In the specific use process of the invention, the inside of the water storage tank body 1 and the inside of the cooling tank 5 are both provided with cooling liquid, when the tuyere small sleeve 14 works, the surface temperature of the tuyere small sleeve 14 is higher, the heat is transferred to the cooling tank 5, the cooling liquid in the cooling tank 5 absorbs the heat, the temperature sensor 11 is always opened to detect the temperature of the cooling liquid in the cooling tank 5, when the temperature is higher than the temperature set by the temperature sensor 11, the temperature sensor 11 sends a signal to the water pump 7, the water pump 7 starts to work to convey the cooling liquid in the cooling tank 5 to the water storage tank body 1, meanwhile, the cooling liquid in the water storage tank body 1 is conveyed to the cooling tank 5 through the fourth connector 17 to exchange the tank body in the cooling tank 5 and the water storage tank body 1, so as to realize water cooling circulation, when the cooling liquid in the water storage tank body 1 enters the cooling tank 5, the temperature in the cooling tank 5 is reduced, the temperature sensor 11 detects that the temperature is lower than a set value, the water pump 7 stops working, so that the temperature of the cooling liquid in the cooling box 5 can be guaranteed without stopping, the temperature of the tuyere small sleeve 14 can be absorbed without stopping, the condenser 8 is always started, and the temperature of the cooling liquid in the internal water storage box body 1 is reduced.
