1. An apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions, comprising:

the drying device comprises a cavity, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a partition plate and a drying air system, wherein the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are respectively connected with the cavity;

the cavity forms an accommodating space with an opening at the top, the accommodating space is divided into a first space and a second space which are distributed left and right by the partition board, the first space is smaller than the second space,

the first space is used for installing the drying air system, wherein an air outlet of the drying air system extends into the upper part of the second space, and an air inlet of the drying air system is positioned in the first space;

the second space is used as a washing cavity, a water inlet connected with the water inlet pipe is formed in the upper portion of the second space, and a water outlet connected with the water drain pipe is formed in the bottom of the second space.

2. The device with clothes washing and drying functions of claim 1, further comprising a top cover covering the top opening of the cavity, wherein the top cover and the cavity are matched to form a closed accommodating space,

the height of the partition board is smaller than that of the cavity, and after the top cover is matched with the cavity, the first space and the second space can be kept separated at the lower part and communicated at the upper part in the closed accommodating space.

3. The device with clothes washing and drying functions as claimed in claim 2, wherein the drying air system comprises a fan, an air outlet duct and a condensing duct,

the fan is arranged at the upper part of the first space;

the inlet of the air outlet duct is connected with the outlet of the fan, the outlet of the air outlet duct is used as the air outlet of the drying air system, and the air outlet duct is provided with electric heating;

and the inlet of the condensation air duct is used as the air inlet of the drying air system, the condensation air duct is positioned at the lower part of the first space, and the outlet of the condensation air duct is connected with the inlet of the fan.

4. The device for washing and drying clothes according to claim 3, wherein a cooling water inlet is provided at the front of the outlet of the condensation duct, a condensation duct outlet is provided at the lowest point of the condensation duct,

the cooling water inlet is connected with the water inlet pipe, and the rear side of the condensation air channel water outlet is connected with a condensation air channel water drain pipe.

5. The apparatus for washing and drying clothes according to claim 4, wherein a cooling water pipe is connected between the cooling water inlet and the condensation duct outlet,

the cooling pipe is positioned in the condensation air duct, and fins are arranged on the outer side of the cooling water pipe.

6. The apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions according to claim 4 or 5, wherein a washing water inlet is provided at a front portion of the outlet of the condensation duct,

wherein wash the water inlet with advance water piping connection, when right when the condensation wind channel washes, the sparge water warp condensation wind channel outlet is discharged.

7. The device with clothes washing and drying functions as claimed in claim 6, wherein the inlet of the condensation duct is opened with an opening facing vertically upwards, and the drainage port of the condensation duct is located at the lowest point of the condensation duct.

8. The apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions of claim 7, further comprising a control panel provided on the top cover, through which laundry washing and/or laundry drying is performed.

9. A method having a laundry washing and drying function, characterized in that the method treats laundry using the apparatus having a laundry washing and drying function according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

10. The method having laundry washing and drying function according to claim 9, wherein the method comprises: the apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions, in response to a user's operation, enters a washing course and/or a drying course and/or a rinsing course,

the washing process comprises: opening a water inlet of the washing cavity to inject water into the washing cavity, and closing the water inlet to wash after the water amount reaches a preset water level; rinsing after the preset washing times are reached; after rinsing is finished, opening a water outlet of the washing cavity for draining water, closing the water outlet after draining is finished, and entering a drying process;

the drying process comprises: starting a fan in the drying air system and electrically heating to send dry hot air into the second space for drying; opening a cooling water inlet and a condensation air duct water outlet and then cooling inlet air in a condensation air duct of the drying air system so as to reduce moisture of damp and hot air in the inlet air; after the preset drying time is reached, the electric heating and the fan are sequentially turned off, then the cooling water inlet is closed, and the washing process is carried out;

the rinsing process comprises: and opening a washing water inlet to wash the condensation air duct, closing the washing water inlet after the preset washing time is reached, and finishing washing.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a laundry treating apparatus, and more particularly, to an apparatus and method having laundry washing and drying functions.

Background

The current mainstream washing machines on the market are drum type and impeller type, when washing clothes, the clothes are put in a drum, and mechanical force is provided by the rotation of the drum to remove dirt. The washing machine is provided with the inner barrel, the outer barrel, the motor, the damping device and other parts, so that the washing machine is complex in mechanical structure, high in cost, high in mechanical force, easy to damage clothes, easy to breed bacteria between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and capable of causing secondary pollution to the clothes, and is not suitable for washing sensitive clothes such as children clothes, underwear and the like. Some manufacturers have proposed a special underwear washing machine, but the working principle of the underwear washing machine is to remove dirt by means of extrusion, soaking and the like, the decontamination effect is poor, the clothes are easily damaged, and the underwear washing machine does not have a drying function. In summary, a small washing device which can wash sensitive small clothes without damaging the clothes and has a drying function is lacking in the market at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a device and method with clothes washing and drying functions, so as to solve at least one of the above problems, and specifically:

in a first aspect of the present invention, there is disclosed an apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions, comprising: the drying device comprises a cavity, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a partition plate and a drying air system, wherein the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are respectively connected with the cavity;

the cavity forms an accommodating space with an opening at the top, the accommodating space is divided into a first space and a second space which are distributed left and right by the partition board, the first space is smaller than the second space,

the first space is used for installing the drying air system, wherein an air outlet of the drying air system extends into the upper part of the second space, and an air inlet of the drying air system is positioned in the first space;

the second space is used as a washing cavity, a water inlet connected with the water inlet pipe is formed in the upper portion of the second space, and a water outlet connected with the water drain pipe is formed in the bottom of the second space.

As a further alternative it is possible that,

the device also comprises a top cover which covers the opening at the top of the cavity body, the top cover can form a closed accommodating space after being matched with the cavity body,

the height of the partition board is smaller than that of the cavity, and after the top cover is matched with the cavity, the first space and the second space can be kept separated at the lower part and communicated at the upper part in the closed accommodating space.

As a further alternative it is possible that,

the drying air system comprises a fan, an air outlet duct and a condensation duct,

the fan is arranged at the upper part of the first space;

the inlet of the air outlet duct is connected with the outlet of the fan, the outlet of the air outlet duct is used as the air outlet of the drying air system, and the air outlet duct is provided with electric heating;

and the inlet of the condensation air duct is used as the air inlet of the drying air system, the condensation air duct is positioned at the lower part of the first space, and the outlet of the condensation air duct is connected with the inlet of the fan.

As a further alternative it is possible that,

a cooling water inlet is arranged at the front part of the outlet of the condensation air duct, a condensation air duct water outlet is arranged at the lowest point of the condensation air duct,

the cooling water inlet is connected with the water inlet pipe, and the rear side of the condensation air channel water outlet is connected with a condensation air channel water drain pipe.

As a further alternative it is possible that,

a cooling water pipe is connected between the cooling water inlet and the condensation air duct water outlet,

the cooling pipe is positioned in the condensation air duct, and fins are arranged on the outer side of the cooling water pipe.

As a further alternative it is possible that,

a flushing water inlet is arranged at the front part of the outlet of the condensation air duct,

wherein wash the water inlet with advance water piping connection, when right when the condensation wind channel washes, the sparge water warp condensation wind channel outlet is discharged.

As a further alternative it is possible that,

the inlet of the condensation air duct is vertically opened upwards, and the drainage port of the condensation air duct is positioned at the lowest point of the condensation air duct.

As a further alternative it is possible that,

the device also comprises a control panel arranged on the top cover, and clothes are washed and/or dried through the control panel.

In a second aspect of the present invention, a method for washing and drying clothes is disclosed, which uses any one of the above-mentioned apparatuses for washing and drying clothes to process clothes.

As a further alternative it is possible that,

the method comprises the following steps: the apparatus having laundry washing and drying functions, in response to a user's operation, enters a washing course and/or a drying course and/or a rinsing course,

the washing process comprises: opening a water inlet of the washing cavity to inject water into the washing cavity, and closing the water inlet to wash after the water amount reaches a preset water level; rinsing after the preset washing times are reached; after rinsing is finished, opening a water outlet of the washing cavity for draining water, closing the water outlet after draining is finished, and entering a drying process;

the drying process comprises: starting a fan in the drying air system and electrically heating to send dry hot air into the second space for drying; opening a cooling water inlet and a condensation air duct water outlet and then cooling inlet air in a condensation air duct of the drying air system so as to reduce moisture of damp and hot air in the inlet air; after the preset drying time is reached, the electric heating and the fan are sequentially turned off, then the cooling water inlet is closed, and the washing process is carried out;

the rinsing process comprises: and opening a washing water inlet to wash the condensation air duct, closing the washing water inlet after the preset washing time is reached, and finishing washing.

Has the advantages that: the device with the clothes washing and drying functions realizes the integrated functions of washing and drying small sensitive clothes, is clean in washing, healthy, free of infection and automatic in drying, and reduces airing troubles. The drying system and the washing cavity are isolated through the partition plate, hot air can circulate in the washing cavity and the drying system, but water flow cannot enter the drying air channel from the washing cavity, and sewage is effectively prevented from being sucked into the fan.

At present, few washing devices for washing small clothes are sold in the market, and the existing small clothes are washed by squeezing, soaking and other modes for removing dirt, so that the dirt removing effect is poor, the clothes are easy to damage, and the small clothes drying device does not have a drying function. It seems to need one kind to synthesize to provide and be applicable to the washing of sensitive clothing of smallclothes, dry integrative device to need when realizing the integration, can ensure not to produce between stoving wind channel and the washing cavity and leak. In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a washing device which is provided with a closed cavity, a top cover of the cavity is arranged in cooperation with the closed cavity, a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the cavity to realize normal water supply and drainage of washing and other functions, a drying system and a partition plate are arranged in the cavity, the sealed cavity is divided into a large cavity and a small cavity by the partition plate, the height of the partition plate is required to be lower than that of the cavity, so that air can enter the small cavity from the large cavity, and water flow cannot enter the small cavity from the large cavity. The drying and condensing air duct is arranged in the small cavity, the air inlet is connected with the small cavity, and the air outlet is connected with the large cavity, so that the integrated integration of functions such as washing, drying and the like on the device is realized.
