Background

The products in the industries of medicine, daily chemicals and the like need box type packaging. However, when the large-scale packaging box is externally molded and packaged in the industries of food, medicine, daily chemicals and the like, the thickness of the packaging film is not uniform due to the reason of folding corners and folding the film, the temperature cannot reach uniformity during film ironing, and the packaging film is heated and shrunk differently. The box that wraps out like this has more folds, and outward appearance and sealing performance are not very good. Due to the fact that requirements for package sanitation, sealing performance, package appearance and the like in industries such as food, medicine, daily chemicals and the like are higher and higher, especially the package appearance and the package sealing effect cannot meet requirements of the current market and customers. There is a great need for improvements in packaging processes and packaging procedures.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: when the adventitia is packed, because reasons such as dog-ear roll over membrane cause the packaging film thickness to be inconsistent, cause the temperature can't reach evenly when scalding the membrane, the different problem of packaging film shrink of being heated.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a three-dimensional film packaging machine comprises a pre-ironing part and a left and right film ironing part, wherein the pre-ironing part comprises two pre-ironing cylinders which are oppositely arranged, and the movable ends of the pre-ironing cylinders are provided with high temperature; the left and right film ironing parts are arranged behind the pre-ironing part and comprise a pair of high-temperature belts and a roller for driving the high-temperature belts to rotate, wherein the pair of high-temperature belts are oppositely arranged.

Furthermore, the pre-ironing part also comprises a pre-ironing baffle, a through hole is formed in the pre-ironing baffle, and the movable end of the pre-ironing cylinder can move through the through hole.

Further, the pre-ironing part also comprises an adjusting device, and the height of the pre-ironing baffle is adjusted by the adjusting device.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the pre-ironing part firstly carries out small-area ironing on the folded angle of the packaging film, and then carries out left-right ironing after the packaging film is integrally stable, the temperature is uniform when the packaging film is ironed left and right, and the packaging film is heated and shrunk uniformly.

Referring to fig. 1, a three-dimensional film packaging machine according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a panel 1, a pre-ironing portion, a left-ironing portion, a right-ironing portion, a hot pressing cylinder 7, and a hot pressing cylinder 7; the left and right ironing parts are arranged behind the pre-ironing part and comprise a pair of high-temperature belts 4 and a roller 5 which drives the high-temperature belts to rotate, wherein the pair of high-temperature belts are oppositely arranged. The left ironing part and the right ironing part are also provided with a driving motor 6 which drives the roller 5 to run through shaft transmission.

In order to enable the pre-ironing part to be stably arranged on the three-dimensional film packaging machine, the pre-ironing part further comprises a pre-ironing baffle 8, the pre-ironing baffle 8 is provided with a through hole 2, and the movable end of the pre-ironing cylinder 7 can move through the through hole 2.

In order to adjust the height of the pre-ironing part, the pre-ironing part further comprises an adjusting device 3, and the adjusting device 3 adjusts the height of the pre-ironing baffle 8. The processing quality of the three-dimensional film packaging machine is improved.
