering the supporting portion 211 and the connecting portions 213, the first material 31 between the supporting portion 211 and the connecting portions 213 forms the folded portion 311, that is, the folded portion 311 is formed at the bend, and the first material 31 of the folded portion 311 has a folded shape. Further, since the first material 31 and the second material 33 are sewn and then coated on the connecting portion 213 and the supporting portion 211, there is a possibility that the first material 31 has many wrinkles, which affects appearance and feel. Therefore, the sewing line is added to the first material 31 having the wrinkle shape of the connection part 213 and the support part 211 to transfer the wrinkle first material 31 of the connection part 213 and the support part 211 to the wrinkle part 311, thereby improving the texture and appearance of the connection part 213 and the support part 211.

Compared with the prior art, the handrail 20 of the invention is provided with the first material 31 at the inner side and the second material 33 at the outer side, and the two ends of the first material 31 are correspondingly connected with the two ends of the second material 33 to coat the handrail body 21, so that the handrail body 21 is provided with the handrail sleeve 30, and different handfeels and textures of the handrail can be provided by different materials, the whole handrail structure is designed more variously by providing more than one material, and the functionality of the whole handrail design is enhanced, therefore, the first material 31 and the second material 33 are arranged at the two sides of the handrail body 21, and excellent textures and comfort can be brought to the handrail 20.

The present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed above, and is intended to cover various modifications, equivalent combinations, which are made in accordance with the spirit of the present invention.
