1. Control system for a motor vehicle equipped with at least one movable canopy,

characterized in that the control system comprises:

at least one comparison device for comparing at least one operating parameter of a vehicle with a threshold value in order to determine that the vehicle has crossed a boundary of a loading area in which the movable canopy should be opened; and

a control device (7a) able to send a switching signal to said movable canopy as a function of the signal received from said at least one comparison device (8a, 8b, 9a, 10a, 12 a).

2. Control system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle is equipped with an electronic control unit (9) able to transmit the speed of movement of the vehicle on request,

the control system (7) comprises first comparison means (9a) able to compare the speed of movement of the vehicle with a speed threshold value representative of the movement of the vehicle on the road and able to send a signal to the control means (7a) when the speed of the vehicle exceeds the speed threshold value.

3. A control system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the vehicle is equipped with a positioning device (10) capable of determining the position of the vehicle,

the control system (7) comprises second comparison means (10a) able to periodically compare the position of the vehicle with the stored positions and to send a signal to the control means when the distance between these two positions exceeds a predefined distance threshold.

4. A control system according to claim 3, wherein the movable canopy system (1) is equipped with position determining means (8) of the movable canopy,

the control system includes: -third comparison means (8a) for comparing the position of the movable canopy received from the position determination means (8) of the movable canopy with a predetermined position of the movable canopy and able to send a signal to the control means (7a) when the position of the movable canopy corresponds to said predetermined position; and a memory (7b),

the control means (7a) is able to store the position of the vehicle in the memory (7b) when a signal is first received from the third comparison means (8a) since a predetermined period of time.

5. The control system of claim 4, wherein the predetermined position of the movable canopy is an open position or a closed position.

6. The control system of claim 3, wherein the stored position of the vehicle is a position of the vehicle received from an operator.

A control system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the movable canopy system (1) is equipped with: -position determination means (8) of said movable canopy; and fourth comparison means (8b) for comparing the position of the movable canopy received from the position determination means (8) with the position required by the switching signal,

the fourth comparison means (8b) are also able to stop the switching signal for the movable canopy if the position of the movable canopy received from the position determination means (8) of the movable canopy corresponds to the position required for the switching signal.

8. A control system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the movable canopy system (1) is equipped with a force feedback measuring device (12) which enables a determination of whether an object opposes movement of the movable canopy,

the control system comprises a fifth comparison device (12a) capable of comparing a force feedback measurement with a damage force threshold and of sending a signal to the control device (7a) in the event that the force feedback measurement is greater than the threshold,

the control means (7a) are able to send a stop signal of the movable canopy upon receiving a signal from the fifth comparison means (12 a).

9. Control system according to claim 8, wherein it comprises a sending device (13) able to send an error signal to an operator when the control device (7a) receives a signal from the fifth comparison device (12 a).

10. The control system of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the control system comprises a receiving device (14) capable of receiving a signal from an operator,

the control means (7a) are able to interrupt the transmission of the switch signal to the movable control upon receiving a signal indicating an overrun load from an operator by means of the receiving means (14).

11. The control system of any one of claims 6, 9 or 10, wherein the operator is a driver of the vehicle, a remote driver of a vehicle operating as a drone, a program, or a system operating an autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle.

12. Method for controlling a motor vehicle equipped with at least one movable canopy, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

comparing at least one operating parameter of the vehicle with a threshold value in order to determine that the vehicle has crossed a boundary of a loading area in which the movable canopy should be opened, and

sending a switch signal to the movable canopy according to the comparison.
