The transmission fixture is in a herringbone shape, and the position of the joint of the transmission fixture and the box wall is positioned at the bending point in the middle of the transmission fixture.

The movable sheets are in a strip shape, the length and the width of each movable sheet are the same, the distance between each movable sheet is the same, and when the movable sheets rotate to the position parallel to the wall of the container, the movable sheets just can completely block the ventilation window.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the container ventilation device of the present invention is provided with a rectangular ventilation window on each of two side surfaces of a container body of a container 1, the ventilation window is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped movable pieces 3, the movable pieces 3 are strip-shaped, the length and width of each movable piece 3 are the same, the distance between each movable piece 3 is the same, and when the movable pieces 3 rotate to a position parallel to a container wall 4 of the container 1, the ventilation window can be exactly blocked. The movable plate 3 is driven to rotate by a motor 7, so that the ventilation window can be opened or closed. When the speed sensor senses that the speed of the container 1 is 40-80 km/h, the control motor 7 drives the transmission shaft 6 to move, so that the movable pieces 3 rotate to form an angle of 30-45 degrees with the wall 4 of the container, and by the design of the ventilation angle, air can flow into the container 1 from between the movable pieces 3 at the middle angle of the container 1 in a medium-speed motion state of a truck and the like, the container 1 obtains the maximum medium-speed airflow, and the ventilation effect is best. When the speed sensor senses that the speed of the container 1 is greater than 80km/h, the control motor 7 drives the transmission shaft 6 to move, so that the movable pieces 3 rotate to form an angle of 14-30 degrees with the wall 4 of the container, and by the design of the ventilation angle, air can flow into the container 1 from the small-angle movable pieces in the high-speed motion state of the container 1 such as a truck or a train, the container 1 can obtain the most high-speed airflow, and the ventilation effect is best. When the speed sensor senses that the speed of the container 1 is less than 20km/h, the control motor 7 drives the transmission shaft 6 to move, so that the movable sheet 3 rotates to a position parallel to the wall 4 of the container, the ventilation window is automatically closed, and the container is convenient to carry, store and the like.

Through experiments, the container ventilation device and the common container have the container internal temperatures of 23 ℃ and 38 ℃ respectively at 30 ℃ in sunny days. The container ventilation device can automatically ventilate goods during container transportation, can automatically adjust the angle of air flow during ventilation according to the speed, and can ensure that the air flow can flow into a ventilation window as much as possible in low-speed, medium-speed and high-speed states respectively during container transportation, so that the ventilation effect is optimal.
