1. An optical cable for preventing biting, comprising:

the armor layer, the outer sheath and the core cable;

the armor layer is coated outside the outer sheath, and the core cable is arranged in the outer sheath;

and a polyester fiber layer is arranged between the outer sheath and the core cable and consists of a plurality of polyester fiber yarns.

2. The optical cable for preventing biting as claimed in claim 1,

the polyester fiber layer is provided with 2-4 layers.

3. The optical cable for preventing biting as claimed in claim 1,

the core part of the outer sheath is provided with a core cavity, and the core cable is arranged in the core cavity;

the core cavity is elliptical.

4. An optical cable for preventing biting as claimed in claim 3,

the outer sheath is butterfly-shaped, and outer sheath sinking grooves are formed in the outer walls corresponding to the two ends of the long axis of the core cavity;

and a PMMA adhesive tape is filled in the outer sleeve sunken groove.

Background

In recent years, the domestic communication industry has been rapidly developed, and optical cables have been built on a large scale as basic resources for supporting communication, and from the viewpoint of construction difficulty and economy, aerial optical cables are one of the main laying methods.

Around the environment where the field overhead optical cable is laid, vegetation is developed, natural conditions are good, and the cable is suitable for living of many wild animals, so that the cable is naturally seriously damaged by nibbling. The optical cable is passed through the jungle, so that a leisure and recreation platform is provided for the rodents, and the special hardness and the aromatic odor of the existing optical cable sheath attract the rodents, so that the optical cable generates great attraction for the rodents.

In order to overcome the problem that the wild overhead optical cable is easy to generate bite damage when being laid, various optical cables with bite prevention performance are developed at present. For example, common GYTA optical cables and some lightning-prone areas adopt aerial optical cables with all-nonmetal structures, but in areas with developed vegetation, most of existing optical cables for preventing biting are too large to produce excellent effects of preventing biting, wherein most of the optical cables for preventing biting adopt a physical strengthening mode to improve the performance of preventing biting of the optical cables, but the optical cables for preventing biting are not root-cause and are still easy to damage after long-term use, most of optical cables for preventing biting by a chemical method adopt a mode of adding synthetic capsaicin, and the synthetic capsaicin is easy to diffuse and volatilize in the service process of the optical cables, so that the effective period of the optical cables is short, and the optical cables for preventing biting by the chemical method generally have certain toxicity and certain pollution to the environment, while the rest optical cables for preventing biting generally have the problems of serious high production and manufacturing costs and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an optical cable for preventing nibbling, aiming at solving the problems that the existing optical cable has limited performance for preventing nibbling, the physical method can not control the symptoms and the root, and the chemical method can prevent nibbling damage and has short effective period caused by volatilization and diffusion of chemical components. The invention aims to: firstly, the optical cable can dynamically generate static electricity to realize the effects of repelling rodents and preventing biting; ensuring that static electricity is in a safe range, causing no damage to people and generating no potential safety hazard in a natural environment; thirdly, the preparation cost is reduced, so that the method has good universality and popularization value; fourthly, the optical cable is ensured to be non-toxic and environment-friendly.

the armor layer, the outer sheath and the core cable;

the armor layer is coated outside the outer sheath, and the core cable is arranged in the outer sheath;
