3) cutting the inner and outer rubber sheets and the framework layer rubber cord fabric into rubber sheets and adhesive tapes with certain angles and widths according to the product design construction standard, and winding, attaching and rolling the inner rubber sheet, the framework layer rubber cord fabric and the outer rubber sheet on a forming machine to prepare a capsule blank;

4) putting the blastocyst and the core mould into a special vulcanizing machine, heating to 160 ℃ at the internal temperature and the external temperature, keeping the temperature at 160 +/-1 ℃, keeping the external pressure at not less than 2.0MPa, and positively vulcanizing for 20 minutes;

5) naturally cooling the obtained vulcanized capsule in the air to below 60 ℃, and removing the mold core;

cutting the capsule into finished capsules with certain length meeting the design and construction standard requirements of products;

6) and assembling the finished product capsule with a shock absorber, a lower clamping ring, a buffer block, an upper clamping ring, an upper cover, a quick connector and a connecting plate to prepare the rubber air spring assembly.

The invention relates to a fatigue-resistant chloroprene rubber air spring air bag and a preparation method thereof. The anti-fatigue chloroprene rubber air spring air bag is characterized in that pure chloroprene rubber is used as a main rubber material to design a special proportion of an inner layer rubber and an outer layer rubber to a cord fabric framework material rubber, and a preparation process method for mixing and calendering the rubber material is formulated and implemented. The invention discloses a fatigue-resistant chloroprene rubber air spring air bag which is mainly used for air spring vibration reduction of a heavy-duty car cab and can effectively prolong the service life of an air spring, belonging to the technical field of air spring rubber air bag production.

Background

The common air spring air bag of the automobile is generally damaged because the service life of the air bag is not long enough or moisture in the air enters the system, and the air suspension can be failed due to aging and cracking of the rubber. It is also possible that debris on the road surface could puncture the air bag. The surface of the air bag is exposed outside and is subjected to repeated flexure and fatigue failure. Therefore, the air bag made of common rubber is easy to be damaged in the using environment of the air spring. This requires the air spring bellows to have good air tightness and flex resistance, as well as excellent puncture resistance. The air bag used by the air spring on the automobile at present has a formula of natural rubber and chloroprene rubber, wherein the formula of the natural rubber and the chloroprene rubber is difficult to consider two properties among fatigue durability, puncture resistance and air tightness, and the formula of the chloroprene rubber combined with the natural rubber is not good in fatigue durability and influenced in service life of the air spring although three properties are considered. Both of the two modes are easy to cause early damage of the air spring, and the service life of the air spring is shortened.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the fatigue-resistant chloroprene rubber air spring air bag and the preparation method thereof.

In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

2) And rolling the rubber compound with the inner layer and the outer layer into a certain thickness and width meeting the design requirements by using a three-roll calender or a four-roll calender.

And (3) rolling and attaching the framework reinforcing layer rubber compound to the framework reinforcement of the nylon cord fabric by using a four-roll calender to prepare the rubber cord fabric with certain thickness and width meeting the design requirements.

3) Cutting the inner and outer rubber sheets and the framework layer rubber cord fabric into rubber sheets and adhesive tapes with certain angles and widths according to the product design construction standard, and winding, attaching and rolling the inner rubber sheet, the framework layer rubber cord fabric and the outer rubber sheet on a forming machine to prepare a capsule blank.

4) And putting the blastocyst and the core mold into a special vulcanizing machine, raising the temperature to 160 ℃ inside and outside, keeping the temperature at 160 +/-1 ℃, keeping the pressure at not less than 2.0MPa outside, and positively vulcanizing for 20 minutes.

5) Naturally cooling the obtained vulcanized capsule in the air to below 60 ℃, and removing the mold core. Cutting the capsule into finished capsules with certain length meeting the design and construction standard requirements of products.

6) And assembling the finished product capsule with a shock absorber, a lower clamping ring, a buffer block, an upper clamping ring, an upper cover, a quick connector and a connecting plate to prepare the rubber air spring assembly.

In the manufacturing process of the rubber air spring rubber air bag for the fatigue-resistant chloroprene rubber automobile, the key points are that: in the processing process of 1), raw rubber, an anti-aging agent, protective wax, tackifying resin, magnesium oxide, an anti-scorching agent and the like are put into a press for 30 seconds, carbon black and aromatic oil are added into a lifting block, the press is pressed to 80 ℃, zinc oxide and an accelerator are added into the lifting block, the press is pressed to 85 ℃, the press is lifted once again, the press is pressed to 92 ℃, and the lifting block is lifted and discharged. Conveying the mixture to a 22-inch open mill by using a lifter, adjusting the roller spacing to be 3mm, dropping the pan for 4 times, and discharging the sheets by using a wrapping roller. The internal mixer rotates at 33.5 revolutions. In the 2) processing process, the thin film is calendered at low temperature by matching the cooling water with the rotating speed of the roller.

The invention has the technical effects that:

1. the inner layer rubber, the outer layer rubber and the framework layer rubberizing of the air bag adopt the chloroprene rubber CR1211 as a rubber material main body material, and compared with the inner layer rubber and the framework layer rubberizing which take natural rubber or chloroprene rubber and natural rubber as main bodies, the air tightness and the interlayer bonding performance of the bag body are improved while the fatigue durability performance is greatly improved, the natural rubber with limited resources is saved, and the air bag meets the industrial regulation policy and the development direction of the rubber industry in China which the development and the application of synthetic rubber are greatly promoted.

2. Compared with the prior air bag glue, the invention has the following performance advantages:

the internal pressure drop of the air bag is less than 0.004Mpa after 24 h (the former air bag is 0.016 Mpa)

Service life of air bag stand, 590 ten thousand times (past air bag 320 ten thousand times)

Because the air bag mainly adopts pure chloroprene rubber and adopts low-temperature mixing and calendering processes, the air bag ensures the air tightness, fatigue durability, puncture resistance and easy production and manufacture. The fatigue-resistant chloroprene rubber air spring air bag air spring can effectively prevent early damage and better prolong the service life of the air spring when being used in long-term high-frequency and high-load operation of an automobile.
