1. A rotary platform apparatus for qualitative and quantitative analysis, comprising:

a main injection part located near a rotation axis of the rotation platform and through which a fluid sample containing a heavy metal is injected;

a pH adjusting part for adjusting pH of the injected sample;

a detection part coated with a chelating agent capable of undergoing a color reaction with a heavy metal in the sample by diffusing the sample after pH adjustment; and

a scale for measuring a diffusion distance of the color reaction,

wherein the sample moves from the main injection part to the detection part through the pH adjustment part by controlling the rotation of the device, and

wherein the quantitative analysis is achieved by the color reaction of the heavy metal in the detection section, and the qualitative analysis is achieved by determining the diffusion distance of the color reaction.

2. The rotary stage apparatus for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 1, wherein the pH adjusting part is filled with microbeads, and the surfaces of the microbeads are coated with salt, so that the sample injected into the channel can be adjusted to have a desired pH.

3. The rotary platform device for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 1, further comprising a storage region connecting the pH adjusting part and the sensing part, wherein one end of the sensing part is received in the storage region.

The rotary stage apparatus for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 1, wherein the pH adjusting part, the detecting part, and the scale are provided in plurality, and each of the pH adjusting part, the detecting part, and the scale is radially symmetrically provided on the rotary stage.

5. The rotary platform device for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 4, further comprising:

a main channel part connected with one end of the main injection part; and

a plurality of sample distribution channels connected to the main channel part,

wherein each of the sample distribution channels has a shape extending radially symmetrically from the main channel portion.

The rotary platform device for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 5, wherein the main injection part comprises a sample reservoir for storing the injected sample before being dispensed to each of the sample dispensing channels, and the sample reservoir and the main channel part are coupled in a spiral shape.

7. The rotary platform device for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 6, further comprising a plurality of on/off valves, wherein,

each of the on/off valves is provided between each of the sample distribution channels and each of the pH adjustment sections, and

the opening/closing valve is opened by a rotational force of the rotation platform to allow the sample received in the sample distribution channel to pass through the pH adjustment part.

8. The rotary platform device for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 7, further comprising a plurality of air circulation channels, wherein,

each of the air flow passages connects each of the storage regions with the other end of one of the detecting portions, and

the air circulation channel increases the evaporation rate of the fluid sample in the detection part and prevents moisture from condensing in the detection part.

9. The rotary platform device for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 8, wherein the rotary platform comprises:

a top layer including the main injection part, the main channel part, the sample distribution channel, the on/off valve, the pH adjustment part, and the storage region;

an intermediate layer including the air circulation channel and the storage region and having a partially open shape corresponding to the detection part; and

a bottom layer including the storage region and the scale and having a space into which the detection part is inserted.

The rotary stage apparatus for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 1, wherein the sample is adjusted to have a pH most suitable for reacting the heavy metal contained in the sample with the chelating agent while passing through the microbeads filled in the pH adjustment part.

11. The rotary platform device for qualitative and quantitative analysis according to claim 1, wherein the heavy metal contained in the sample is Fe2+、Ni2+、Cu2+、Cr6+、Hg2+、As2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Co2+Or Ag+

The present invention relates to a rotary platform device for qualitative and quantitative analysis of various heavy metals, and more particularly, to a device for qualitative and quantitative analysis of heavy metal samples in the form of a rotating disk.

Background

Typically, the most common heavy metal detection methods are spectroscopic analysis, such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry or atomic absorption and emission spectrophotometers. Mass spectrometry-based heavy metal detection methods have accuracy and high detection limit, but they require expensive and skilled analysis techniques, making it difficult to perform heavy metal analysis quickly and simply on site.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

In order to replace expensive mass spectrometry-based heavy metal analysis devices, it is necessary to develop an economical and inexpensive chromogenic-based heavy metal analysis system, and to develop a compact analysis system that can be conveniently used on site. In addition, it is required to develop a system capable of performing quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis on heavy metals while reducing analysis time by simultaneously detecting a plurality of heavy metals.

Technical scheme

The rotary stage apparatus for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis according to the present invention may include:

a main injection part located near a rotation axis of the rotation platform and through which a fluid sample containing a heavy metal is injected;

a pH adjusting part for adjusting pH of the injected sample;

a detection part coated with a chelating agent capable of developing a color reaction with a heavy metal in a sample by diffusing the pH-adjusted sample; and

a scale for measuring a diffusion distance of the color reaction,

wherein the sample can be moved from the main injection part to the detection part through the pH adjustment part by rotation of the control means, and

among them, quantitative analysis can be performed by a color reaction of the heavy metal in the detection portion, and qualitative analysis can be performed by measuring a diffusion distance of the color reaction.

Advantageous effects

According to the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis apparatus of an embodiment of the present invention, the detection limit of heavy metals can be improved by automatic control of the fluid and by adjusting the rotational force and the capillary force. The detection limit of the heavy metal ions can be improved by controlling the rotation force. That is, the detection limit can be increased by adjusting the centrifugal force and the capillary force by controlling the rotation to adjust the color development reaction time and the color development area.

In addition, according to the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of a plurality of heavy metals can be performed in a single apparatus. According to the present invention, economical and rapid qualitative/quantitative analysis of various heavy metals can be achieved. It is more economical and can reduce the time required for analysis compared to conventional expensive spectroscopic or mass spectrometry based heavy metal detection devices. Detailed Description

The rotary stage apparatus for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis according to the present invention may include:

a main injection part located near a rotation axis of the rotation platform and through which a fluid sample containing a heavy metal is injected;

a pH adjusting part for adjusting pH of the injected sample;

a detection part coated with a chelating agent capable of developing a color reaction with a heavy metal in a sample by diffusing the pH-adjusted sample; and

a scale for measuring a diffusion distance of the color reaction,

wherein the sample is moved from the main injection part to the detection part through the pH adjustment part by rotation of the device, and

wherein the quantitative analysis is realized by a color reaction of the heavy metal in the detection section, and the qualitative analysis is realized by measuring a diffusion distance of the color reaction.

In addition, in the rotary stage apparatus for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis according to the present invention, the pH adjusting part may be filled with microbeads, and the surfaces of the microbeads may be coated with salt, so that the sample injected into the channel can be adjusted to have a desired pH.

In addition, the rotary stage apparatus for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis according to the present invention may further include a storage region connecting the pH adjusting part and the sensing part, wherein one end of the sensing part may be received in the storage region.

In addition, in the rotary stage device for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis according to the present invention, the pH adjusting part, the detecting part, and the scale may be provided in plurality, and each of the pH adjusting part, the detecting part, and the scale may be radially symmetrically provided on the rotary stage.

In addition, in the rotary stage apparatus for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis according to the present invention, the rotary stage may include:

a top layer including a main injection part, a main channel part, a sample distribution channel, an on/off valve, a pH adjustment part, and a storage region;

an intermediate layer including an air circulation passage and a storage region and having a partially opened shape corresponding to the detection part; and

a bottom layer including a storage area and a scale and having a space into which the detection part is inserted.

In addition, in the rotary stage device for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis according to the present invention, the sample may be adjusted to have a pH most suitable for reacting the heavy metal contained in the sample with the chelating agent while passing through the microbeads filled in the pH adjustment part.
