A disposable diaper having a longitudinal direction along a front-back direction of a wearer and a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and having a back portion disposed on a back side of the wearer when worn, a stomach portion disposed on a stomach side of the wearer, and a crotch portion located between the back portion and the stomach portion,

the disposable diaper includes: an absorbent main body having a front sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body having an absorbent core between the sheets; and a pair of leakage preventing cuffs provided on both side portions in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body, the disposable diaper being characterized in that:

the leakage-proof flange includes a sheet for forming the leakage-proof flange and an elastic member fixed to the sheet, and has: the sheet is disposed inward from the side edge of the absorbent core toward the inside in the width direction of the absorbent body; a folded-back portion that is positioned on the absorbent body and in which the sheet is folded back to the outside in the width direction of the absorbent body; and an outward folded part ranging from the folded part to a free end of the leakage preventive cuff,

the outer fold portion is longer than the length of the inner portion in the width direction, a plurality of the elastic members are fixed in an extended state along the length direction, and a free end of the leakage prevention cuff is provided on the outer side of the side edge of the absorbent core in the width direction,

in the folded-out portion, when a region in which the plurality of elastic members are arranged is divided into an inner region and an outer region in half in a width direction of the folded-out portion, an elongation stress at 70% elongation of the inner region is higher than an elongation stress at 70% elongation of the outer region.

2. The disposable diaper of claim 1, wherein:

the number of the elastic members disposed in the folded-out section is larger than the number of the elastic members disposed in the width direction on the free end side than the position of the side edge of the absorbent core than on the folded-back section side than the position of the side edge of the absorbent core.

3. A disposable diaper according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:

the elastic member disposed in the folded-out portion has a smaller fineness toward the free end.

4. A disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that:

the elastic member disposed in the folded-out portion has a smaller elongation as it approaches the free end.

5. A disposable diaper according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that:

the folded-out portion is provided with 3 or more elastic members, and the intervals between adjacent elastic members in the transverse direction are all the same or are longer as the interval is closer to the free end.

6. A disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that:

the elastic members disposed in the outer fold are all disposed on the free end side of the side edge of the absorbent core, including the side edge.

7. A disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that:

among the elastic members disposed in the folded-back section, the elastic member closest to the folded-back section overlaps with the side edge of the absorbent core in the lateral direction.

10. The disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that:

the leakage prevention cuff has an end fixing region in which the leakage prevention cuff is fixed so as not to stand up in the front side portion and the back side portion, and the folded-out portion is joined to a lower member located on a lower surface side of the folded-out portion at the end fixing region in one or both of the front side portion and the back side portion by a first joining portion, and an area of the first joining portion on an outer side in the width direction is larger than an area of the first joining portion on an inner side in the width direction.

11. The disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that:

the leakage prevention cuff has an end fixing region fixed to the front side portion and the back side portion so as not to stand up, the inward portion is joined to a lower member located on the lower surface side of the inward portion by a second joining portion in the end fixing region of one or both of the front side portion and the back side portion, and the area of the second joining portion on the inner side in the width direction is larger than the area of the second joining portion on the outer side.

12. A disposable diaper according to any of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that:

the leakage prevention cuff has an end fixing region fixed to the front side portion and the back side portion so that the leakage prevention cuff does not stand up, the outer fold portion is joined to a lower member located on a lower surface side of the outer fold portion at the end fixing region of one or both of the front side portion and the back side portion by a first joining portion, the inner portion is joined to the front sheet located on a lower surface side of the inner portion by a second joining portion, and an area of the first joining portion is smaller than an area of the second joining portion.

13. The disposable diaper of claim 12, wherein:

a covering nonwoven fabric for covering the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent body is provided at the longitudinal end of the absorbent body in one or both of the front and back side portions,

the outer folding part of the leakage-proof flange is jointed with the covering non-woven fabric through a third joint part,

the first joint portion and the second joint portion are each larger in area than the third joint portion.

14. The disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that:

the leakage prevention cuff has end fixing regions fixed to the front side portion and the back side portion so as not to stand up, and the folded-out portion is fixed to a lower member located on a lower surface side of the folded-out portion in the end fixing regions of one or both of the front side portion and the back side portion via partial joint portions in which joint portions are arranged in a dispersed manner,

the elastic member disposed in the folded-out portion has a free end portion in the longitudinal direction from which the extended state is released, the free end portion being disposed so as to overlap with a non-joined portion of the partial joined portion of the folded-out portion.

15. The disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that:

the outer fold portion has a side extension portion extending outward in the width direction from a side edge of the absorbent core, and the side extension portion is joined to the lower member in the front side portion or the back side portion over an area that is 2% or more and 30% or less of an area of an opposing region where the outer fold portion and the lower member located on the lower surface side face each other.

16. The disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that:

the outer fold and the inner portion opposite the outer fold are not joined.

17. The disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that:

a second leakage prevention cuff having a sheet for forming the second leakage prevention cuff and a second elastic member fixed to the sheet in an extended state in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the absorbent main body in the longitudinal direction on the outer side in the width direction than the leakage prevention cuff,

the length of the second leakage prevention cuffs from the side edges of the absorbent core to the second elastic members is longer than the sum of the length of the leakage prevention cuffs to the inside and the length of the leakage prevention cuffs to the elastic members disposed in the folded-back portions from the folded-back portions.

18. The disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 17, characterized in that:

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a disposable diaper.

Background

As a disposable diaper, there is known a disposable diaper including an absorbent body having a front sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body positioned between these two sheets, and a pair of leakage preventing cuffs provided on both side portions in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent body so as to stand toward the skin of a wearer. In general, the leak-proof cuffs are often fixed to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body so as not to stand up, and as a fixing method, there is also known a method in which a portion disposed from the outer side to the inner side in the width direction of the absorbent main body is fixed to a front sheet on the absorbent body, and a portion folded back toward the outer side in the width direction is joined to a lower member located on the lower surface side of the portion (see patent document 1).

Further, patent document 2 relates to an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, and describes: the portion of the leakage preventive cuff folded back toward the widthwise outer side of the absorbent article is provided with a portion fixed to the front sheet side and a portion projecting from the portion and not joined to another member.

However, when a wearer wears a pants-type disposable diaper having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings formed in advance, the diaper is generally pulled up to the waist of the wearer after the legs of the wearer pass through the leg openings in order.

However, in the conventional disposable diaper provided with the leakage preventing cuffs, the leakage preventing cuffs may be caught by the wearer when the wearer passes the legs through the leg openings, for example, as follows: in the worn state, the leakage-preventing cuffs do not come into contact with the skin of the wearer in an accurate state, and the excellent leakage-preventing effect of the leakage-preventing cuffs cannot be obtained. Furthermore, the following also occurs: in order to bring the leakage preventing cuffs into contact with the skin of the wearer in a correct state, it is necessary to adjust the state of the leakage preventing cuffs by inserting fingers into the leg openings after the diaper is lifted up to the waist. Such a need is a burden on parents and caregivers of infants, wearers wearing the infants, and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is a disposable diaper having a longitudinal direction along a front-back direction of a wearer and a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and having a back portion disposed on a back side of the wearer when worn, a stomach portion disposed on a stomach side of the wearer, and a crotch portion located between the back portion and the stomach portion.

The disposable diaper includes an absorbent body including a front sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent member having an absorbent core between the front sheet and the back sheet, and a pair of leakage preventing cuffs provided on both side portions in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent body.

The leakage prevention cuff includes a sheet for leakage prevention cuff formation and an elastic member fixed to the sheet, and the leakage prevention cuff includes: the sheet is arranged inward from the side edge of the absorbent core toward the inside in the width direction of the absorbent body; a folded portion which is positioned on the absorbent body and in which the sheet is folded back toward the outside in the width direction of the absorbent body; and an outward folded part ranging from the folded part to a free end of the leakage prevention cuff.

The outward folded portion is longer than the inward folded portion in the width direction, a plurality of the elastic members are fixed in an extended state along the longitudinal direction, and a free end of the leakage prevention cuff is provided at a position outside the side edge of the absorbent core in the width direction.

In the folded-out portion, when a region in which the plurality of elastic members are arranged is divided into an inner region and an outer region in two halves in a width direction of the folded-out portion, an elongation stress when the inner region is elongated by 70% is higher than that when the outer region is elongated.

Fig. 15 is a view showing a main part of another embodiment of the present invention, and is a projection view obtained by projecting a range from the skin-facing surface side of the folded-out portion to the lower member located on the lower surface side of the folded-out portion in the thickness direction of the diaper.

Detailed Description

The technical problem of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper capable of solving the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.

The disposable diaper of the present invention is explained below based on preferred embodiments of the disposable diaper of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

A disposable diaper 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. As shown in fig. 1, a disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter, also referred to as a diaper 1) according to the present embodiment is a pants-type disposable diaper and includes an absorbent body 5, and the absorbent body 5 includes a front sheet 2, a back sheet 3, and an absorbent body 4 located between the two sheets 2 and 3. The diaper 1 further includes an outer package 10 fixed to the absorbent body 5. The diaper 1 has a front side portion a disposed on the front side of the wearer when worn, a crotch portion C disposed on the crotch portion, and a back side portion B disposed on the back side, and a pair of side seals S, S are formed by joining both ends in the width direction Y of the front side portion a and both ends in the width direction Y of the back side portion B. Further, by this joining, a waist opening 8 and a pair of leg openings 9 (only one side is shown) are formed.

The diaper 1 of the present embodiment is a pants-type disposable diaper in which the outer package 10 is divided into a front side portion a side and a back side portion B side, and includes a front side sheet member 10A disposed on the front side of the wearer, a back side sheet member 10B disposed on the back side of the wearer, and an absorbent main body 5 stretched over and fixed to the front side sheet member 10A and the back side sheet member 10B, and the front side sheet member 10A and the back side sheet member 10B are joined at a pair of side seals S, S. As shown in fig. 2, the absorbent main body 5 is stretched over and fixed to a central portion in the width direction Y of the abdomen-side sheet member 10A positioned in the abdomen-side portion a and a central portion in the width direction Y of the back-side sheet member 10B positioned in the back-side portion B. The portion of the absorbent main body 5 overlapping the abdomen-side sheet member 10A and the back-side sheet member 10B is joined to the both sheet members 10A, 10B entirely or partially by a known joining method such as an adhesive. The exterior body 10 may have narrow regions, for example, regions of 10mm or less, which are not joined between the front-side sheet member 10A and the back-side sheet member 10B, at both ends of the front-side or back-side sheet member in the width direction Y, and this case is also included in the case where both ends of the front-side and back-side sheet members a and B in the width direction Y are joined.

The diaper 1 of the present embodiment is formed to be bilaterally symmetrical about a longitudinal center line C L extending in the longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1 as shown in fig. 2, and therefore, in the following description, the bilaterally symmetrical portion will be mainly described with respect to the left side in fig. 2, and the right side has the same configuration except that it is bilaterally symmetrical with the left side.

The diaper 1 includes a crotch portion C located in a central region in the longitudinal direction X, and a front side portion a and a back side portion B extending from the crotch portion C to the front and back in the longitudinal direction X. The longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1 is a direction along the front-back direction of the wearer when worn. More specifically, the direction from the portion disposed on the abdomen side of the wearer to the portion disposed on the back side through the portion disposed on the crotch side coincides with both the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 5 and the longitudinal direction of the absorber 4. On the other hand, the width direction Y is a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X in a state where the absorbent article such as a diaper is unfolded and the elastic members are stretched as shown in fig. 2, and a tubular waistline portion D formed by connecting the abdomen-side portion a and the back-side portion B is aligned with the circumferential direction thereof as shown in fig. 1.

In the present specification, the "skin-facing surface" or "upper surface" refers to a surface of a disposable diaper or a component thereof which is disposed on the skin side of a wearer when worn, and the "non-skin-facing surface" or "lower surface" refers to a surface of the disposable diaper or a component thereof which faces the opposite side of the skin side of the wearer when worn. In addition, regarding each part of the leakage preventing cuffs described later, for example, the inward portion 63, the folded portion 64, the outward folded portion 65, the side extending portions 68, and the like, the "lower surface" is a surface on the back sheet 3 side of the disposable diaper in an unfolded and extended state, and is a surface facing the lower side in fig. 3 and 4.

As shown in fig. 2, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment includes, in each of the front-side sheet member 10A and the back-side sheet member 10B constituting the outer package 10: an outer sheet 22 which becomes the outer surface of the diaper; an inner layer sheet 23 disposed on the inner surface side of the outer layer sheet 22; and a plurality of thread-like elastic members 24 disposed in an extended state between the two sheets 22, 23, each having a waist stretch section G1 and a lower waistline stretch section G2. The waist stretch units G1 are formed on the outer sides of the longitudinal ends 5a, 5b of the absorbent main body 5 in the longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1. The waist stretch unit G1 is formed at the peripheral edge of the waist opening 8 and is disposed at the waist of the wearer when worn. The waist lower stretchable section G2 is formed below the waist stretchable section G1 and above the lower end of the side seal S in the abdomen-side panel member 10A and back-side panel member 10B, respectively. In the waist stretch unit G1 and the lower waist stretch unit G2, the outer sheet 22 and the inner sheet 23 may be joined over the entire region, or may be joined at a plurality of joints formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction X and the width direction Y.

As shown in fig. 2, the absorbent member 4 of the diaper 1 is formed in a shape elongated in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1. The absorbent body 4 is composed of an absorbent core 41 and a core-spun sheet 42, the absorbent core 41 is composed of an aggregate of fibers such as pulp fibers or particles in which a water-absorbent polymer is held, and the core-spun sheet 42 wraps the absorbent core 41. The fiber assembly may be formed by stacking pulp fibers or the like in a predetermined shape, or may be a nonwoven fabric. The front sheet 2 covers the entire skin-facing surface of the absorbent member 4, and the back sheet 3 covers the entire non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent member 4. In addition, from the viewpoint of enhancing the touch, an exterior nonwoven fabric 32 covering the skin-facing surface of the absorbent body 5 in the crotch portion C, that is, the skin-facing surface of the back sheet 3 is disposed on the skin-facing surface.

As shown in fig. 3, the absorbent body 3 has a first leakage prevention cuff 6, which is a "leakage prevention cuff" of the present invention, and a second leakage prevention cuff 7, which is formed on the outer side in the width direction of the first leakage prevention cuff 6, on both side portions in the longitudinal direction X. The first leakage preventive cuff 6 and the second leakage preventive cuff 7 are both disposed along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 5.

As shown in fig. 4, the first leakage prevention cuff 6 includes a sheet 61 for forming the first leakage prevention cuff and a plurality of elastic members 62 for forming the first leakage prevention cuff fixed to the sheet 61. The sheet 61 of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is a multilayer laminate sheet having a two-layer structure in which 1 sheet is folded in half along a fold formed at the free end of the first leakage prevention cuff 6, and the elastic member 62 is fixed between the layers of the laminate sheet by an adhesive. The method of fixing the elastic member 62 to the sheet 61 may be such that the elastic member 62 is sandwiched between sheets having adhesive applied to one or both of the surfaces facing each other, or the elastic member 62 may be fixed to the sheet 61 only at a portion where the elastic member 62 is substantially disposed by applying adhesive to the elastic member 62. The same applies to the fixing method of the second leakproof cuff forming sheet 71 described later.

As shown in fig. 4, the second leakage prevention cuff 7 includes a sheet 71 for forming the second leakage prevention cuff and a second elastic member 72 for forming the second leakage prevention cuff fixed to the sheet 71. The sheet 71 of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is a multilayer laminate sheet having a 2-layer structure in which 1 sheet is folded in two along a fold formed at the front end 7b in the extending direction of the second leakage prevention cuff 7, and the second elastic member 72 is fixed between the layers of the laminate sheet by an adhesive. The laminate sheet constituting the absorbent body side, which is the base side in the extending direction of the second leakage preventive cuff 7, has a 3-layer structure in which the extending portion of the back sheet 3 is present between the two nonwoven fabric sheets.

As shown in fig. 4, the first leakage preventive cuff 6 has a fixed end 6a fixed to the topsheet 2 in the vicinity of the side portion of the absorbent body 4 in the longitudinal direction. More specifically, the first sheet 61 for forming the leakage preventing cuffs includes linear joint portions 6c fixed to the topsheet 2 in the vicinity of the side edges 43 in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 41, and the ends of the linear joint portions 6c on the inner side in the width direction serve as fixed ends 6a of the first leakage preventing cuffs 6. The linear joint portion 6c is preferably formed in a continuous linear shape extending in the longitudinal direction X, and may be formed in a broken line shape. As a joining method for forming the linear joint portion 6c, any joining method such as heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, high-frequency sealing, and joining with an adhesive can be used, and two or more kinds of joining methods can be used in combination.

As shown in fig. 6, the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is configured such that at least a portion located at the center in the longitudinal direction of the crotch portion C is raised toward the skin side of the wearer M when the wearer wears the cuff, and a region where the elastic member 62 is arranged, preferably a band-shaped elastic region E where a plurality of elastic members 62 are arranged, is in contact with the vicinity of the groin (groin) K of the wearer M. Further, when the second leakage prevention cuff 7 is worn, at least a portion located at the center in the longitudinal direction of the crotch portion C extends toward the skin side of the wearer M, and the elastic region E3 where the second elastic member 72 is arranged, preferably the band-shaped region E3 where the plurality of elastic members 72 are arranged, is in contact with a portion closer to the knee than a portion in contact with the first leakage prevention cuff 6 on the inner side of the thigh of the wearer M.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2, the first leakage preventing cuffs 6 have end fixing regions 66 which are fixed so that the first leakage preventing cuffs 6 do not stand up, in the vicinity of both ends of the absorbent body 5 in the longitudinal direction, which are located in the front side portion a and the back side portion B.

As shown in fig. 5, the first leakage prevention cuff 6 includes, in each of the end fixing regions 66 formed in the front side portion a and the end fixing regions 66 formed in the back side portion B: the first sheet 61 for forming leak-proof cuffs is disposed inward 63 in the width direction Y of the absorbent body 4 from the side edges 43 of the absorbent core 41; a folded portion 64 which is positioned above the absorbent member 4 and in which the first sheet 61 for forming a leakage-preventing cuff is folded back from the inward portion 63 to the outside in the width direction Y of the absorbent member 4; and an outward folded part 65 extending from the folded part 64 to the free end 6b of the first leakage prevention cuff 6. The first leakproof cuff 6 of the end fixing region 66 is fixed to the topsheet 2 covering the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent body 4 by a known bonding means 81 such as an adhesive in a state where the inner portion 63 is folded down to the inner side in the width direction of the absorbent body 5, and the folded-out portion 65, which is a range from the folded-back portion 64 to the free end 6b, is fixed to the lower member 90 located on the lower surface side thereof by a known bonding means 82 such as an adhesive in a state where the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent body 5 is folded down. The first leakproof cuff 6 has the following configurations 1 to 3 in the diaper 1 (see fig. 2) in an unfolded and extended state, as shown in fig. 4.

In the configuration 1, the length of the folded-out section 65 in the width direction Y is longer than that of the folded-back section 63, that is, the distance from the folded-back section 64 to the free end 6b of the first leakage prevention cuff 6, that is, the length measured in the width direction Y of the absorbent main body 5, that is, the length L1 in the width direction of the folded-out section 65 is longer than the distance from the position of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41 to the inner end of the folded-back section 64, that is, the length measured in the width direction Y of the absorbent main body 5, that is, the length L2 in the width direction of the interior 63.

The structure is as follows: a plurality of elastic members 62 are fixed to the outer fold portion 65 in the longitudinal direction X in an extended state. That is, the plurality of elastic members 62 are arranged so as to exhibit stretchability in the longitudinal direction of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 in the range from the folded portion 64 to the free end 6b of the first leakage prevention cuff 6. Fig. 4 shows an example in which 3 elastic members 62 are arranged in the folded-out portion 65, but the number of elastic members 63 is not limited to 3. The number of the elastic members 62 disposed in the folded-out portion 65 is preferably 2 or more, more preferably 3 or more, from the viewpoint of bringing the wide range of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 in the width direction into contact with the skin of the wearer to improve leakage prevention, and is preferably 10 or less, more preferably 5 or less, further preferably 2 or more and 10 or less, more preferably 3 or more and 5 or less, from the viewpoint of preventing the leakage prevention cuff from being caught by the wearer when passing the legs through the leg openings due to the excessive width in the width direction.

And (3) forming: the first containment flaps 6 have free ends 6b of the first containment flaps 6 at positions further outward in the width direction Y than the side edges 43 of the absorbent core 41. That is, the first leakage prevention cuff 6 has a side extension portion 68 extending outward in the width direction Y from the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41. In addition, in the folded-out portion 65 of the first containment cuff 6 in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the region E in which the plurality of elastic members 62a to 62c are arranged is divided into the inner region E1 and the outer region E2 by bisecting the region E in the width direction X of the folded-out portion 65, the elongation stress when the inner region E1 is elongated by 70% is higher than that when the outer region E2. As shown in fig. 4, the region E in which the plurality of elastic members are arranged is a region from the end portion on the inside in the width direction of the elastic member 62a arranged on the innermost side in the width direction Y to the end portion on the outside in the width direction of the elastic member 62c arranged on the outermost side in the width direction Y in the folded-out portion 65. The region E in which a plurality of elastic members are arranged in the outer fold portion 65 is hereinafter also simply referred to as an elastic region E.

In the disposable diaper of the present invention, it is preferable that the inward portion 63 and the folded portion 64 of the leakage prevention cuff are not provided with an elastic member for imparting longitudinal stretchability to the leakage prevention cuff, and it is particularly preferable that such an elastic member is not provided in the inward portion 63. In the first leakage prevention cuff 6 of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, no elastic member is disposed in the longitudinal direction in both the inward portion 63 and the folded portion 64.

According to the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, since the first leakage prevention cuff 6 has the above-described configurations 1 to 3 in the diaper 1 in the unfolded and extended state (see fig. 2), the width of the crotch portion C can be made short, and the width of the region capable of absorbing excreted liquid (hereinafter also referred to as "hydrophilic width") formed between the first leakage prevention cuffs 6 in the crotch portion C can be made wide. Further, when the diaper 1 is worn by the wearer or when the diaper 1 is worn by the wearer, the wearer can be prevented from catching the wearer's feet or the like on the peripheral edge portions of the leg opening portions or the first leakage prevention cuffs 6, and can wear the diaper smoothly.

Therefore, the width of the crotch portion C can be made narrow and the hydrophilic width can be made wide at the same time, and therefore, the wearer can easily move the legs and the leakage is less likely to occur during wearing.

Further, the first leakage prevention cuff 6 has the elastic region E having a higher extension stress at 70% extension of the inner region E1 than the outer region E2, and therefore, as shown in fig. 6, the inner region E1 of the outer fold portion 65 located on the inner side in the width direction is likely to come into contact with the groin K of the wearer, while the outer region E2 located on the outer side in the width direction is likely to come into contact with the skin surface along the skin surface on the inner side of the thigh of the wearer M. Thus, a wide range of the folded-out portion 65 in the width direction is likely to come into contact with the wearer's skin, and a gap is less likely to be formed between the first leakage prevention cuff 6 and the wearer's skin, and even if a force pulling down the diaper 1 is increased due to absorption of a large amount of excrement by the diaper 1, for example, a gap is less likely to be formed between the first leakage prevention cuff 6 and the wearer's skin.

Further, even if the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is not corrected by inserting a finger into the leg opening portion after the diaper is lifted up to the waist portion, the first leakage prevention cuff is likely to be appropriately brought into contact with the skin surface as shown in fig. 6, and therefore, the burden of labor at the time of wearing, for example, of parents or caregivers of infants and wearers at the time of wearing the diaper by themselves can be reduced.

The elongation stress at 70% elongation of each of the inner region E1 and the outer region E2 was measured as follows.

A sample of the folded-out portion 65 having a length in the longitudinal direction X equal to the entire length in the longitudinal direction X of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 and a length in the width direction Y equal to the entire width of the folded-out portion 65 was cut from the first leakage prevention cuff 6 of the disposable diaper (fig. 2) in the unfolded and extended state, and the sample was cut at the boundary between the inner region E1 and the outer region E2 (the boundary at which the elastic region E is bisected in the width direction), to obtain respective samples for measurement of the inner region E1 and the outer region E. When an elastic member is present at the boundary, a band-shaped measurement sample in which the elastic member is included in the inner region E1 near one edge is obtained from one first leak-proof cuff, and a band-shaped measurement sample in which the elastic member is included in the outer region E2 near one edge is obtained from the other first leak-proof cuff, by using a pair of left and right first leak-proof cuffs.

In the case of each of the measurement samples in the inner region E1 and the outer region E, the inner ends of the end fixing regions 66 located at both ends in the longitudinal direction (the ends of the crotch portion C closer to the center in the longitudinal direction X) were clamped between upper and lower chucks of a Tensilon tensile testing machine ("AUTOGRAPH AG-X1 kN" manufactured by shimadzu corporation), and a tensile test was performed in which the region located between the end fixing regions 66 (hereinafter, also referred to as a measurement target region) in each of the measurement samples was elongated in the longitudinal direction of the first leak-proof cuff, that is, the inter-chuck distance was elongated at a speed of 300 m/min until the measurement target region of the measurement sample became a length L max in the maximum elongation state from a natural length L S (elongation process), and then the inter-chuck distance was decreased at the speed until an initial length (contraction process) having the same length as the natural length L S of the measurement target region of the measurement sample was obtained, and the stress-contraction curve of the vertical stress (strain) during the period was read as stress-70% S, and the stress-contraction process was read as a stress-70% elongation curve (stress).

The maximum extension state is a state in which the measurement target region (region between the chucks) of each measurement sample is extended to the length of the measurement target region (the same length as the region located between the end fixing portions 66) in the disposable diaper in the extended and extended state, the length L max in the maximum extension state is the same length as the length between the end fixing portions 66 of the first leakproof cuffs in the disposable diaper in the extended and extended state, the length L max in the maximum extension state is the same length as the length of the measurement target region when only the sheet is extended to a flat state by removing the contraction force of the elastic member included in each measurement sample by cutting and/or removing, and the elongation 70% is an elongation at a time point when the elongation calculated by the following equation is 70% during contraction.

From the viewpoint of more reliably achieving the above-described 1 or 2 or more effects, the first leakage prevention cuff 6 preferably has the following configuration.

The width-directional length L1 of the folded-out portion 65 is preferably 1.1 times or more, more preferably 1.5 times or more, further preferably 5 times or less, more preferably 3 times or less, further preferably 1.1 times or more and 5 times or less, and more preferably 1.5 times or more and 3 times or less the width-directional length L2 of the inner portion 63.

The length L1 in the width direction of the outer fold portion 65 is preferably 10mm or more, more preferably 15mm or more, and further preferably 50mm or less, more preferably 40mm or less, and further preferably 10mm or more and 50mm or less, more preferably 15mm or more and 40mm or less.

The length L2 in the width direction of the inner portion 63 is preferably 5mm or more, more preferably 8mm or more, and further preferably 45mm or less, more preferably 35mm or less, and further preferably 5mm or more and 45mm or less, more preferably 8mm or more and 35mm or less.

The widthwise length L3 of the elastic region E is preferably 15% or more, more preferably 30% or more, further preferably 80% or less, more preferably 65% or less, further preferably 15% or more and 80% or less, more preferably 30% or more and 65% or less, relative to the widthwise length L1 of the external fold portion 65.

The length L3 in the width direction of the elastic region E is preferably 3mm or more, more preferably 6mm or more, and further preferably 25mm or less, more preferably 20mm or less, and further preferably 3mm or more and 25mm or less, more preferably 6mm or more and 20mm or less.

The width-directional length L4 of the side extension 68 of the first leakage-preventing cuff 6 is preferably 15% or more, more preferably 35% or more, further preferably 85% or less, more preferably 65% or less, further preferably 15% or more and 85% or less, more preferably 35% or more and 65% or less, with respect to the width-directional length L1 of the folded-out portion 65.

The length L4 in the width direction of the side extension 68 is preferably 3mm or more, more preferably 6mm or more, and further preferably 30mm or less, more preferably 25mm or less, and further preferably 3mm or more and 30mm or less, more preferably 6mm or more and 25mm or less.

The elongation stress at 70% elongation of the inner region E1 is preferably 1.2 times or more, more preferably 2 times or more, further preferably 5 times or less, more preferably 4 times or less, further preferably 1.2 times or more and 5 times or less, more preferably 2 times or more and 4 times or less, relative to the elongation stress at 70% elongation of the outer region E2.

The elongation stress at 70% elongation of the inner region E1 is preferably 0.25N or more, more preferably 0.3N or more, and is preferably 1.5N or less, more preferably 1.0N or less, and is preferably 0.25N or more and 1.5N or less, more preferably 0.3N or more and 1.0N or less.

The elongation stress at 70% elongation of the outer region E2 is preferably 0.05N or more, more preferably 0.15N or more, furthermore preferably 1.0N or less, more preferably 0.5N or less, furthermore preferably 0.05N or more and 1.0N or less, more preferably 0.15N or more and 0.5N or less.

Further, the diaper 1 preferably has the following configuration.

The elastic member 62 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 disposed at the folded-out portion 65 is preferably: in the width direction Y of the diaper 1, the number of the elastic members 62 disposed closer to the free end 6b side than the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41, that is, the side extension 68 is greater than the number of the elastic members disposed closer to the folded portion 64 side than the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41. When the elastic member 62 of the outer fold portion 65 is disposed more outward in the width direction than the position P1 of the side edge of the absorbent core 41, the hydrophilic width is widened, and the space G formed in the crotch portion C can be secured wider, so that leakage can be prevented.

When the elastic member is provided at the position P1 on the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41, the elastic member is counted as the elastic member closer to the folded portion 64 than the position, and is counted as the elastic member closer to the free end 6b than the position P1.

The elastic members 62 of the first containment flaps 6 disposed at the folded-out portions 65 are preferably all disposed on the free end 6b side of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41, as compared to the position of the side edge. Here, the phrase "the entire elastic members 62 are disposed on the free end 6b side of the side edge 43 including the position of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41" includes not only a case where all the elastic members 62 do not have a portion overlapping the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41 but are disposed only on the free end 6b side of the position P1 (see fig. 4), but also a case where the elastic member 62a disposed on the most folded part 64 side of the elastic members 62 disposed in the folded part 65 overlaps the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41 in the width direction Y of the diaper 1 (see fig. 6).

In the example shown in fig. 4, as a result of not disposing the elastic member 62 on the folded back section 64 side with respect to the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41, the elastic member 62 on the free end 6b side with respect to the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41 is increased, but it is also preferable that the elastic member 62 is disposed on the folded back section 64 side with respect to the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41 as in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, and the number of the elastic members 62 on the free end 6b side with respect to the position P1 is larger than the number of the elastic members 62 on the folded back section 64 side with respect to the position P1. However, as shown in fig. 4, from the viewpoint of preventing the elastic member 62 disposed closer to the folded portion 64 than the position P1 from coming into contact with the center side (urination side) in the width direction than the groin portion K of the wearer and lowering the hydrophilic width, it is preferable that the entire elastic member 62 disposed in the folded portion 65 is disposed closer to the free end 6b than the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41.

The difference in the number of the elastic members 62 between the free end 6b side of the position P1 of the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41 and the folded back portion 64 side of the position P1 may be 1, preferably 2 to 7, and more preferably 3 to 5. In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the difference in the number of the elements is 2.

The elastic member 62 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 disposed at the folded-out portion 65 preferably has a smaller fineness, i.e., a smaller diameter, toward the free end 6 b. By making the fineness of the elastic member 62 on the folded portion 64 side larger than the fineness of the elastic member 62 on the free end 6b side, the elastic member 62 on the folded portion 64 side is easily disposed near the groin portion K, the hydrophilic width is expanded, and the space G formed in the crotch portion C can be secured wide, so that leakage can be prevented. The case where the fibers are smaller toward the free end 6b includes a case where the elastic member 62 has a diameter that is gradually smaller from the folded portion 64 side toward the free end 6b side, and a case where the adjacent elastic members have the same fineness such as a case where the fineness of 3 elastic members 62 and 62 on the folded portion 64 side is 620dtex and the fineness of 1 elastic member 62c on the free end 6b side is 470dtex in the elastic member 62 shown in fig. 8, but the fineness of the elastic member 62 on the free end 6b side tends to be smaller than that of the elastic member 62 on the folded portion 64 side as a whole. The difference between the fineness (unit dtex) of the elastic member 62 closest to the folded portion 64 and the fineness (unit dtex) of the elastic member 62 closest to the free end side 6b is preferably 235dtex or more and 620dtex or less, and more preferably 310dtex or more and 470dtex or less. The fineness of the elastic member 62 disposed in the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is preferably in the range of 235dtex to 940dtex, and more preferably in the range of 310dtex to 620 dtex.

The elastic member 62 of the first leakproof cuff 6 disposed in the folded-out portion 65 preferably has a smaller elongation as it approaches the free end 6 b. By making the elongation of the elastic member 62 on the folded portion 64 side larger than the elongation of the elastic member 62 on the free end 6b side, the elastic member 62 on the folded portion 64 side is easily disposed near the groin portion K, the hydrophilic width is expanded, and the space G formed in the crotch portion C can be secured widely, so that leakage can be prevented. The case where the elongation rate decreases toward the free end 6b includes a case where the elongation rates of the adjacent elastic members are the same, such as a case where the elongation rates of 3 elastic members 62 and 62 on the folded portion 64 side are 320% and the fineness of 1 elastic member 62c on the free end 6b side is 280% in the elastic member 62 shown in fig. 8, in addition to a case where the elongation rate of the elastic member 62 is sequentially decreased from the folded portion 64 side toward the free end 6b side, but the elongation rate of the elastic member 62 on the free end 6b side tends to be lower than that of the elastic member 62 on the folded portion 64 side as a whole. The difference between the elongation of the elastic member 62 closest to the folded portion 64 and the elongation of the elastic member 62 closest to the free end 6b side is preferably 20 percentage points or more and 200 percentage points or less, and more preferably 50 percentage points or more and 100 percentage points or less. The elongation of the elastic member 62 disposed in the first leakproof cuff 6 is preferably 250% to 400%, more preferably 280% to 350%.

The elongation of the elastic member disposed in the folded-out portion 65 is measured as follows.

First, the side seal was torn to spread the absorbent article, and a mark was marked along the position of 30mm in length of the rubber thread pair in a natural length state, and the value obtained when the absorbent article was stretched to the maximum stretched state with both outer ends of the mark held was L d, and the elongation was calculated by the following equation.

At least 3 elastic members 62 are arranged at the folded-out portion 65 of the first leakproof cuff 6, and the intervals between the adjacent elastic members in the transverse direction Y of the diaper 1 are preferably all the same or longer as the distance from the free end 6b increases. When the elastic members 62 are disposed at the folded-out portion 65 at the interval, the inner portion of the folded-out portion 65 having a short interval between the elastic members is easily disposed near the groin portion K, the hydrophilic width is expanded, and the space G formed in the crotch portion C can be secured to be wide, so that leakage can be prevented.

Each of the embodiments shown in fig. 4 and 8 is an example in which the distance between adjacent elastic members is longer as the distance between the elastic members is closer to the free end 6 b.

The case where the elongation rate is smaller as the distance from the free end 6b is closer includes a case where the interval between the elastic members 62 is successively shorter from the folded portion 64 side toward the free end 6b side, and a case where the interval between the elastic members on the folded portion 64 side is longer than the interval between the elastic members on the free end 6b side as a whole, such as a case where the interval between the elastic members is a in 3 elastic members 62, 62 on the folded portion 64 side and the interval between the 2 elastic members on the free end 6b side is a longer interval b than the interval a as in the elastic member 62 shown in fig. 8. The distance between the elastic members is the distance between the widthwise center positions of the elastic members 62, as shown by the interval a and the interval b in fig. 8.

As shown in fig. 9, the elastic member 62 disposed in the folded-back section 65 is also preferably an elastic member 62a located closest to the folded-back section 64 side and overlapping with the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41 at a position P1 in the width direction Y of the diaper 1. By disposing the innermost elastic member 62a to be disposed in the groin section K at a position of the diaper 1 where the rigidity changes depending on the presence or absence of the absorbent body 4, the rising section and the surface region in surface contact with the skin are easily formed in the first leakage prevention cuff 6, and the portion in which the innermost elastic member 62a is disposed is easily in contact with the groin section K. This widens the hydrophilic width, and the space G formed in the crotch portion C can be secured wide, thereby preventing leakage.

From the viewpoint of preventing the folded-out portion 65 of the second leakage prevention cuff 6 from being folded toward the center side in the width direction of the diaper 1 and making the folded-out portion 65 easily come into contact with the diaper 1 in a state of being folded outward as shown in fig. 6 when the diaper 1 is worn or when the diaper 1 is worn, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 10 (a) and 10 (b), the length in the longitudinal direction X of the range in which the elastic member 62 disposed in the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is fixed to the sheet 61 for forming a leakage prevention cuff in an extended state is shorter as the elastic member is closer to the free side 6b in the width direction Y of the diaper 1. The case where the length in the longitudinal direction X of the range fixed in an extended state is shorter toward the free end 6b includes, in addition to the case where the length in the longitudinal direction X of the range fixed in an extended state of the elastic member 62 is sequentially shorter from the folded portion 64 side toward the free end 6b side as shown in fig. 10 (a), a case where a plurality of elastic members 62 having the same length in the longitudinal direction X of the range fixed in an extended state of the elastic member 62 are provided as shown in fig. 10 (b), but the length of the elastic member 62 on the free end 6b side is shorter as a whole than the length in the longitudinal direction X of the range fixed in an extended state of the elastic member 62 on the folded portion 64 side. In the absorbent main body 5 shown in fig. 10 (a) and 10 (b), only the 3 elastic members 62 disposed in the first leakage prevention cuff 6 are shown in the range where they are fixed to the sheet 61 for formation of the leakage prevention cuff in an extended state. The elastic member 62 may be fixed to the first leakage prevention cuff-forming sheet 61 continuously in the longitudinal direction X or may be fixed intermittently in a range where the elastic member 62 is fixed in an extended state.

The length L c of the elastic member 62c closest to the free end side 6b is preferably 70% or more, more preferably 80% or more, further preferably 95% or less, more preferably 90% or less, further preferably 70% or more and 95% or less, more preferably 80% or more and 90% or less, with respect to the length L a of the elastic member 62a closest to the folded portion 64.

As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the first leakage preventing cuffs 6 of the diaper 1 each have an end fixing region 66 to which the first leakage preventing cuffs 6 are fixed so as not to stand up, in the front side portion a and the back side portion B. As shown in fig. 5, the folded-out portion 65 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 has a side extension portion 68 extending outward in the width direction Y with respect to the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41, and the folded-out portion 65 is fixed to the lower member 90 located on the lower surface side thereof in the end fixing region 66. In the end fixing region 66, the folded-out portion 65 may have the entire region of the lower surface, which is the non-skin-facing surface thereof, joined to the lower member 90 located on the lower surface side thereof, but the folded-out portion 65 is preferably fixed to the lower member 90 located on the lower surface side of the folded-out portion 65 by the partial joining portions 80 in which the joining portions 83 are arranged in a dispersed manner, as shown in fig. 11 (a) and 11 (b).

The outer fold portion 65 is preferably fixed to the lower member 90 by the partial joint portions 80 in which the joint portions 83 are distributed, at least in the lateral extension portions 68 extending outward in the width direction Y from the side edges 43 of the absorbent core 41. As shown in fig. 11 (b), the partial joint portions 80 preferably have joint portions 83 and non-joint portions 84 alternately in one direction and a direction perpendicular thereto when viewed from above the outer fold portion 65. The "one direction and the direction orthogonal thereto" described herein are, for example, as shown in fig. 11 (b), the longitudinal direction X and the width direction Y of the diaper 1, but are not limited thereto. The joined portion 83 of the partially joined portion 80 is a portion where the outer fold portion 65 and the lower member 90 are joined by a known joining method such as adhesive, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or high-frequency sealing, and the non-joined portion 84 is a portion where there is no joining between the outer fold portion 65 and the lower member 90.

By fixing at least the side extending portions 68 of the exterior fold portion 65 to the lower member 90 in one or both of the front and back side portions a, B, it is possible to prevent the interior fold in which the exterior fold portion 65 is folded toward the widthwise central side of the diaper 1. In addition, in one or both of the front and back side portions a and B, the side extending portions 68 of the folded-out portion 65 are joined to the lower member 90 by the partial joining portions 80, whereby the fold-in can be prevented and the skin touch of the first leakage preventive cuff 6 can be prevented from being deteriorated.

The folded-out section 65 of the diaper 1 has, as shown in fig. 5, a side extending portion 68 extending outward in the width direction Y from the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41, but from the viewpoint of providing a soft texture to the skin-contacting surface, the side extending portion 68 is preferably joined to the lower member 90 in an area of 2% to 30%, more preferably 5% to 25%, of the area of the facing region where the folded-out section 65 faces the lower member 90 on the lower surface side, in one or both of the front side portion a and the back side portion B.

In addition, as shown in fig. 5, in the folded-out section 65 of the diaper 1, the side extending portions 68 extending outward in the width direction Y from the side edges 43 of the absorbent core 41 and the portions of the folded-out section 65 that face the inward portion 63 are joined to the lower member 90, but from the viewpoint of providing a soft feel to the skin-contacting surface, the folded-out section 65 is preferably not joined to the inward portion 63 that faces the folded-out section 65.

As shown in fig. 11 (c), in the end fixing regions 66 of the front and back side portions a and B, the inward portion 63 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is preferably joined to the front sheet 2 located on the lower surface side, which is the non-skin-facing surface thereof, as well as to the lower surface. The joining method of the inner part 63 and the front sheet 2 may be joining by partial joining parts 80A in which the joining parts 85 are arranged in a dispersed manner as shown in fig. 11 (a), 11 (c), and 12 (b), or may be joining by a single joining part 85 having a certain area as shown in fig. 12 (a). The partially joined portion 80A to be joined to the inner portion 63 and the front sheet 2 preferably has the joined portion 85 and the non-joined portion 86 alternately in one direction in a plan view and in a direction orthogonal thereto. The "one direction and the direction orthogonal thereto" referred to herein are, for example, as shown in fig. 11 (c), the longitudinal direction X and the width direction Y of the diaper 1, but are not limited thereto. The joined portion 85 of the partially joined portion 80A is a portion where the interior 63 and the front sheet 2 are joined by a known joining method such as adhesive, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or high-frequency sealing, and the non-joined portion 86 is a portion where the interior 63 and the front sheet 2 are not joined.

In the case where the folded-out portion 65 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is joined to the lower member 90, which is the lower member located on the lower surface side thereof, at the end fixing region 66 of one or both of the front and back side portions a and B via the joining portion 83 as shown in fig. 5 or 11 (a), the area of the joining portion 83 on the outer side is preferably larger than the area on the inner side of the folded-out portion 65 in the width direction Y as in the folded-out portion 65 shown in fig. 12 (a) and 12 (B). The outer side of the folded-out portion 65 in the width direction Y is the free end 6b side of the folded-out portion 65, and the inner side of the folded-out portion 65 in the width direction Y is the folded-back portion 64 side of the folded-out portion 65.

When the outer fold portion 65 is joined to the lower member 90 in the above-described manner in one or both of the front and back side portions a, B, the inner fold in which the outer fold portion 65 is folded toward the widthwise central side of the diaper 1 can be more effectively prevented. The joining portion 83 that joins the folded-out portion 65 to the lower member 90 on the lower surface side thereof is a "first joining portion" in the present invention.

The area of the first joint portion 83 is the total area of the first joint portions 83 as joint portions joining the folded-out portions 65 of the first containment flaps 6 and the lower member 90 in each of the end fixing regions 66 present in the front side portion a or the back side portion B.

On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5 or 11 (a), when the inward portion 63 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is joined to the front sheet 2 on the lower surface side thereof via the joining portion 85 in the end fixing region 66 of one or both of the front and back side portions a, B, the inward portion 63 preferably has a larger area of the joining portion 85 on the inner side than on the outer side in the width direction Y, as in the inward portion 63 shown in fig. 12 (a) and 12 (B). The outer side in the width direction Y is the side edge 43 side of the absorbent core 41 in the width direction Y, and the inner side in the width direction Y is the folded back portion 64 side in the width direction Y.

When one or both of the front side portion a and the back side portion B is joined to the front sheet 2 in the above-described manner to the inside 63, the folded portion 64 side of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 can be effectively prevented from coming off the front sheet 2, and the flexibility and the skin touch feeling of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 can be improved. The joining portion 85 that joins the inside 6 and the lower member 93 such as the front sheet 2 positioned on the lower surface side thereof is the "second joining portion" in the present invention.

As shown in fig. 12 (a) and 12 (B), preferably, in the end fixing region 66 of one or both of the front portion a and the back portion B, the folded-out portion 65 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is joined to the lower member 90 located on the lower surface side of the folded-out portion 65 by the first joining portion 83, and the inward portion 63 is joined to the front sheet 2 facing the inward portion 63 by the second joining portion 85. In this case, from the viewpoint of firmly fixing the first leakage prevention cuff 6 at a portion distant from the skin of the wearer and further improving the flexibility and the skin touch of the portion of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 in contact with the skin, the area of the first joint portion 83 is preferably smaller than the area of the second joint portion 85. The area of the second joint portion 85 is the total area of the second joint portions 85 as joint portions for joining the inward portion 63 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 to the lower member 93 of the front sheet 2 or the like located on the lower surface side thereof in each of the end fixing regions 66 present in the stomach-side portion a or the back-side portion B.

In the disposable diaper of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, it is also preferable that a cover nonwoven fabric 91 for covering the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent body 5 is provided at the end portions 5a, 5B in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 5 in one or both of the front and back side portions a, B. By providing the cover nonwoven fabric 91, it is possible to prevent a problem that a part of the body of the wearer comes into contact with the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 5 and the end portion is curled when the diaper is worn. The cover nonwoven fabric 91 is preferably disposed so as to extend between the pair of side seals S, S regardless of which of the front side portion a and the back side portion B is disposed, and is preferably disposed so as to cover the longitudinal end portions 5a and 5B of the absorbent main body 5 over the range from the inside to the outside in the longitudinal direction Y, as shown in fig. 13. The covering nonwoven fabric 91 may be a separate sheet from both the outer sheet 22 and the inner sheet 23 as shown in fig. 13, or may be a sheet continuous with the outer sheet 22 folded back toward the skin-facing surface side at the peripheral edge of the waist opening 8, although not shown.

In the case where the cover nonwoven fabric 91 is provided, as shown in fig. 14, the skin-facing surface side of the folded-out portion 65 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is joined to the cover nonwoven fabric 91 via the third joining portion 92, and from the viewpoint of maintaining a soft texture of the cover nonwoven fabric 91, it is preferable that the first joining portion 83 joining the folded-out portion 65 and the lower member 90 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 and the second joining portion 85 joining the interior 63 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 and the front sheet 2 have an area (total area) larger than the area (total area) of the third joining portion 92. The third joint portions 92 do not include joint portions for joining the cover nonwoven fabric 91 to portions other than the folded-out portions 65. The third joining portion 92 is preferably a joining portion formed of an adhesive pattern-coated in any pattern such as a spiral pattern, a stripe pattern, a dot pattern (scattering point pattern), a wave pattern (wavy line pattern), or the like, a welded portion formed in a dot pattern (scattering point pattern) and formed in a scattering point pattern by heat sealing, high-frequency sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or the like. As the cover nonwoven fabric, any nonwoven fabric obtained by various production methods can be used, and a nonwoven fabric having a good texture is preferable, and for example, a hot air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like is preferable.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the diaper 1 shown in fig. 1 has second leakage preventing cuffs 7 each including a sheet 71 for forming a second leakage preventing cuff and second elastic members 72, 72 fixed to the sheet 71 in an extended state along the longitudinal direction X on the outer side in the width direction Y than the first leakage preventing cuffs 6 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 5, and the second leakage preventing cuffs 7 are each preferably longer in total length from the side edges 43 of the absorbent core 41 to the length L5 of the second elastic member 72a than the length L2 of the first leakage preventing cuffs 6 to the inner side 63 and the length L6 of the elastic member 62a arranged in the folded-out portion 65 from the folded-back portion 64, and the length L5 of the second leakage preventing cuffs 7 is longer than the total length of the length L2 and the length L6 corresponding to the length from the base end 6a of the first leakage preventing cuff 6 to the elastic member 62a arranged in the innermost side in the width direction of the folded-out portion 65, so that the second leakage preventing cuffs 7 stand up from the base end 6a of the first leakage preventing cuffs 6 to the outer side, and the leakage preventing cuffs 6 are arranged in the width of the first leakage preventing cuffs 6, and the leakage preventing cuffs are capable of being improved in view of the first leakage preventing cuffs 6, and the leakage preventing cuffs are arranged in the leakage preventing cuffs 6, and the leakage preventing cuffs are arranged in the leakage preventing performance of.

From this viewpoint, the length L5 is preferably 105% or more, more preferably 110% or more, and further preferably 180% or less, more preferably 150% or less, and further preferably 105% or more and 180% or less, and more preferably 110% or more and 150% or less, with respect to the total length of the length L2 and the length L6.

The lengths L1 to L6 are measured in the width direction Y of the disposable diaper when the disposable diaper is unfolded and extended.

In addition, when the folded-out section 65 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 includes a plurality of elastic members 62a, the length from the base end 6a of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 to the elastic member 62a disposed on the innermost side in the width direction of the folded-out section 65 is defined as the length L2, and when the second leakage prevention cuff 7 includes a plurality of second elastic members 72, the length from the side edge 43 of the absorbent core 41 to the second elastic member 72a disposed on the innermost side in the width direction of the second leakage prevention cuff 7 is defined as the length L5.

The length L5 is preferably 15mm or more, more preferably 20mm or more, and is preferably 50mm or less, more preferably 40mm or less, and is preferably 15mm or more and 50mm or less, and more preferably 20mm or more and 40mm or less.

The total length of the length L2 and the length L5 is preferably 10mm or more, more preferably 15mm or more, and further preferably 45mm or less, more preferably 30mm or less, and further preferably 10mm or more and 45mm or less, and more preferably 15mm or more and 30mm or less.

In addition, from the viewpoint of not pressing the first leakage prevention cuff 6 excessively from the outside, the number of the second elastic members 72 arranged in the second leakage prevention cuff 7 is preferably 1 or more and 5 or less, and more preferably 2 or more and 4 or less.

Further, the elastic region E3 (see fig. 4) of the second leakage prevention cuff 7 is preferably higher in extension stress at 70% extension than the outer region E2 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6. The elastic region E3 of the second containment cuff 7 is: in the second sheet for forming leakproof cuffs, the elastic members 72a disposed on the innermost side in the width direction among the plurality of elastic members fixed in an extended state in the longitudinal direction X are disposed in a region between the end portions on the inner side in the width direction of the elastic member 72a disposed on the outermost side in the width direction and the end portions on the outer side in the width direction of the elastic member 72c disposed on the outermost side in the width direction.

When the extension stress of the elastic region E3 of the second leakage prevention cuff 7 is higher than the extension stress of the outer region E2 of the first leakage prevention cuff 6, the second leakage prevention cuff 7 assists the standing of the first leakage prevention cuff 6, and the wrapping property of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is improved, thereby improving the leakage prevention performance and eliminating the fear of leakage.

[ method of measuring elongation stress at 70% elongation of the elastic region E3 of the second leakproof cuff ]

Similarly to the above-described method for measuring the elongation stress at 70% elongation of the inner region E1 and the outer region E2, an S-S curve (stress-stress curve) (see fig. 7 (b)) was prepared, and the stress at the time point when the elongation was 70% during contraction was read as the stress at 70% elongation of the elastic region E3. As a sample for measurement, an elastic region E3 having a length in the longitudinal direction X equal to the entire length in the longitudinal direction X of the second leakage prevention cuff 6 and a length in the width direction Y equal to the width of the elastic region E3 was cut out from the second leakage prevention cuff 6 and used as a sample for measurement.

The extension stress at 70% elongation of the elastic region E3 of the second containment cuff is preferably 1.2 times or more, more preferably 2 times or more, further preferably 5 times or less, more preferably 4 times or less, further preferably 1.2 times or more and 5 times or less, more preferably 2 times or more and 4 times or less, as compared with the extension stress at 70% elongation of the outer region E2 of the first containment cuff 6.

The extension stress of the elastic region E3 of the second leakage prevention cuff 7 is preferably 0.2N or more, more preferably 0.3N or more, and further preferably 1.5N or less, more preferably 1.0N or less, and further preferably 0.2N or more and 1.5N or less, more preferably 0.3N or more and 1.0N or less.

The extension stress at 70% elongation of the elastic region E3 of the second containment cuff and the extension stress at 70% elongation of the inner region E1 of the first containment cuff are preferably the same or greater than the extension stress at 70% elongation of the inner region E1 of the first containment cuff 6.

As described above, in the end fixing region 66 of one or both of the front side portion a and the back side portion B, the folded-out portion 65 is preferably fixed to the lower member 90 located on the lower surface side of the folded-out portion 65 by the partial joining portions 80 in which the joining portions 83 are dispersed. The elastic member 62 disposed in the folded-out portion 65 preferably has a free end portion in which the extended state is released at an end portion in the longitudinal direction thereof. In this case, as shown in fig. 15, the free end portion 62e of the elastic member 62 having the free end portion is preferably arranged so as to overlap the non-joined portion 84 of the partial joined portion 80 in the folded-out portion 65 of the diaper in an unfolded and extended state in plan view. Further, the free end portions 62e of the elastic member 62 are preferably arranged so as to pass between the joined portions 83 spaced apart in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction X of the diaper among the partial joined portions 80. The direction intersecting the longitudinal direction X is typically the width direction Y orthogonal to the longitudinal direction X of the diaper, but is not limited thereto, and may be a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction X at an angle of 30 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less, preferably at an angle of 45 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less, for example.

In the diaper 1 shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sheet 61 for forming the leakage preventing cuffs of the first leakage preventing cuffs 6 is a sheet having a two-layer structure, and the sheet 71 for forming the leakage preventing cuffs of the second leakage preventing cuffs 7 is a sheet having a two-layer portion formed of two nonwoven fabrics and a 3-layer portion having a back sheet interposed between the two nonwoven fabrics, but the sheet 61 for forming the leakage preventing cuffs of the second leakage preventing cuffs 6 may be a sheet having a 2-layer portion formed of two nonwoven fabrics and a 3-layer portion having a water-barrier sheet similar to the back sheet interposed between the two nonwoven fabrics. One or both of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 and the second leakage prevention cuff 7 may be a sheet having a water-impermeable adhesive water barrier layer bonded to one or both of the 2 nonwoven fabrics. When the first leakage prevention cuff 6 includes a water-blocking sheet or a water-blocking layer made of a water-insoluble adhesive or the like between 2 nonwoven fabrics, the liquid component of urine or feces can be reliably prevented from leaking out through the first leakage prevention cuff 6.

The material for forming the diaper 1 will be described.

As a material for forming each part of the diaper 1, various materials used in the part of a conventional disposable diaper can be used without particular limitation. For example, a hydrophilic and liquid-permeable single-layer or multi-layer nonwoven fabric, a sheet having openings formed in a resin film, or the like can be used as the front sheet 2, and a moisture-permeable or non-moisture-permeable resin film, a laminate of the resin film and the nonwoven fabric, or the like can be used as the back sheet 3.

As fibers constituting the fiber aggregate forming the absorbent core 41, for example, hydrophilic fibers such as pulp fibers, rayon fibers, cotton fibers, and cellulose acetate, polyolefin fibers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, and polycondensation fibers such as polyester and polyamide can be used. The fiber aggregate is preferably an aggregate obtained by a fiber-collecting process in which a fiber material supplied with an air flow is sucked and collected in a recess having a predetermined shape. The functional material may be mixed with the fibrous material and then stacked. The holding form of the functional material includes a form held by being sandwiched between 2 fiber assemblies, a state held between fibers by being mixed and stacked, and the like. The functional materials such as the fibers and the water-absorbent polymer can be used singly or in combination of two or more. Examples of the water-absorbent polymer include particles containing sodium polyacrylate, an acrylic acid-vinyl alcohol copolymer, a crosslinked sodium polyacrylate, a starch-acrylic acid graft copolymer, an isobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymer and a saponified product thereof, polyaspartic acid, and the like. As the core sheet, various known materials can be used, and for example, tissue paper such as tissue paper, water-permeable nonwoven fabric, or the like is preferably used.

As the nonwoven fabric constituting the sheets 61 and 71 for forming the first and second leak-proof cuffs, various nonwoven fabrics conventionally used in the leak-proof cuffs can be used, and examples thereof include a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a spunbond-meltblown-spunbond laminated nonwoven fabric (SMS), a spunbond-meltblown-spunbond nonwoven fabric (SMMS), a hot roll nonwoven fabric, and a hot air nonwoven fabric.

The nonwoven fabric constituting the first cuff-forming sheet 61 has Bulk softness (Bulk softness) of 3cN or more and 7cN or less, and more preferably 4cN or more and 6cN or less. The nonwoven fabric is preferably an SMS nonwoven fabric having a 3-layer structure in which a layer including a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a meltblown nonwoven fabric, and a spunbond nonwoven fabric are laminated in this order.

In the case of using a nonwoven fabric having low bulk softness, the first leakage prevention cuff 6 is soft and is likely to be bent or wrinkled at an undesired portion, but according to the disposable diaper of the present invention, the effect of the present invention can be obtained even if such a soft nonwoven fabric is used, and therefore, the touch and the like of the first leakage prevention cuff 6 to the skin are further improved.

Similarly, the nonwoven fabric constituting the second cuff-forming sheet 71 is preferably made of a material having bulk softness of 3cN to 7 cN.

The elastic member disposed in the first leakage prevention cuff 6 and the second leakage prevention cuff 7 is preferably formed of a thread-like material (e.g., rubber thread) or a strip-like material having a predetermined width (e.g., rubber strip), and is particularly preferably formed of a thread-like material. Examples of the material of the elastic member disposed in each portion include natural rubber, synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene, isoprene, and chloroprene, EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate), elastic polyolefin, and polyurethane.

While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, the disposable diaper of the present invention is a pants-type disposable diaper in which the outer cover 10 is divided into a back-side sheet member disposed on the back side of the wearer and a stomach-side sheet member disposed on the stomach side, and the absorbent body is stretched and fixed between the back-side sheet member and the stomach-side sheet member, but may be a so-called open-type disposable diaper having a fastener tape on the back side portion and being worn by fixing the fastener tape to a fastener tape provided on the outer surface of the stomach-side portion. In the open-type disposable diaper, a portion where concave cutouts are formed at both side edges so as to fit the shape of the leg circumferences is defined as a crotch portion, and portions located in front and rear of the crotch portion are defined as a back side portion and a stomach side portion.

In the diaper 1 of the above embodiment, the number of the elastic members disposed in the second leakage prevention cuff 7 may be only 1, and the second leakage prevention cuff 6 itself may be omitted. As shown in fig. 6, the absorbent core 41 may be divided into a plurality of sections such as 2 or 3 sections in the crotch portion.

The following disposable diaper is further disclosed with respect to the above embodiment.

The disposable diaper according to <1> above, wherein the number of the elastic members disposed in the folded-out portion, among the elastic members disposed in the width direction, is larger on the free end side than the position of the side edge of the absorbent core than on the folded-back portion side than the position of the side edge of the absorbent core.

The disposable diaper according to the above <1> or <2>, wherein the number of the elastic members disposed in the folded-out portion is preferably 2 or more, more preferably 3 or more, preferably 10 or less, and more preferably 5 or less.

The disposable diaper according to any one of the above <1> to <3>, wherein a difference between the number of the elastic members is preferably 2 or more and 7 or less, and more preferably 3 or more and 5 or less on the free end side from the position of the side edge of the absorbent core and on the folded back portion side from the position.

Industrial applicability

According to the disposable diaper of the present invention, it is easy to make both the width of the crotch portion narrower and the hydrophilic width wider, and when the disposable diaper is worn by a wearer or worn by a wearer, the leg opening peripheral portions or the first leak-proof cuffs can be prevented from being caught by the wearer's legs, so that the disposable diaper can be smoothly worn, and the legs can be moved easily during wearing.

In addition, the leakage is not easily generated.

Further, the inner region located on the inner side in the width direction of the folded-out portion of the first leakage prevention flap is likely to abut against the groin of the wearer, and the outer region located on the outer side in the width direction is likely to abut against the skin surface along the inner side of the thigh of the wearer, so that a gap is not likely to be formed between the first leakage prevention flap and the skin of the wearer. The effort for bringing the first leakage prevention cuff into contact with the skin surface can be reduced.
