after the material is centrifuged, the electric heating fan 91 is controlled to be opened, the water valve 94 is closed, the air valve 93 is opened, hot air is injected into the machine barrel 2 from the spray head 12 through the air pipe 92, so that centrifugal material slag remained on the inner wall of the inner rotary drum 16 in the machine barrel 2 is heated and dried, the material slag with liquid is rapidly dried, the material slag is prevented from being bonded with the inner wall of the inner rotary drum 16, the discharge of the material slag can be improved, the phenomenon that the centrifugal material slag with liquid is bonded on the inner wall of the inner rotary drum 16 to cause poor cleaning effect and influence the reuse of the centrifugal material slag is avoided, after the material slag is dried and cleaned for a period of time, the electric heating fan 91 and the air valve 93 are closed, the water valve 94 is opened, the high-pressure water pump is controlled to work, cleaning water in the water tank 95 is pumped into the conveying pipe 15 through the high-pressure water pump, the spray head 12 is used for washing the interior of the machine barrel 2, and the cleaned dilute centrifugal material slag, the design is simple and convenient to operate, automatic to operate, time-saving and labor-saving, the centrifugal force of the centrifugal machine is further improved due to the design of the double rotary drums, the centrifugal effect and the separation quality of materials are improved, and the cleaning efficiency of residual slag on the inner wall of the rotary drum in the centrifugal machine can be improved due to the double cleaning design.

It should be noted that: the main motor 4 and the auxiliary motor 6 are MCA17N23-RS0B0, and the electric heating fan 91 adopts an industrial hot air fan of HSM-P7.5Y-1 type.
