3) adding a second part of deionized water, a water reducing agent, a preservative, an antifreeze, a defoaming agent and an anti-solarization agent into a reaction kettle at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ according to a proper proportion, fully reacting and uniformly mixing the preservative, the antifreeze and the defoaming agent, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 25-40 ℃, and stirring for 3-7min by using a stirrer at the speed of 300-900r/min to obtain an additive solution;

4) pouring the resin emulsion into a constant temperature reaction kettle with the temperature of 40 ℃, stirring for 2-7min at the speed of 700r/min by using a stirrer, slowly pouring the additive solution in the step 3) into the constant temperature reaction kettle, stirring for 4-7min at the speed of 900r/min by using the stirrer, pouring the film forming agent, continuously stirring for 5-7min, and standing to obtain a finished product.
