A system for electromagnetic compatibility prevention and control of analog signals comprises an analog signal sensor and is characterized by further comprising a power conduction emission prevention and control module, a space radiation low-frequency protection module and a space radiation high-frequency protection module which are respectively connected with the analog signal sensor, wherein the power conduction emission prevention and control module is used for performing power conduction emission prevention and control on an input power supply of the analog signal sensor;

the space radiation high-frequency protection module is used for performing space radiation high-frequency protection on the signal input and the signal output of the analog signal sensor;

the space radiation low-frequency protection module is used for performing space radiation low-frequency protection on the signal input and the signal output of the analog signal sensor.

2. The system for analog signal electromagnetic compatibility prevention of claim 1 further comprising a metal shielding shell covering an exterior of said analog signal sensor, said metal shielding shell being grounded to prevent spatial radiation from entering the analog signal sensor.

The system for analog signal electromagnetic compatibility prevention according to claim 1, wherein said power conduction emission prevention module comprises a common mode choke and a filter, said common mode choke being connected to the filter, the other end of the filter being connected to the analog signal sensor.

The system for analog signal electromagnetic compatibility prevention and treatment as defined in claim 1, wherein the spatial radiation low frequency protection module comprises a low frequency filter and a magnetic bead, the low frequency filter is connected with the magnetic bead, and the magnetic bead is connected with the analog signal sensor.

The system for electromagnetic compatibility prevention and treatment of analog signals according to claim 1, wherein the space radiation high-frequency protection module comprises a high-frequency filter and a feedthrough capacitor, the high-frequency filter is connected with the feedthrough capacitor, and the feedthrough capacitor is connected with the high-frequency filter.

6. A method for electromagnetic compatibility prevention of analog signals, the method comprising:

performing power conduction emission prevention and control on an input power supply of the analog signal sensor;

performing space radiation low-frequency protection and space radiation high-frequency protection on the signal input of the analog signal sensor, and performing space radiation low-frequency protection and space radiation high-frequency protection on the signal output of the analog signal sensor;

and carrying out ground protection on the analog signal sensor.

7. The method for analog signal electromagnetic compatibility prevention of claim 6, wherein the power conducted emission prevention comprises:

common mode choke coil is used for inhibiting common mode noise from being connected into the power supply part of the analog signal sensor in series, and a filter is used for filtering common mode interference and differential mode interference from an input power supply.

9. The method for electromagnetic compatibility prevention of analog signals according to claim 6, wherein said spatial radiation high frequency protection comprises:

the signal input of the analog signal sensor is sequentially subjected to high-frequency interference filtering and attenuation through a high-frequency filter and a feedthrough capacitor;

and the signal output of the analog signal sensor is subjected to high-frequency interference filtering and attenuation through the feedthrough capacitor and the high-frequency filter in sequence.

10. The method for analog signal electromagnetic compatibility prevention of claim 6, wherein the ground protection is through a metal shield on an outer cover of the analog signal sensor, the metal shield being used to prevent space radiation from entering the analog signal sensor.

Background

Currently, in medical electrical equipment, electronic and information technologies are well applied, communication technologies are also well applied in the social production and living fields, and the medical electrical equipment faces a complex electromagnetic environment. Peripheral equipment electromagnetic radiation can interfere with the use of medical electrical equipment, can seriously affect the use performance of the equipment, even cause medical accidents, and can adversely affect the operation of communication and other equipment due to electromagnetic energy of the peripheral equipment once the electromagnetic compatibility fails to meet the safety standard.

With the progress of the times, the full-automatic blood component collection system adopts a working mode based on an upper computer and a lower computer, introduces a large number of sensors and actuating mechanisms, monitors and intervenes the whole process of blood plasma collection, and realizes high automation. Therefore, the fully automatic blood component collection system is exposed to a more complicated electromagnetic environment, and the electromagnetic energy radiated to the outside by the system must be reduced.

The existing full-automatic blood component collection system largely adopts an analog signal sensor as a monitoring unit, so that the current full-automatic blood component collection system has the following problems in a complex electromagnetic environment:

(1) abnormal states of the equipment, especially sporadic abnormalities, cause blood waste or infection risks to blood staffs;

(2) data abnormality occurs in the equipment, particularly the abnormality of a monitoring system can cause misjudgment and misoperation of an acquisition system, and cause mental panic and blood waste to blood staffs;

(3) the equipment can cause the transmission exceeding standard, influence the normal work of other equipment and even pollute the power grid;

(4) the equipment can cause radiation emission to exceed the standard, and the life safety of blood staffs is damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, in order to solve the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a system and a method for electromagnetic compatibility prevention and control of analog signals, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the analog signal sensor from normal operation against interference of space radiation and power conducted emission.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a system for electromagnetic compatibility prevention and control of analog signals comprises an analog signal sensor, a power conduction emission prevention and control module, a space radiation low-frequency protection module and a space radiation high-frequency protection module, wherein the power conduction emission prevention and control module, the space radiation low-frequency protection module and the space radiation high-frequency protection module are respectively connected with the analog signal sensor;

the space radiation high-frequency protection module is used for performing space radiation high-frequency protection on the signal input and the signal output of the analog signal sensor;

the space radiation low-frequency protection module is used for performing space radiation low-frequency protection on the signal input and the signal output of the analog signal sensor.

the interference of the space high-frequency radiation to the analog signal sensor is effectively reduced.

Furthermore, the metal shielding shell is covered on the external part of the analog signal sensor in the grounding protection mode, and is used for preventing and controlling space radiation from entering the analog signal sensor, so that the antistatic and anti-radiation interference capability of the analog signal sensor is improved.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. by adopting the system and the method for preventing and controlling the electromagnetic compatibility of the analog signal, common-mode and differential-mode signals conducted through a power line can be attenuated and filtered under the action of a power conduction emission preventing and controlling part, a space radiation low-frequency protecting part and a space radiation high-frequency protecting part, and a low-noise power supply is provided for the analog signal sensor so that the analog signal sensor is in a safe working environment; the radiation interference signals radiated to the analog signal sensor in space can be attenuated and filtered, the influence of the radiation interference signals in space on the normal work of the analog signal sensor is avoided, and the radiation interference resistance of the analog signal sensor is improved.
