An opener, characterized by comprising a maxillary ridge retainer (1), a mandibular ridge retainer (2) and a support member (3); the maxillary ridge retainer (1) is formed into a shape suitable for fixing at least part of maxillary ridge, the mandibular ridge retainer (2) is formed into a shape suitable for fixing at least part of mandibular ridge, and when in use, one end of the supporting component (3) is connected with the maxillary ridge retainer (1) and the other end is connected with the mandibular ridge retainer (2), and the supporting component (3) is used for adjusting the distance between the maxillary ridge retainer (1) and the mandibular ridge retainer (2).

The mouth gag according to claim 1, characterised by the fact that the support part (3) comprises a first support unit (31), a second support unit (32) and a rotation unit (33); the first supporting unit (31) is connected with the maxillary ridge fixer (1); the first supporting unit (31) and the second supporting unit (32) are detachably connected through threads; the second support unit (32) and the mandibular ridge retainer (2) are rotationally connected; the rotating unit (33) is arranged on the second supporting unit (32) and used for driving the second supporting unit (32) to rotate.

3. The mouth gag of claim 2, further comprising at least one of the following technical features:

1) the mandibular alveolar ridge retainer (2) is provided with an accommodating cavity (21), and the accommodating cavity (21) is used for accommodating the end of the second support unit far away from the first support unit so that the end of the second support unit far away from the first support unit can rotate in the accommodating cavity (21);

2) the rotating unit (33) is rod-shaped;

3) the rotating unit (33) is detachably connected with the second supporting unit (32).

4. The mouth gag of claim 3 wherein in feature 1) the second support element is bulbous away from the first support element end.

5. The mouth gag of claim 2, whereby the first support element (31) is provided with a cavity and a first thread is provided in the cavity and the second support element (32) is provided with a second thread, the first thread matching the second thread.

6. The mouth gag of claim 5 wherein the first thread cover has a height of 5 to 20mm and the second thread cover has a height of 10 to 30 mm.

7. The mouth gag of claim 2, characterized in that the second support unit (32) is provided with a hole (321), the rotation unit (33) extending through the hole (321).

8. The mouth gag of claim 2, whereby the first support unit (31) has a height of 10-25 mm and the second support unit (32) has a height of 10-30 mm.

9. The mouth gag of claim 1, further comprising at least one of the following technical features:

1) the maxillary ridge retainer (1) comprises a first maxillary ridge retainer (11), a second maxillary ridge retainer (12) and a third maxillary ridge retainer (13), wherein the first maxillary ridge retainer (11), the second maxillary ridge retainer (12) and the third maxillary ridge retainer (13) form an alveolar ridge accommodating groove capable of accommodating a maxillary alveolar ridge, the inner sides of the first maxillary ridge retainer (11) and the third maxillary ridge retainer (13) are suitable for fitting the jaw side and the cheek side of the alveolar ridge, and the inner side of the second maxillary ridge retainer (12) is suitable for fitting the crest of the alveolar ridge;

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a mouth gag.

Background

The general clinical operation time of the full-mouth or half-mouth dental implantation of the patient without the dental jaw is longer, the implantation treatment is usually completed under sedation and local anesthesia or the full anesthesia, and particularly, the V-II-V operation or the zygomatic bone penetrating implantation or the full-mouth immediate implantation instantly repairs the patient needing bone repair at the same time. The muscle tension of the patient becomes weak under sedation or general anesthesia, the patient can not open the mouth and the occlusion is opened completely by external force, so the openness of the patient has great influence on the treatment process in the process of implantation treatment or bone increment or bone trimming, and the effective openness can greatly improve the treatment efficiency. The mouth gag that is commonly used clinically is only for patients with teeth, and the mouth gag is placed on the teeth and then opened to the bite after being rotated by a mechanical screw. For the patient without the tooth jaw, the mouth gag which is clinically applied in routine at present cannot be used, and no mouth gag which can be applied is available on the market. Based on this, the present application provides an opener, particularly suitable for edentulous patients, for intraoral surgical treatment of the edentulous patients.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above shortcomings of the prior art, it is an object of the present application to provide an opener to solve the problem of the prior art that the opener cannot be used by an edentulous patient.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present application provides an mouth gag including a maxillary ridge retainer, a mandibular ridge retainer and a support member; the maxillary ridge retainer is shaped to secure at least part of the maxillary ridge and the mandibular ridge retainer is shaped to secure at least part of the mandibular ridge, and in use the support member is connected at one end to the maxillary ridge retainer and at the other end to the mandibular ridge retainer, the support member being adapted to adjust the distance between the maxillary ridge retainer and the mandibular ridge retainer.

Preferably, the support member includes a first support unit, a second support unit, and a rotation unit; the first supporting unit is connected with the maxillary ridge retainer; the first supporting unit and the second supporting unit are detachably connected through threads; the second support unit and the mandibular ridge retainer are in rotational connection; the rotating unit is arranged on the second supporting unit and used for driving the second supporting unit to rotate.

More preferably, at least one of the following technical characteristics is also included:

1) the mandibular ridge retainer is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating the second support unit distal first support unit end so that the second support unit distal first support unit end can rotate in the accommodating cavity;

2) the rotating unit is rod-shaped;

3) the rotating unit is detachably connected with the second supporting unit.

Still more preferably, in the feature 1), the end of the second supporting unit, which is far from the first supporting unit, is in a segment shape.

More preferably, the first supporting unit is provided with a cavity, first threads are arranged in the cavity, second threads are arranged on the second supporting unit, and the first threads are matched with the second threads.

More preferably, the height of the first thread cover is 5 to 20mm, and the height of the second thread cover is 10 to 30 mm.

More preferably, the second supporting unit is provided with a hole, and the rotating unit penetrates through the hole.

More preferably, the height of the first supporting unit is 10-25 mm, and the height of the second supporting unit is 10-30 mm.

Preferably, at least one of the following technical features is also included:

1) the maxillary dental ridge retainer comprises a first maxillary dental ridge retainer, a second maxillary dental ridge retainer and a third maxillary dental ridge retainer, wherein the first maxillary dental ridge retainer, the second maxillary dental ridge retainer and the third maxillary dental ridge retainer form an alveolar ridge accommodating groove capable of accommodating a maxillary alveolar ridge, the inner side surfaces of the first maxillary dental ridge retainer and the third maxillary dental ridge retainer are suitable for being attached to the jaw side and the cheek side of the alveolar ridge, and the inner side surface of the second maxillary dental ridge retainer is suitable for being attached to the crest of the alveolar ridge;

2) the mandibular ridge retainer comprises a first mandibular ridge retainer part, a second mandibular ridge retainer part and a third mandibular ridge retainer part, the first mandibular ridge retainer part, the second mandibular ridge retainer part and the third mandibular ridge retainer part form a alveolar ridge receiving groove which can receive the alveolar ridge, wherein the inner side surfaces of the first mandibular ridge retainer part and the third mandibular ridge retainer part are adapted to fit the jaw side and the cheek side of the alveolar ridge, and the inner side surface of the second mandibular ridge retainer part is adapted to fit the crest of the alveolar ridge;

3) the maxillary alveolar ridge retainer is formed in a shape suitable for fixing maxillary posterior alveolar ridge;

4) the mandibular ridge retainer is formed in a configuration suitable for securing the mandibular posterior ridge.

As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides an mouth gag comprising a maxillary ridge retainer 1, a mandibular ridge retainer 2 and a support member 3; the maxillary ridge retainer 1 is formed in a shape suitable for fixing at least a part of maxillary ridge, the mandibular ridge retainer 2 is formed in a shape suitable for fixing at least a part of mandibular ridge, and in use, one end of the supporting member 3 is connected to the maxillary ridge retainer 1 and the other end is connected to the mandibular ridge retainer 2, and the supporting member 3 is used for adjusting the distance between the maxillary ridge retainer 1 and the mandibular ridge retainer 2.

The maxillary alveolar ridge retainer 1 is formed in a shape suitable for fixing at least part of maxillary alveolar ridge, and has good fixing effect without damaging maxillary posterior alveolar and mucosa and displacement when the mouth gag is used. The mandibular alveolar ridge retainer 2 is formed in a shape suitable for fixing at least a part of the mandibular alveolar ridge, and does not damage the mandibular posterior alveolar ridge and mucosa when the mouth gag is used, and has a good fixing function without displacement. The supporting component 3 is used for adjusting the distance between the maxillary ridge retainer 1 and the mandibular ridge retainer 2, namely, the opening degree can be increased or decreased, and the supporting component is particularly suitable for the edentulous patients and is used for the intraoral operation treatment of the edentulous patients. In a preferred embodiment, the support member 3 includes a first support unit 31, a second support unit 32, and a rotation unit 33; the first supporting unit 31 is connected with the maxillary ridge retainer 1; the first supporting unit 31 and the second supporting unit 32 are detachably connected by screw threads; the second support unit 32 and the mandibular ridge retainer 2 are in rotational connection; the rotating unit 33 is disposed on the second supporting unit 32, and is configured to drive the second supporting unit 32 to rotate. After the first supporting unit 31 and the second supporting unit 32 are coupled by the screw, the opening degree can be increased or decreased by rotating the rotating unit 33.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the mandibular ridge retainer 2 is provided with an accommodation cavity 21, the accommodation cavity 21 being adapted to accommodate the second support unit distal first support unit end such that the second support unit distal first support unit end is rotatable within the accommodation cavity 21. When the second support unit is rotated, the second support unit rotates within the receiving cavity 21 distally of the first support unit end, thereby adjusting the distance between the maxillary and mandibular ridge retainers 1 and 2.

In a preferred embodiment, the end of the second support element remote from the first support element is in the shape of a segment of a sphere. When the second support unit is rotated, the end of the second support unit distal to the first support unit is free to rotate within the receiving cavity 21 without causing rotation of the mandibular ridge retainer 2.

In a preferred embodiment, the rotating unit 33 is rod-shaped. The force of the rotating unit is facilitated, and the rotating force is conveniently applied in the oral cavity.

In a preferred embodiment, the rotating unit 33 is detachably connected to the second supporting unit 32. After the opening degree is adjusted to the required opening degree, the rotating unit can be detached, and the subsequent operation is facilitated.

In a preferred embodiment, the first supporting unit 31 is provided with a cavity and a first thread is arranged in the cavity, and the second supporting unit 32 is provided with a second thread, and the first thread is matched with the second thread. The first support unit 31 and the second support unit 32 are detachably screwed by matching first and second threads.

In a preferred embodiment, the height of the first thread cover is 5 to 20mm, and the height of the second thread cover is 10 to 30 mm. The requirement of the opening degree is convenient, the opening size can be effectively adjusted by rotating the thread, the ideal opening degree is finally obtained, and the dental implant operation is rapidly and safely completed.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the second supporting unit 32 is provided with a hole 321, and the rotating unit 33 penetrates through the hole 321. The rotating unit 33 may be a wrench, for example. The second supporting unit 32 is rotated by applying a rotational force to the second supporting unit 32 such as a wrench, so that the distance between the maxillary ridge retainer 1 and the mandibular ridge retainer 2 is adjusted, i.e., the opening degree can be increased or decreased. When the desired opening degree is reached, the second supporting unit 32, such as a wrench, is removed, so as to avoid affecting the clinical operation.

In a preferred embodiment, the height of the first supporting unit 31 is 10 to 25mm, and the height of the second supporting unit 32 is 10 to 30 mm. The requirement of the opening degree is convenient, the opening size can be effectively adjusted by rotating the thread, the ideal opening degree is finally obtained, and the dental implant operation is rapidly and safely completed.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the maxillary ridge retainer 1 includes a first maxillary ridge retainer 11, a second maxillary ridge retainer 12 and a third maxillary ridge retainer 13, the first maxillary ridge retainer 11, the second maxillary ridge retainer 12 and the third maxillary ridge retainer 13 forming a alveolar ridge receiving groove for receiving a maxillary alveolar ridge, wherein inner side surfaces of the first maxillary ridge retainer 11 and the third maxillary ridge retainer 13 are adapted to fit a palatal side surface and a buccal side surface of the alveolar ridge, and an inner side surface of the second maxillary ridge retainer 12 is adapted to fit a crest of the alveolar ridge.

The maxillary alveolar ridge retainer 1 is formed in a shape suitable for fixing at least part of maxillary alveolar ridge, comprises a first maxillary alveolar ridge retaining part 11, a second maxillary alveolar ridge retaining part 12 and a third maxillary alveolar ridge retaining part 13, plays a role of auxiliary retention, does not damage maxillary posterior alveolar ridge and mucosa when using the mouth gag, and has good fixing function without displacement. The mouth gag is particularly suitable for edentulous patients and is used for intraoral surgical treatment of the edentulous patients.

In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the first maxillary land retainer 11 is 2 to 5 mm.

In a preferred embodiment, the upper edge of the first maxillary land retainer 11 is concavely and convexly curved. Can not damage maxillary alveolus and mucosa.

In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the second maxillary land retainer 12 is 3 to 10 mm.

In a preferred embodiment, the inner lateral surface of the second maxillary land retainer 12 is a curved surface. The cambered surface is an inferior cambered surface, and preferably, the central angle corresponding to the cambered surface is 60-150 degrees. Can not damage maxillary alveolus and mucosa.

In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the third maxillary land retainer 13 is 2 to 5 mm.

The mandibular alveolar ridge retainer 2 is formed in a shape suitable for fixing at least a part of mandibular alveolar ridge, and includes a first mandibular alveolar ridge retainer 22, a second mandibular alveolar ridge retainer 23 and a third mandibular alveolar ridge retainer 24, which serve as auxiliary retainers, and does not damage the mandibular posterior alveolar ridge and mucous membrane, and has good fixing action without displacement when the mouth gag is used. Is particularly suitable for the edentulous patients and is used for the intraoral operation treatment of the edentulous patients.

In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the first mandibular ridge retainer 22 is 2 to 5 mm.

The mouth gag is independently packaged and sterilized for clinical use. When the mouth gag is clinically used, a proper mouth gag is selected according to the operation condition of a patient, the mouth gag is placed in the mouth of the patient when placed at the lowest position, and a rotating unit such as a wrench is rotated to increase the opening degree to an ideal position. (1) combining the upper ridge retainer 1, the lower ridge retainer 2 and the supporting component 3 outside the mouth according to the opening degree of the patient, and pre-adjusting the distance between the upper ridge retainer 1 and the lower ridge retainer 2;

(2) the mouth gag is pulled by the open draw hook, after a patient is noticed or the patient is assisted to open the mouth, the mouth gag can be placed in the left or right posterior dental area, the maxillary ridge retainer 1 and the mandibular ridge retainer 2 are adjusted to be attached to the maximum area of the alveolar ridge, the rotating unit is rotated clockwise, the mouth gag can be opened, the upper jaw and the lower jaw are opened in an auxiliary mode, the opening degree is increased, and the rotating unit such as a wrench is taken down after the mouth gag is stabilized;

(3) according to preoperative design and an implantation site, completing implantation cavity preparation and implant implantation of a posterior tooth area and an anterior tooth area of the opposite side (a non-mouth gag placing side), and drawing together and sewing;

(4) installing a rotating unit such as a spanner, rotating the rotating unit anticlockwise, namely loosening the mouth gag, placing the mouth gag into the sewing side, finishing the fixed installation of the mouth gag by the operation, and opening the occlusion;

(5) completing the preparation of the planting cavity and the implantation of the implant in the residual tooth area according to the design, and finishing the drawing and sewing;

3. the subsequent treatment operation is completed according to the design.
