1. A quick mounting structure of an assembled wall, comprising:

the vertical keel (1) is fixed on the wall body;

the transverse keel (2) is fixed on a wall body and connected with the vertical keel (1), the transverse keel comprises a keel frame (21), a first clamping portion (22) and a second clamping portion (23) which are arranged on the keel frame (21), the first clamping portion (22) and the second clamping portion (23) are located on the same side of the keel frame (21), and the second clamping portion (23) is located below the first clamping portion (22);

the connecting piece (3) is clamped with the second clamping part (23) and fixedly connected with the second clamping part;

the veneer comprises an upper composite board and a lower composite board, the upper composite board comprises an upper wallboard (41) and a first hanging piece (42) connected with the upper wallboard (41), the lower composite board comprises a lower wallboard (43) and a second hanging piece (44) connected with the lower wallboard (43), the first hanging piece (42) is clamped with the first clamping part (22), and the second hanging piece (44) is connected between the connecting piece (3) and the transverse keel (2); the upper composite plate and the lower composite plate are of an integrated structure;

a closing-up strip (5) arranged between the upper wall plate (41) and the lower wall plate (43).

2. A quick-mounting structure of assembled walls according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting element (3) comprises a connecting plate (31), a screw (32) and a nut (33), the nut (33) being screwed with the screw (32).

The quick mounting structure of an assembled wall as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second clamping portion (23) is a clamping groove, the clamping groove comprises a first clamping groove (231) and a second clamping groove (232) which are arranged side by side, and the first clamping groove (231) and the second clamping groove (232) are communicated; the depth of the first clamping groove (231) is greater than that of the second clamping groove (232).

The quick mounting structure of the assembled wall according to claim 3, wherein a connection port (233) is disposed at an outer side of the first engaging groove (231), the connection port (233) is communicated with the first engaging groove (231) and the second engaging groove (232), the screw (32) is sequentially inserted into the connection port (233), the first engaging groove (231) and the second engaging groove (232), and the nut (33) is engaged with the first engaging groove (231) or the second engaging groove (232).

A quick-mounting structure of assembled wall according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that said first hanging member (42) and said second hanging member (44) are both "U" shaped, and the opening of said first hanging member (42) is downward and the opening of said second hanging member (44) is upward.

6. A quick-mounting structure of assembled wall as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that said first snap-in portion (22) is of the "L" type.

7. A quick-mounting structure of assembled walls according to claim 6, characterized in that said connection plate (31) is "C" shaped, with a top transverse dimension greater than a bottom transverse dimension thereof.

The quick mounting structure of the assembled wall according to claim 7, wherein a first clamping groove (421) is formed in the outer side of the first hanging member (42), a first sealing strip (6) is arranged between the first hanging member (42) and the transverse keel (2), a first clamping protrusion (61) is arranged on the first sealing strip (6), and the first clamping protrusion (61) is clamped with the first clamping groove (421).

The quick mounting structure of the assembled wall according to claim 8, wherein a second clamping groove (441) is formed in the outer side of the second hanging member (44), a second sealing strip (7) is arranged between the second hanging member (44) and the transverse keel (2), a second clamping protrusion (71) is arranged on the second sealing strip (7), and the second clamping protrusion (71) is clamped with the second clamping groove (441).

The quick mounting structure of assembled wall according to claim 1 or 9, characterized in that the bottom of the transverse keel (2) is provided with clamping protrusions (24) at both sides, the clamping protrusions (24) are clamped with third sealing strips (8), the third sealing strips (8) are provided with hooks (81), and the hooks (81) are clamped with the clamping protrusions (24).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a wall surface mounting structure, in particular to a rapid mounting structure of an assembled wall surface.

Background

Assembly decoration is a form of decorative construction emerging in recent years. The assembled decoration is as the name implies, namely, each part required to be used for decoration is produced and completed in a factory and then is transported to a decoration site for combined installation, so that the operations of measurement, cutting and the like of each part in the traditional decoration site are omitted, the construction is simpler and more convenient, the construction efficiency of the decoration site can be greatly improved, the construction site is cleaner and more beautiful, excessive decorative material garbage cannot be generated, and the assembled decoration is a more environment-friendly decoration construction form.

At present, in the assembly wall surface mounting and repairing construction, in order to meet the requirements of quick construction and installation and reduce the manual requirements of construction on workers, a dry wall hanging system construction mode is adopted. The existing dry wall hanging plate system has the following problems: firstly, because the dry hanging piece is arranged at the back of the wall panel and is not in a visible range, a worker cannot see the specific position of the dry hanging piece during construction, the positioning of the dry hanging piece has difficulty, and if the dry hanging piece is not stably hung, the wall panel is easy to incline or be uneven; secondly, when the base wall is uneven, a keel leveling system is generally adopted to level the wall, and then a dry hanging piece and a connecting piece are installed, so that the working procedure and the construction cost are increased; when the dry hanging piece is connected and installed with the keel, the fixed and locked screw is loosened due to vibration in the construction process, so that the dry hanging system is unstable; fourthly, the wallboard is dry-hung by combining a plurality of materials, and the more the system materials are, the more the corresponding processes and cost are, and the construction difficulty is increased; fifthly, the nail-holding power of the veneer is poor and is not enough to support the dry hanging mode.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a rapid mounting structure for an assembly type wall, which is convenient to mount, accurate in positioning, simple in process, low in construction cost, less in mounting components, low in construction difficulty, good in connection effect and strong in overall stability.

To this end, the present invention provides a quick installation structure of an assembly type wall surface, which includes:

the vertical keel is fixed on the wall body;

the transverse keel is fixed on the wall and connected with the vertical keel, the transverse keel comprises a keel frame, a first clamping part and a second clamping part, the first clamping part and the second clamping part are arranged on the keel frame, the first clamping part and the second clamping part are positioned on the same side of the keel frame, and the second clamping part is positioned below the first clamping part;

the connecting piece is clamped and fixedly connected with the second clamping part;

the veneer comprises an upper composite board and a lower composite board, the upper composite board comprises an upper wallboard and a first pendant connected with the upper wallboard, the lower composite board comprises a lower wallboard and a second pendant connected with the lower wallboard, the first pendant is clamped with the first clamping part, and the second pendant is connected between the connecting piece and the transverse keel; the upper composite plate and the lower composite plate are of an integrated structure;

the closing-up strip is arranged between the upper wallboard and the lower wallboard.

Further, the connecting piece comprises a connecting plate, a screw and a nut, wherein the nut is in threaded connection with the screw.

Further, the second clamping portion is a clamping groove, the clamping groove comprises a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove which are arranged side by side, and the first clamping groove is communicated with the second clamping groove; the depth of the first clamping groove is larger than that of the second clamping groove.

Further, the outside in above-mentioned first joint groove is provided with the connector, and first joint groove of connector intercommunication and second joint groove, the screw cartridge in proper order is in connector, first joint groove and second joint groove, and the nut joint is in first joint groove or second joint groove.

Furthermore, the first hanging piece and the second hanging piece are both U-shaped, the opening of the first hanging piece faces downwards, and the opening of the second hanging piece faces upwards.

Further, the first clamping part is shaped like L.

Further, the connecting plate is C-shaped, and the top transverse dimension of the connecting plate is larger than the bottom transverse dimension of the connecting plate.

Furthermore, a first clamping groove is formed in the outer side of the first hanging piece, a first sealing strip is arranged between the first hanging piece and the transverse keel, a first clamping protrusion is arranged on the first sealing strip, and the first clamping protrusion is clamped with the first clamping groove.

Furthermore, a second clamping groove is formed in the outer side of the second hanging piece, a second sealing strip is arranged between the second hanging piece and the transverse keel, a second clamping protrusion is arranged on the second sealing strip, and the second clamping protrusion is clamped with the second clamping groove.

Furthermore, clamping protrusions are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the transverse keel, a third sealing strip is clamped on the clamping protrusions, a clamping hook is arranged on the third sealing strip, and the clamping hook is clamped with the clamping protrusions.

The invention provides a rapid mounting structure of an assembled wall, which mainly comprises a transverse keel, a vertical keel, a veneer, a connecting piece and a closing strip, wherein the transverse keel is connected with the vertical keel and is fixed on the wall, the transverse keel comprises a keel frame, a first clamping part and a second clamping part, and the connecting piece is clamped with the second clamping part; the veneer comprises an upper composite board and a lower composite board which are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the transverse keel, wherein the upper composite board comprises an upper wallboard and a first pendant which are connected, the lower composite board comprises a lower wallboard and a second pendant which are connected, the first pendant and the first clamping part are clamped, and the second pendant and the second clamping part are clamped, so that the upper wallboard and the lower wallboard are installed and connected due to an integrated structure; after the upper wallboard and the lower wallboard are installed, the opening is closed through the closing strip, and the seam beautifying is achieved.

During installation, the transverse keel and the vertical keel are installed firstly, then the lower composite plate and the connecting piece are installed in sequence, then the upper composite plate is installed, and finally the closing-up strip is installed.

Through the structure, compared with the prior art, the rapid mounting structure of the assembled wall surface provided by the invention mainly has the following advantages:

the installation is not influenced by the position of the pendant, and the positioning can be quickly and accurately carried out;

secondly, reducing the construction process and the construction cost;

the whole mounting structure is good in connecting strength and high in overall stability;

construction parts are greatly reduced, so that the construction process is further simplified, and the decoration cost is reduced;

fifthly, because the veneer is the compound integrative structure of wallboard and pendant, further improve the holding power of wallboard, improve simultaneously and articulate the effect.
