1. A positioning foot ring, comprising:

the positioning module is provided with two side walls forming an included angle and is respectively provided with a GPS unit and an electric storage unit which are electrically connected with the GPS unit; and

the annular body and the positioning module are detachably combined, and the GPS unit or/and the electric power storage unit are/is jointly coated by the annular body and the side walls.

2. The positioning leg ring of claim 1, wherein the positioning module has a GPS antenna and/or a ground area on an outer surface thereof for connecting to the GPS unit.

3. The positioning leg ring of claim 1, wherein at least one metal plate is disposed on an outer surface or an inner surface of the ring body, and the positioning module is electrically connected to the at least one metal plate as a GPS antenna or a ground area of the GPS unit when combined with the ring body.

4. The positioning leg ring as claimed in claim 3, wherein the GPS unit is integrated with a wireless communication chip, and the at least one metal plate is 2 in number and respectively serves as the GPS antenna and a communication antenna.

5. The positioning leg ring of claim 1, wherein the ring body or the positioning module has a radio frequency identification chip and an inductive antenna.

6. The positioning leg ring of claim 4, wherein the ring body or the positioning module has a radio frequency identification chip, and the number of the at least one metal plate is 3, and the at least one metal plate is respectively used as the GPS antenna, the communication antenna and an induction antenna.

7. The retainer ring as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the annular body base has a connecting member and a C-shaped fastener disposed on opposite sides of the base for connection.

8. The retaining foot ring according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the annular body is formed by a base integrally formed with a closure ring.

9. The positioning leg ring according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the ring-shaped body and the positioning module are assembled by a snap fit or a tight fit.

10. The positioning leg ring of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the positioning module is electrically connected to an external connection base in a wired or wireless manner.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a positioning foot ring, and more particularly, to a positioning foot ring, which is miniaturized and detachably assembled to a foot ring, reduces the weight of the positioning foot ring required to be worn during a racing pigeon race, reduces the flight load, and maintains good convenience and communication efficiency.

Background

The activity of racing pigeons is still prevalent in various countries, attracting many people to participate, and in addition, because of the abundance of winning prizes, it is difficult to completely avoid the generation of fraud. In order to maintain the fairness of the game, two rings are usually carried on one pigeon foot for identifying the identity and recording the game process of the pigeon. The location foot ring of prior art is mostly the hollow structure who has inner space and is equipped with a lid in order to seal inner space, and the user is through dismantling the lid to set up or change circuit board and the battery that is located inner space. However, since the inner space of the positioning leg ring needs to be large enough and the cover body must completely cover the circuit board and the battery, the size of the positioning leg ring becomes large, the weight of the positioning leg ring is also increased greatly, the flying load is increased for the racing pigeon undoubtedly, and the increase of the flying speed is not facilitated. In view of the above, the present invention integrates practical experience in related fields for many years, and then conceals a positioning foot ring, which can be miniaturized and lightened.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a positioning foot ring, which comprises a positioning module and an annular body, wherein the positioning module has two sidewalls forming an included angle for respectively disposing a GPS unit and an electric storage unit electrically connected to the GPS unit. The annular body is provided with a base, the positioning module can be detachably combined with the base, and the annular body and the side walls together contain the GPS unit or/and the electric power storage unit.

Therefore, the annular body does not need to reserve the internal space for replacing or maintaining the GPS unit or the electric storage unit, so that the size of the annular body is smaller, the surface area of the annular body can be fully utilized as the assembly position of the antenna or the grounding area of the positioning module or other electronic components, and the miniaturization and the light weight are realized on the premise of maintaining the communication efficiency of the positioning foot ring. Therefore, the annular body can be worn on the feet of the pigeons for identification, and the positioning module is assembled on the annular body only when the pigeons are in competition or training flight, so that the flying load of the pigeons is reduced, and the competition is facilitated.

Furthermore, the inner ring of the annular body can be a closed ring which is integrally formed, or can be a semi-open ring, the C-shaped fastener and the combined piece are arranged on two sides of the base, and the open end of the C-shaped fastener and the combined piece are combined to form the closed ring of the inner ring of the annular body, so that the inner ring can only be damaged by external force, and the possibility of counterfeiting the annular body in a repeated use mode is reduced.

Furthermore, the positioning module can be provided with an external seat according to requirements for reading and writing data of the GPS unit, and the positioning module or the annular body can be additionally provided with a radio frequency identification chip (RFID).

Detailed Description

The positional relationship described in the following embodiments includes: the top, bottom, left and right, unless otherwise indicated, are based on the orientation of the elements in the drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a positioning foot ring is shown, which mainly includes a positioning module 10 and an annular body 20, the positioning module 10 has a first sidewall 11 and a second sidewall 12 forming an included angle, the surfaces of the first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 are respectively provided with a GPS unit 15 and an electric storage unit 16, in this embodiment, the first sidewall 11 is perpendicular to the second sidewall 12, so that the positioning module 10 is approximately L-shaped in appearance, the annular body 20 has a base 21 for assembling and positioning the positioning module 10, thereby the positioning module 10 can be detachably combined with the annular body 20 by means of clamping or tight fitting, and simultaneously, the positioning module 10 and the annular body 20 together cover the GPS unit 15 and the electric storage unit 16.

Because the annular body 20 does not need to reserve the internal space of the electronic component, the positioning module 10 has the function of protecting the electronic component after being combined with the annular body 20 except that the whole volume can be reduced, and the waterproof and dustproof effects are achieved. In addition, the positioning module 10 integrates the GPS unit 15 and the power storage unit 16, so that the number of electronic components provided on the ring body 20 can be reduced, or no electronic component is provided on the ring body 20. Thus, the ring body 20 can be worn on the pigeon's feet in advance (or for a long time) to identify the pigeon, which is adapted during training using a weighted article of the same size and weight as the positioning module, and the positioning module 10 is assembled to the ring body 20 only during competition. Because the positioning foot ring has the advantages of miniaturization in structural design, the flying load of the pigeons in the competition can be reduced, and the pigeon positioning foot ring is favorable for playing the flying capability in the competition.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, two metal sheets are further disposed on the outer surface of the positioning module 10 and are respectively used as a GPS antenna 30 (e.g., a planar antenna) and a ground area 31 to electrically connect to the GPS unit 15.

In other embodiments, the GPS antenna 30 and the ground area 31 (which is a metal plate) may be disposed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the annular body 20 separately or simultaneously, and are electrically connected to the positioning module 10 only when the positioning module 10 and the annular body 20 are combined. Therefore, a larger radiation resonance space can be provided, and the area of the GPS antenna 30 and/or the ground area 31 can be enlarged, thereby enhancing the performance of the GPS antenna 30 to enhance the signal.

In the embodiment, the ring body 20 includes a base 21, and a combination groove 27 and a C-shaped fastener 26 located on two opposite sides of the base 21 and extending outward, wherein an open end of the C-shaped fastener 26 can be assembled in the combination groove 27, so that the ring body 20 forms a closed ring to be worn on the pigeon foot. Further, the engaging groove 27 may be a structure that must be deformed by force to be separated after being combined with the open end of the C-shaped fastener 26, so that the ring-shaped body 20 is designed to be disposable, thereby reducing the possibility of the ring-shaped body 20 being reused.

In the present embodiment, one of the GPS unit 15 and the power storage unit 16 is detachably (removably) disposed on the positioning module 10, or both of them are detachably disposed on the positioning module 10, and the electronic contacts are exposed to the outside to be electrically connected to other electronic components (e.g., an antenna) as required.

In other cases, the positioning module 10 may also fix the GPS unit 15 and the power storage unit 16 by injection molding or other equivalent methods, expose part of the electronic components before fixing the components, and completely cover the annular body 20 when combining with the positioning module 10. In addition, if the electronic components such as the GPS unit 15 and the power storage unit 16 have waterproof and dustproof functions, the electronic components may be partially exposed to the outside when the electronic components are fixed to the positioning module 10. Meanwhile, the arrangement positions of the GPS unit 15 and the electric storage unit 16 may be exchanged based on different use requirements.

In other embodiments, the GPS unit 15 may integrate a wireless communication chip (e.g., GPRS) and correspondingly dispose a communication antenna on the positioning module 10 or the ring body 20 to provide wireless communication function.

In other embodiments, a radio frequency identification Chip (RFID Chip) can be disposed inside the positioning module 10 or the annular body 20, and an induction antenna used by the RFID Chip is disposed on the surface of the annular body 10. The GPS antenna 30 and the induction antenna may be disposed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the ring body 10 at the same time, or disposed on the outer surface and the inner surface of the ring body 10 respectively.

In other embodiments, the positioning module 10 or the annular body 20 can be configured to simultaneously place a radio frequency identification Chip (RFID Chip) and an inductive antenna.

In other embodiments, the surface of the ring body 20 may also be marked with an identification ID, a numerical serial number, or a bar code for identifying the pigeon by a person or machine.

In other implementation forms, the structure of the ring body 20 is a structural design in which the base 21 and the closed ring are integrally formed, and the ring body can be taken down only after being worn on the foot of the pigeon and damaged, so that the cheating that the foot ring is detached and reformed is prevented.

In other embodiments, the positioning module 10 may further be electrically connected to the GPS unit 15 in a wired or wireless manner by matching with an external socket to read, correct or set the data in the chip of the GPS unit 15, so that the GPS unit 15 can rewrite the data after recovering the data and then apply the data to the next game. The outer socket may be used to charge the power storage unit 16.
