Background

When the optical cable is used in a marine environment, the optical cable is required to have good moisture-proof and water-resistant capabilities and certain strength to be supported so as to avoid the problem that the optical cable is not enough in strength to break after being wetted in a natural environment for a long time; for example, in areas with high wind power, the optical cable needs to have excellent torsion resistance to prevent irreparable torsion damage caused by long-term strong wind.

In areas with serious rat damage, the optical cable has unique protection requirements, namely the optical cable is required to have good rat bite prevention capability. Because the optical cable is often bitten and broken by the rodent in the serious disaster area of the rodent bite, great difficulty is brought to the line maintenance, and the measures such as poisoning and trapping cannot be taken along the graph protection measures laid by the optical cable due to the reasons of ecological environment protection, operability and the like, the optical cable with the rat-proof function becomes the first choice of various traffic operators.

However, the existing rat-bite-proof optical cable generally has certain defects. For example, most of the physical rat-bite-proof optical cables adopt a mode of improving the strength of the sheath and the armor layer to improve the rat-bite-proof performance of the square rat-bite-proof optical cable, but the improvement is limited, and rat-bite damage is still easy to generate in the long-term service process, while for example, the optical cables adopting a chemical method of synthesizing capsaicin and the like to prevent and control rat bite generally have the defects that chemical components are easy to diffuse and volatilize to cause short duration time of the rat-bite-proof performance, are easy to cause environmental pollution, and have certain toxic effects on the environment.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a mouse-bite-preventing butterfly-shaped optical cable, aiming at solving the problems that the existing mouse-bite-preventing optical cable has limited performance, or has limited mouse-bite-preventing performance, is still easy to damage in the long-term service process, or has excellent mouse-bite-preventing effect in a short period, short duration time of the mouse-bite-preventing performance and the like.
