1. A tank installation, comprising:

the tank body (3) is used for storing liquefied hydrocarbon materials, and the tank body (3) is fixed on a ground tank foundation (7) and is provided with an external interface pipeline (32);

a concrete retaining wall (1) which encloses and blocks the periphery of the tank body (3);

the heat preservation layer is arranged on the upper half part of the tank body (3).

5. A tank installation according to claim 1, characterized in that the tank (3) comprises:

The storage and transportation tank area in petrochemical enterprises generally stores a large amount of liquefied hydrocarbon media, the liquefied hydrocarbon with large volume and normal temperature pressurization is stored in a spherical tank, and the volume of a single tank is 1000m3The spherical tanks form a tank group which is placed on the ground in the open air and is always the most potential hazard area in an enterprise, the storage tank is often exploded to cause a fire disaster due to improper operation or the influence of factors such as an external heat source and the like, and the fire disaster is easily put out and rescued due to large storage capacity, so that the serious property loss and casualties are directly caused; even indirectly affect other equipment in adjacent storage tanks or regions, cause greater secondary harm, and bring great potential safety production hazards to petrochemical enterprises.

Moreover, in order to reduce secondary disasters caused by explosion of the liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tank during leakage to peripheral facilities, the safety distances among the tanks and between the tanks and other equipment and building structures are larger, so that the tank area is larger, and the land utilization rate is lower.

In addition, the material for manufacturing the spherical tank has high requirements, the requirements for manufacturing, welding and assembling are strict, the technical requirements are high, the inspection workload is high, the manufacturing cost is high, the welding quality is not easy to guarantee, and the safety risk of the spherical tank during the later-stage production operation period is easy to cause.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a storage tank device to reduce the hidden danger of safety production in storage and transportation tank areas of petrochemical enterprises.

Detailed Description

The embodiment of the invention discloses storage tank equipment, which reduces the potential safety production hazard of a storage tank area of a petrochemical enterprise.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the storage tank apparatus disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention includes a tank 3 for storing liquefied hydrocarbon materials, the tank 3 is fixed on a storage tank foundation 7 on the ground and is provided with an external interface line 32; a concrete retaining wall 1 which encloses and blocks the periphery of the tank body 3; the protective top cover 2 is positioned above the tank body 3, and the protective top cover 2 is connected with the top end of the concrete retaining wall 1 in a sealing way; the heat insulation medium 9 is filled in an airtight protection cavity formed by the tank body 3, the concrete retaining wall 1, the protection top cover 2 and the ground, and the external interface pipeline 32 extends out of the concrete retaining wall 1 or the protection top cover 2.

It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, an i-beam 21 is welded at the edge of the protective roof 2, a U-beam 11 is covered on the top end of the concrete retaining wall 1, the U-beam 11 and the concrete retaining wall 1 are in sealing fit through a sealing gasket 12, and the i-beam 21 is welded with the U-beam 12, so that the protective roof 2 and the concrete retaining wall 1 are in sealing connection, and steam leakage between the two is avoided.

The storage tank device disclosed in this embodiment stores liquefied hydrocarbon materials such as liquefied hydrocarbon by using the tank body 3, and connects the material inlet and outlet pipe and the gas phase return pipe by the external interface line 32, thereby realizing the input and output of the liquefied hydrocarbon materials.

In the storage tank equipment disclosed in this embodiment, on one hand, the thermal insulation of the tank body 3 from the outside is realized by using the thermal insulation medium 9 filled in the airtight protection cavity defined by the tank body 3, the concrete retaining wall 1, the protection top cover 2 and the ground, so that the external heat is prevented from being directly transmitted to the tank body 3, and the storage tank explosion fire caused by vaporization and expansion of the liquid material due to heating can be effectively prevented; on the other hand, the tank body 3 is arranged in an airtight protection cavity formed by the concrete retaining wall 1, the protection top cover 2 and the ground, and is sealed and separated from the outside, so that the tank body 3 is prevented from being directly exposed to the open air, the concrete retaining wall 1 and the protection top cover 2 are utilized to prevent the tank body 3 from being impacted by an adjacent heat source, an explosion shock wave, a splash or other sudden damage, the storage safety of the liquefied hydrocarbon materials is ensured, and the potential safety hazard of the storage and transportation tank area of the petrochemical enterprises is reduced.

In addition, due to the protection of the concrete retaining wall 1 and the protective top cover 2, the safety distance between the tank body 3 and peripheral adjacent facilities can be shortened, so that the occupied area is reduced, and the land utilization rate is improved.

The storage tank equipment of the embodiment is mainly applied to storage and transportation tank areas for storing a large amount of normal-temperature and pressure liquefied hydrocarbons, so that the safe storage of the liquefied hydrocarbons is solved, and the potential danger caused by the large amount of the liquefied hydrocarbons is reduced.

In order to further improve the security, be provided with the heat preservation on the 3 outer walls of jar body, this application still utilizes the heat preservation of the 3 outer walls of jar body to keep warm to jar body 3, further prevents that heat transfer from giving jar body 3, and the thermal-insulated medium 9 of cooperation airtight protection intracavity can reach better thermal-insulated effect, avoids jar body 3 interior liquid material because of being heated vaporization inflation. For convenient assembly, the external interface pipeline 32 is arranged at the bottom of the tank body 3 and extends out of the concrete retaining wall 1, and the external interface pipeline 32 positioned at the bottom is conveniently connected with the material inlet and outlet pipe and the gas phase return pipe; of course, the external interface line 32 may also be provided in the middle or at the top of the tank 3.

As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the insulating layer comprises at least one layer of glass wool 10 fixed on the outer wall of the tank body 3 through an insulating needle 101; this embodiment adopts cotton 10 of glass as the heat preservation, is connected through insulating needle 101 and jar body 3's steel sheet, simple structure, and easy to assemble still has the fire prevention function. The heat-insulating layer can also be made of aerogel felt and other heat-insulating structures.

The glass wool 10 is specifically two-layer, and every layer of glass wool 10 thickness is 50mm, and the interval of insulating needle 101 is 300mm, can be when reaching better heat preservation effect, fixed strength, convenient processing and installation. Of course, one or other layers may be used for the glass wool 10.

As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the top of the tank 3 is provided with an inspection hole 31, which facilitates the installation, disassembly, cleaning and maintenance of the inside of the tank 3; the inspection hole 31 may be a manhole or a hand hole, in particular a manhole. This application forms inspection hole 31 through external inspection pipe, and the inspection pipe welding is on jar inspection port of body 3.

The check hole 31 department is provided with and is used for fixing the band 102 on the check hole 31 outer wall with the glass wool 10 of this department, and every layer of glass wool 10 all uses the band 102 fixed, and band 102 interval arrangement conveniently fixes glass wool 10, guarantees fixed strength simultaneously.

Preferably, the storage tank equipment further comprises a horizontal partition plate 5 which divides the tank body 3 into an upper half part and a lower half part, one end of the horizontal partition plate 5 is arranged on the concrete retaining wall 1, and the other end is arranged on the outer wall of the tank body 3; wherein, the heat insulation medium 9 is filled in an upper part protection cavity enclosed by the upper half part of the tank body 3, the horizontal clapboard 5, the concrete retaining wall 1 and the protection top cover 2; the heat preservation sets up in the upper half of jar body 3.

As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the airtight protection cavity enclosed by the tank 3, the concrete retaining wall 1, the protection roof 2 and the ground is divided into an upper part and a lower part by the horizontal partition plate 5, and only the upper part is provided with the heat insulation medium 9 and the heat insulation layer, so that the material can be saved and the heat insulation effect can be ensured.

During assembly, the concrete retaining wall 1 is provided with a retaining wall support 13, and the retaining wall support 13 is connected with one end of the horizontal partition plate 5 through welding; the outer wall of the tank body 3 is welded with a tank body support 33 which is connected with the other end of the horizontal clapboard 5 by welding. Specifically, the horizontal partition 5 has a thickness of 5 mm.

It is understood that the present application may also provide the insulating medium 9 in a small half or more than half of the upper part of the airtight protection chamber; this application also can set up the heat preservation on the whole outer wall of jar body 3 or half more than the outer wall.

As shown in fig. 1, the can body 3 comprises a cylinder body with an axis arranged along the horizontal direction, and a cathode protection 8 is arranged on the cylinder body; two end sockets sealed at two ends of the cylinder body. In order to improve the strength of the middle part of the cylinder body, a plurality of reinforcing rings 4 distributed along the axial direction are welded on the inner wall of the cylinder body. Specifically, the reinforcing ring 4 is welded on the inner wall of the barrel through the I-shaped seat, so that the rigidity of the barrel can be improved, the deformation of the barrel is reduced, and the working reliability is improved.

In order to improve the land utilization rate of the tank field, at least two tank bodies 3 are arranged, and two adjacent tank bodies 3 are sealed and separated by a common concrete retaining wall 1. As shown in fig. 3, the tank installation includes three tanks 3 arranged side by side, and the tanks 3 are separated by a concrete wall 1, so that a safe interval is ensured and mutual impact and damage between the tanks 3 can be prevented. It is understood that there may be one tank 3, as shown in fig. 2, or there may be other numbers.

As shown in figure 1, the tank body 3 is arranged on the tank foundation 7 through the saddles 6, the saddles 6 are provided with supporting legs which support the tank body 3 away from the tank foundation 7, the saddles 6 are arranged at intervals, and the stability of the tank body 3 can be ensured. Of course, the tank 3 may also be fixed to the tank base 7 by a plurality of struts or brackets.

The concrete retaining wall 1 is provided with an overhaul channel of an external interface pipeline 32, so that daily inspection and maintenance are facilitated.

The heat insulation medium 9 is made of insulating and inert materials, and can ensure heat insulation and prevent explosion. Preferably, the heat insulation medium 9 is expanded perlite, so that the heat insulation and the fire prevention can be realized, and the working safety is ensured.

The heat insulating medium 9 may also be made of asbestos, glass fiber, styrofoam, or the like.
