Technical Field

The invention relates to an insecticidal composition containing trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine and application thereof, the composition consists of trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine serving as a first active ingredient, tebufenozide or methoxyfenozide serving as a second active ingredient and auxiliary ingredients, and belongs to the technical field of compound pesticides.

Background

Trifluoropyrimidine is a novel mesoionic or zwitterionic pesticide developed by DuPont, and is also a novel pyrimidinone compound. The trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine has the main characteristics of high efficiency, lasting effect, low dosage and environmental protection, and is mainly used for preventing and controlling rice planthoppers, leafhoppers and the like. It has different action mechanism with neonicotinoid insecticide and has no adverse effect on pollinating insects.

Tebufenozide is a novel bionic insecticide for promoting the molting of lepidoptera larvae, acts on an insect molting receptor to cause the premature molting of the insect larvae, the early molting and death or the formation of abnormal pupae and abnormal imagoes to cause chemical sterilization.

Methoxyfenozide belongs to a phenylhydrazide insect growth regulator and an ecdysone insecticide, and the main mechanism is to interfere the normal growth and development of insects and inhibit feeding. The methoxyfenozide has strong insecticidal object selectivity, has high selective insecticidal activity on lepidoptera pests, takes contact killing effect as a main part, and has certain systemic effect. The action mechanism of the pesticide is opposite to that of the pesticide for inhibiting molting of pests, the pesticide can be used for preventing and treating the pests in the whole larval stage, and the pesticide is safe to beneficial insects and beneficial mites and is environment-friendly.

The applicant finds that the compound of the trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine with different action mechanisms and the tebufenozide or the methoxyfenozide has the following advantages and beneficial effects: 1. the synergistic effect, the mixing of the preparations with different action mechanisms is beneficial to mutually improving the drug effect; 2. increasing the mode of action on the pests. 3. Delaying the generation of drug resistance of pests. Because the insecticidal action mechanism of the trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine is special, the trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine has no cross resistance with tebufenozide or methoxyfenozide, and the mixed preparation compounded with the trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine can delay the drug resistance of pests.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an agricultural insecticidal composition which has reasonable components, obvious synergistic effect, good insecticidal effect, low medication cost and is safe to crops.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a dosage form of the insecticidal composition containing trifluorobenzene pyrimidine.

The invention also aims to provide application of the composition in preventing and treating lepidoptera and homoptera.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

an insecticidal composition containing trifluorobenzene pyrimidine and tebufenozide or methoxyfenozide is characterized in that a first active ingredient is trifluorobenzene pyrimidine, and a second active ingredient is tebufenozide or methoxyfenozide.

The weight ratio of the first active ingredient to the second active ingredient of the composition is 1:50-50:1, and preferably 1: 10-10: 1.

The sum of the contents of the first active ingredient and the second active ingredient of the composition is 1-80%, preferably 10-40%.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. by adopting the compound scheme, the insecticidal composition has obvious synergy on lepidoptera and homoptera pests such as rice planthoppers, rice chilo suppressalis, cabbage spodoptera exigua and the like, and obviously improves the control effect; 2. the dosage and the frequency of medication are reduced, and the prevention and treatment cost is reduced; 3. overcomes the defect of easy generation of resistance after long-term single use, and prolongs the service life of the medicament.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments

Preparation of the preparation

The preparation method of the water dispersible granule comprises the following steps: adding active ingredients of trifluoro-fluoropyrimidine, tebufenozide or methoxyfenozide into a carrier according to the formula proportion of an embodiment, adding a surfactant and other functional auxiliaries, mixing, performing jet milling, adding 10-25% of water, kneading, granulating, drying and screening to obtain a water dispersible granule product; or spraying water to the pulverized powder in a boiling granulator, granulating, drying, and sieving to obtain the final product. The main equipment comprises a mixer, a jet mill, a kneader, an extrusion granulator, a drying room or a fluidized bed for drying, or a boiling granulator and a sieving machine.

The formula of the water dispersible granule is as follows: 0.1-80% of active ingredient A, 0.1-60% of active ingredient B, 3-12% of dispersing agent, 1-8% of wetting agent, 1-10% of disintegrating agent and the balance of filler.
