Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the front end of the folding and hemming plate 13 is provided with a fifth guide plate 13a extending obliquely upward.

The fifth guide plate 13a is used for guiding the disposable gloves to be squeezed between the folding blank holder 13 and the adsorption conveyor 9, so that the failure of folding caused by the fact that the disposable gloves are impacted at the front end of the folding blank holder 13 is avoided.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6, the adsorption type conveyor further includes a height-adjustable bracket 14, and the folding guide plate 12 and the folding edge-pressing plate 13 are both installed in the non-working portion of the adsorption type conveyor 9 through the height-adjustable bracket 14 in a liftable manner.

The height of the folding guide plate 12 and the folding blank holder 13 can be adjusted by the worker through the height-adjustable bracket 14 to be located at a proper working position.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the height-adjustable bracket 14 includes a connecting frame 14a, an external threaded column 14b, and an internal threaded column base, the connecting frame 14a is fixedly connected with the guide frame 17, the external threaded columns 14b are fixedly installed at two ends of the connecting frame 14a, and each external threaded column 14b is installed at the non-working part of the folding device through one internal threaded column base; the internal thread column base comprises a bearing support 14c, the bearing support 14c is in a hollow cylindrical shape, a plurality of perforated support legs 14c1 which are uniformly distributed around the axis of the bearing support 14c are arranged at the bottom of the bearing support 14c, a bearing 14d is installed at the top of the bearing support 14c, and an internal thread sleeve 14e is installed inside the bearing 14 d.

The bearing support 14c, the bearing 14d and the internal thread sleeve 14e are combined into an internal thread column base with a rotatable internal thread sleeve, the internal thread column base is fixedly connected with the non-working part of the folding equipment through bolts and the support leg with holes 14c1, the internal thread column base is used for installing the external thread upright post 14b, the external thread upright post 14b is used for installing the connecting frame 14a, when the height of the guide frame 17 or the inclination angle of the guide frame 17 needs to be adjusted, a worker can rotate the internal thread sleeve 14e to enable the external thread upright post 14b in threaded connection with the internal thread sleeve to lift, and therefore lifting or angle adjustment of the stripping plate 16 and the guide frame 17 is achieved.

Specifically, the outer peripheral surface of the internally threaded sleeve 14e comprises a prism outer peripheral surface 14e1, an annular flange 14e2 and a cylindrical outer peripheral surface 14e3 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the outer ring of the bearing 14d is fixedly connected with the bearing support 14c, the inner ring of the bearing 14d is fixedly connected with the cylindrical outer peripheral surface 14e3, the bottom surface of the annular flange 14e2 abuts against the top surface of the outer ring of the bearing 14d, and the externally threaded upright column 14b is in threaded connection with the internally threaded sleeve 14 e.

The prismatic outer peripheral surface 14e1 facilitates the worker turning the internally threaded sleeve 14e with a wrench, the annular flange 14e2 is adapted to abut against the top surface of the inner race of the bearing 14d to thereby restrain the internally threaded sleeve 14e against axial downward movement, and the 1e3 is adapted to be fixedly coupled to the inner race of the bearing 14 d.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the electrostatic discharge wire 15 is further provided, the electrostatic discharge wire 15 includes an engaging piece 15a and a lead wire 15b, the engaging piece 15a is electrically connected to the guide frame 17, and the lead wire 15b communicates the engaging piece 15a with the ground wire.

The stripping plate 16, the guide frame 17, the connecting frame 14a, the externally threaded upright post 14b, the bearing support 14c and the non-working part of the folding device are all made of conductive metal, the clamping piece 15a is a metal clip clamped on the externally threaded upright post 14b or a metal ring sleeved on the externally threaded upright post 14b, the lead 15b is connected with the clamping piece 15a and the bearing support 14c, static electricity on the stripping plate 16 and the guide frame 17 is released to a ground wire communicated with the folding device through the connecting frame 14a, the externally threaded upright post 14b, the clamping piece 15a, the lead 15b, the bearing support 14c and the non-working part of the folding device, and the static electricity accumulated on the stripping plate 16 and the guide frame 17 is prevented from generating an adsorption effect on the disposable gloves.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the electrostatic generator 10 applies static electricity to the electrostatic film attached to the working surface of the adsorption conveyor 9 at the front end of the adsorption conveyor 9, so that the electrostatic film has an electrostatic adsorption function, a worker places a disposable glove on the working surface of the adsorption conveyor 9 manually or through equipment and flatly spreads the disposable glove, and the bottom surface of the disposable glove stretches across a plurality of adsorption conveyors 9 and is attached to the working surface of each adsorption conveyor 9; the adsorption type conveyor 9 drives the disposable gloves adsorbed on the working face of the adsorption type conveyor to move towards the receiving equipment, and the disposable gloves pass through the turnover guide plates 12 arranged between the two adjacent adsorption type conveyors 9.

The side edge of the disposable glove gradually moves upwards along the inclined top surface of the 1a0, and then is separated from the working surface of the adsorption type conveyor 9, the third guide plate 12c is used for turning over the disposable glove, so that the side edge of the disposable glove turns over 180 degrees from the adsorption type conveyor 9 and moves to the adsorption type conveyor 9 at the side, the turning-over edge pressing plate 13 presses the side edge of the disposable glove, and therefore when the turning-over guide plate 12 turns over the disposable glove, the abutting part of the disposable glove and the side edge of the turning-over edge pressing plate 13 is the turning-over line of the disposable glove, and the fourth guide plate 12d is used for flattening the turned-over disposable glove, so that the top surface of the side edge of the disposable glove abuts against the top.
